First they lost our reservation but the accommodated us. Food tasted good. I wish I could have tasted everything I ordered-but most of it never came. When I asked where the rest of our order was they said we ran out of sushi-no more. We had about 15 pieces each. My 11 year old didnt even eat sushi-she took steamed rice and got 2 of 3 requested serving of ginger beef-and I paid full price for her. My son ordered octopus 3 times before he got any. Hes diabetic and he was starving. We were so fed up and still hungry so we left. But the table next to us with 5 young adults...oh my God what service and what a feast they had. My table was in the twilight zone with limited sushi I guess. Never going back.

My first time eating inside since lockdown and all the covid-19 stuff. I enjoy myself. Everything was great. It was Tuesday noon time. Cost me around 60$ include tax and tips for 2 persons. All you can eat and include all you can drink like coke and Iced Tea.

It was one of my favourite for sushi. However, in my last time there, I had a very bad experience.Unfortunately service was average. Some orders never come and some we had to remind them. Worst, they don’t bring the invoice before three o’clock as they used to do before, they let the time passed 3 and wait for you to ask for invoice and get surprised by extra amount on the invoice.Food is really simple and they don’t even decorate the plates like before. Food is not bad, but it’s not the bestThere are more all u can eat better than this place. Not coming back!

Food was good, service was terrible. We ordered a bunch of items and only half of them were delivered, the waiter also lost one of our orders and instead of admitting his honest mistake, lied about it. It’s also more expensive than the restaurant across the street (Seoul Chako) who offers a far better service and far better food. Fun thing to know is they only take cash too, so be prepared!

Very delicious food, little bit long line to come in, but its worth it. Nice size of sushi. Garlic beef, ginger beef and orange beef my personal recommendations. Nice buffet with all you can eat and all you can drink soft drink.

Food is good for the price. Service definitely needs to be improved. During the peak time there are very few waiters/waitresses serving customers and it can take long time to get their attention.

We waited for an hour outside in the line, were not attended by the staff for the next 15mins after seating. The food was disappointing. Everything either had the taste of soy sauce, or it was bland. The restaurant had a good ambience though.

I started going to this place in 2018 and it was amazing. I have been there 2 times in this year including today and I am disappointed. Absolutely HORRIBLE, food was disgusting, staff was disrespectful and most of our food never came. They charged us extra, their October promotion is a scam and itbwas very messy overall. Their imitation crab was spoiled and sour. The best thing I had there was the diet coke and ice cream. Never going back to this place again.

Kind of what you would expect in a very busy all you can eat sushi place. Service is quick and efficient. Quality is acceptable for all you can eat. They forgot a few items on the order but it wasnt a big deal. Line up very long so I would recommend reserving.

Came in a group of 6 peeps.Waited for 45 mins/order.We ordered 6, they give us 1.Some of these dishes not even come out.I tried to order 20 octopus, they dont even give me anything. Ive been to many sushi buffets in Montreal and Ive gotta say that this one is the absolute definition of average. The sushi is average. The service is average and the price is the only thing that is slightly more than average. Come here if youre close by and want some decent AYCE sushi, but or else there are better places to go 🤷‍♂️

The sushi is good. Not the highest quality but perfect quality for when you are really hungry and dont want to go to a sushi place where you pay per plate. Tempura is fantastic there, always hot and fresh. If you like salmon, I recommend trying the Torched salmon sushi, its delicious because it has a hint of smokiness. Handrolls are great but can be filling. I normally get green tea ice cream as dessert but the last time I went it had mint according to the waitress which made it taste a bit sour which was weird. I preferred their previous supplier or flavour of green tea ice cream. Maybe just stick to the mango ice cream if youre not sure.In terms of service, they are generally good but I can understand some may find the staff a bit stand off. When they are very busy its a bit harder to get the waiters attention since they are constantly giving out orders.I still would recommend going here when you are craving sushi and are very hungry. The price on Friday to Sunday is more expensive since its the weekend and more busy. Monday to Thursday is a decent price for supper since you can order a lot. Lunch time is even cheaper, I believe the menu option is a tad smaller but it still has so many choices.

This was one of my favs for sushi. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience last time. Just right in the moment when I was ready to pay they told me that they don’t accept ANY CARDS , only cash and they didn’t advertise it at the beginning of the service. They have a poster on the door that says the opposite. The manager was absolutely rude and made me wait for 30min to get a machine from the restaurant next door??? after yelling me because I couldn’t wait any longer and I needed to solve the situation ASAP. Not a good time this time in there , never will be a next.

The tables are very close to each other. Very tight seating overall. Food was good and service was fast most of the time. Had a variety of food and soft drinks to choose from. Fair price.

