Hygiene level is average.Cons-- Table is not properly clean.- The staff must ensure that if someone enters into the dine in area, so customers are properly sanitized or not.- There is no thermal screening / body temperature measure.- There is too much hot in the restaurant. Shake it up has been sort of a go to spot for me. The food isnt outstanding but has somehow managed to be consistent through the years. One recommendation would be the waffles. The fresh chocolate waffles have always been my favorite dessert for quite some time now. Overall the place decent with respect to ambiance and food.

The ambiance was ok, but the service wasn’t good at all. There were a lot of mosquitos, and AC wasn’t working as well. We ordered some French fries, and coffee that took very long to be served. I think they need a lot to change, and fix.

I had brunch at this outlet.. food was quite good and delicious.. i loved the proportion and quantity..food was scrumptious and delicious. Shake was so thick and yumm..good place to hangout with friends or family..the cheese was so good and yumm..

I was about to give one star but gave only because of the waffle . Otherwise the place is pathetic without enough working ACs and a lot of flies . The staff was also not polite and this place has the slowest service even for the smallest orders .The staff gossiped for like 15 minutes before they started to prepare the order.Also,momos ke sath tomato sauce kon deta hai bhai??Lack of hygiene and proper covid precautions were also missing.If I ever go there again it would be because of the desert section only.

The things are little bit costly. But they justify there price. According to a brand value. Shake it up is the first and the biggest cafe of the city. So according to it. They are serving better than any other cafe. In fact they have the best shakes. If you visit shake it up. Then must try the shakes. They are pretty good.

Ambience is nice and interior is retro kind, old school types but with all modern amenities... They have amazing options and their shakes are too good.. do try their bubble waffle, and Chienese Bowl. Burger was good too.. also you can customise and Ill suggest to get spice level check ask if you want moderate or mildly spicy.

Worst placeThis is my first experience ,i went with my partner, there staff continuosly staring in wrong way on my partner,because of this she feel uncomfortable ,all though food was tasty but according to me there should be a friendly environment so that no girl feels uncomfortable.

Once I visited this place, and I had bags. The cafe was open but the door guy who sells chocolate did not let me enter in the cafe. I was a tourist, he could have acted nice. However, earlier services provided by the cafe were fine. Staff can react better.

Ambience is good but shakes and snakes are a bit overpriced. If you dont care about money then you can visit here. There is nothing special about the shakes. But if you like metro city culture then its a must visit for you. One more suggestion first try the 300 ml ones. In my opinion regular juice shops are better but if you are with someone then you can go here.

Such a nice place to visit with family, shake it up offers a wide variety of foods and shakes. Service quality was good and we loved the ambience. They need to work hard and improve their pizza quality, as spending Rs.160+ taxes on pizza in small size is not at all worth, so I wont recommend anyone to order pizza here. Go Dominos or Pizza hut, if pizza party is on your agenda.

It was great but they need to employ some workers for the service and the food needs to be served faster.Otherwise the food and the milkshakes were GREAT.