Unfortunately cant give 0 stars. We were forced to pay tip before our meal, the server demanded we pay for our meal and give him a tip before being served. The sushi was substandard, you would expect better from a sushi restaurant. The shrimp tempura, general tao chicken and salmon hand roll were above average but nothing great. The iced tea was served warm without ice. Service was very slow and definitely didnt deserve the tip they commandeered.

I did try to visit this place yesterday 11 July around 10pm. But it closed at 11pm.Those waiters see I am entrance to the restaurant. They are just toward to me and say the restaurant already closed. The cuisinier are turn off.( this is they best reason). I am reply but your restaurant indicated closed at 11pm. This is ridiculous they are not expected the timing.They are lack of respect.

Food was really good before the pandemic. After it is still really good. However, I will sadly not go again. I had a reservation for 2 weeks. Landed and the cancelled in on the spot because they said they rather keep the reservations for bigger groups than 3 people. The staff was kind of rude without a reason. My friends and I waited in line for 1h45min after being told it was gonna be 30-45min. Then I asked the the staff if they knew if it was gonna be much longer. The lady started yelling that there was no table for 3. Then they let in groups of 4 and 6 people that were in the back of the line (no reservation). It kind of sucked. Then the waiter asked why we were not tipping 20% but only 15%…. It was weird.

This was an awful experience! They insisted on cash only- and wouldn’t offer an exchange for US dollars…. The rudely insisted on $15 dollar tip and everything had to be paid before we ordered our food! We did not get 1/2 of what we ordered….and were there for an hour before any food was brought to the table! They just stopped coming to our table! $150 for horrible service and minimal food!

First of all they only take cash but no one tells you until its time for the bill. They have a ATM inside where they charge an extra fees for transactions. We waited 40mints an they brought us TWO PIECES of sushis. Customers were continuously accepted in despite obvious lack of employees and food prep. Save yourselves the time an money, go somewhere else. Not worth it. Id give zero stars if I could.

The food was as blend as a Monday night in downtown!The texture of the food was mostly mushie even on the things that you wouldnt expect (fried dumplings)The service was quick but for the texture and taste of the food I would have been ready to wait another 25 minutesAnother nitpicking point was the dirty plates when we had the brilliance to ask for them changed the staff attitude turned really uglyBy the end of the order we wanted only one thing...LEAVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! when We paid the bill the waiter had the AUDACITY to ask for 15% when the food deserved nothing less than be pumped out of our stomachs! There is no worst restaurant in the entire world and possibly in the universe unless aliens have restaurants that serve dead raw cats.The waiters are incompetent and rude. I used to go a few times before covid and now I went last week. Reading the reviews I didnt know what to expect but seriously the sushi are really good/decent for the price, service is fast and neat. Dont expect your server to be extremely friendly either but they do their jobs very well and if you need something theyll bring it to you.They tell you in advance that they only take cash. You need to leave at least 15%tip otherwise they will tell you I think. Also the place is clean!

Since 2017 started going to this place and nothing to complain. Went there tonight after lockdown, first I thought I am lucky that no lineup outside as before but after finished I understood the reason, so disappointing . Only sushi was Average but the others were the worst they could be. Orders coming very late and after several requests, once came were uncooked, no taste, no salt, not marinated, Tempura was super cold. Not coming back!

There used to be another sushi buffet next to this one, but it is closed now. So this is the only one now. The menu is good, quality is good. Service is not satisfactory. I have been there for lunch and its price during workdays are reasonable.

I was with my friends waiting in line (not too long) we were seated and we didn’t wait too long for food which was good although the main reason that i’m giving one star is because in the MIDDLE of eating a server came by and told us to pay right then and there and didn’t tell us why. they don’t accept debit which i found out after she told us since the stickers saying they refuse debit are on the inside facing you when you’re already in the restaurant (no warning on the outside) then when the server finally came by (it was a second round until she came by) she kept insisting on the tip and gave me friends attitude for the tip. anyway the food was mediocre at best(my friends ordered tartar and it was served on a pringle), a lot of things fried (there was barely any of the actual food that we ordered) and not many things to choose from on the menu. you can find better quality and better service on the same street for a better price.

New to Montreal and randomly decided to try it out as I passed by. The all-you-can-eat dinner price is somewhat pricey at almost $30 per person, but the menu is quite varied. The food was what youd expect from an AYCE restaurant--not the best quality (the maki rolls were oddly warm), but still tasty. A couple things struck me-- the water is sort of pre-prepared sitting on the counter and they grab a cup when you walk in so it might not be the freshest or coldest (I went during heatwave so maybe I was just picky!), and I was a bit surprised there was no wasabi. But the staff are very attentive, and overall it was a pretty decent experience for all-you-can-eat.

Friends and I visit this place about 5-6 times a year. It’s always a pleasure and we have always left satisfied. The assortment is wide and the sashimi is very fresh and good (enjoy the salmon and oil fish). I don’t order much sushi but I enjoy the teppanyaki, tempura and other cooked foods like popcorn chicken, grilled salmon and baked mussels. The Asian cooked dishes like general Tao chicken, orange beef, pad Thai and fried udon are also welcomed options to suit every taste. Service might be slow at times and they may “forget” an item or two from your order sheet but I can imagine how hectic the kitchen must be and don’t overly bother about minor missteps. And oh, the ice creams (mango, vanilla, red bean and green tea) are a very sweet and smooth way to end a good dining experience amongst pals. Adults pay $25.99 (weekdays) or $28.99 (weekends and holidays).

Not the best, not the worst. Its your typical run of the mill AYCE sushi. My beef ribs came to the table completely raw, but otherwise food was okay.

Sushi is alright but the wait time is insane and definitely not worth it. They took one hour to bring us 4 servings of sushi and kept us wondering if our food was gonna come or not. If I didnt remind the waiter that they were missing two of our orders it wouldve never came. We stayed there for 3 hours to eat only half of what we ordered. Save yourself the trouble of coming here. Always good sushi, adequate service. Couple previous mix ups from the kitchen, but none on my last visit. Now with covid, theres cheap looking plastic dividers everywhere, not giving it the greatest environment.

My orders were missed and the guy in blue shirt ( supervisor maybe ) always ask us if they were missing anything. He provide us the last special order and it was still being missed lmaoooo! He changed his attitude immediately and told us that’s all they had in the kitchen. Don’t waste your money and time.Close your resto forever and stop being ridiculous !

Dirty dishes even asked to change it..still the same..some food items are very good some not so much..overall just ok..rather go to one in West Island (saint jean) much better there..plus their bathrooms so dirty..needs major cleaning maintenance there!!!

Good place to share. But Ill be honest, it wasnt the best sushis at all. I would probably give them another chance because it was lunch time and the diner menu have more sushis to choose from.

The service was very slow and we kept getting plates of food we didn’t order. The food was also really bad as a lot of the food was not cooked properly and I felt sick afterwards. Also no social distancing between tables. Do not recommend!

I went to eat with my friends and I was discussed. We waited way too long for what we ordered and were watching other tables getting served even if they came after us. We tried a bunch of food and they were mostly without taste. Dont order by looking at the picture on the menu cause its from other places and its not even close to be as good looking. I dont know what they put in theyre food but I was full after a couple of meals, and I usually eat a lot at those places. At the end theyve asked for tip. Tips arent mandatory and if you pay you give how much you want, usually 15%, but they are asking for more. I personally do not suggest this place.

Nice and cozy place downtown for your sushi fix.Salmon sashimi was really fresh. Many types of rolls and other not-sushi dishes (beef, chicken, dumplings etc). The rolls were not that tight so be careful when you bite into them and everything fall out.Efficient during covid. I think they were one of the first few AYCE places that open immediately for dine in when allowed. A little line in the front during busy hours (lunch/dinner) during covid. They will ask you to sit on one side of the table (if you are 2ppl) to help with social distancing.The price included drinks but when I tried ordering some iced tea they said it was not available during these times (late June). Lunch price doesnt include sashimi (we went for dinner) and apparently there is a 15% service charge if you are a large group (6ppl) - they noted that on the menu.

Its not the best place where I have eaten, but its still quite good. If you are not there for the all you can eat sushi I recommend the Bento meals they are relatively cheap and also very filling. Food and ambience were also quite alright.

Highly recommend the food,ambiance and service.

The food was okay-ish but the service was horrible. They took over 20 minutes for each order. We had to ask them 5 times for a fork before they gave us one, and then when they came to pick our plates, they took the forks with them. And at the end they were ungrateful for the 4$ tip we gave them.

Over $25 for all you can eat, and ordinary sushi with other Asian foods, fried, and white rice, and straight -up. These are not Japanese owners and you can taste the difference. Dont get me wrong. Its not bad. Certainly at that price, and downtown.The service was light and very ordinary. So not forget our omit to top. You will get a quiet but nasty tongue-lashing telling you that the server took your order and ordered you a couple of glasses of water due which they deserve a normal tip. How do I knew this? My lunch partner found the service to ordinary to tip. So, he didnt. And, Jagmeet while my payment was being processed, the server incessantly badgered him about it

Post Covid-19-Price have gone up a little, dining room is now open, screens everywhere to keep groups of people separate. It was very busy when I went, make a reservation to get table during rush hour.
