My daughter booked us for massages here, and we’re both very pleased with the service we received. So relaxing & rejuvenated after. Would highly recommend this Spa if you’re a guest @ The Delta Marriot Montreal.

Its a super tiny place with super friendly service. I liked the area where you get your massage and the oxygen bar but it was weird to get all dressed up again and then hit the hallway to got to the gym and pool portion of the hotel. All in all, it was quite relaxing. I will not go back, its not my style of spa.

My wife and I had a Groupon for their Signature Escape Package, which came with a back scrub, back mask, 60 minute full-body massage, 15 minutes at the oxygen bar and access to their hot tubs and spa. They didnt treat us any differently for having a Groupon. We felt very welcomed from start to finish.They were extremely accommodating. I didnt specify male/female therapists when we booked, but they quickly and successfully got us both taken care of.Pros: Clean and quiet. Great service. Great quality massage. Excellent value.Cons: My therapist wasnt able to perform a firm / deep tissue massage, even when asked. Might want to specify when booking, if thats your thing.Thanks for a great time!

Today was my first time coming to this spa. I am usually a regular at another spa but I decided to try something new.I had a facial and a massage. The girl was new (Moroccan) so sweet. She had a great touch and really went all the way with the facial. I felt great walking out of there.I also had a massage; I believe she was french from France ?Very nice and soft spoken. I had a really sore back and she really took care of the right parts. 1 hour passed too quick !!Nice guy at the reception.Spa is not modern looking but it is CLEAN and the services were great. So the rest is not so important 🤗Next time I’ll leave a cash tip, I hope they recieve it even if I payed debit.Would come back here.Value for money- ✔️

I came here speficially to reduce the tightness, stress and knots in my shoulders, neck and back. I do not usually go for massages, however, the few massages I did benefit from in the past have been tough, deep tissue Traditional Chinese Massages. Today, at M Bio Spa, Alain did an incredible job with his throrough and tough technique. I had asked for a strong massage and he delivered. It was exactly what I needed. He took the time to really pinpoint which muscles needed extra attention. He will be the only professional I go to from now on.My stay has been very pleasant! Stephanie is amazing! I was referred from my cousins, and I needed an upkeep from a MVA in Vancouver. She knew right away what to do, has a friendly calm energy and recommended some stretches to help out at home. With the service you get access to the pool and sauna. 👍🏼

First the location is great, its just right in downtown montreal, you can get by without a car. But if you do have a car its also good cause they offer free parking.2nd is you can access the hotels pool so you can swim before your massage. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasnt working that time.3rd the massage is very good. Thanks to Norman L. He is a very experienced massage therapist, and address whats need to pay attention.So all in all it was a good experience. Ill definitely comeback.

It was super comfortable. I stayed there with my parents. It was during New years eve which meant there were some kids being loud and partying but it didnt bother me.

What a complete waste of money and time!The guy at the reception desk wouldn’t accept my Groupon voucher due to some BS about having to validate the voucher 48 hours in advance! He was very rude and what he was saying made no sense at all! This has never happened to me anywhere else before!Also the place was less than mediocre and not well maintained.Although the massage was ok.I would NOT recommend this place.

The osteopath treatments I got here were excellent. I would definitely recommend this place. My pain seemed to have vanished magically. The massages are great too.

Keep in mind this was our first spa experience. To start the person at the reception did not make us feel welcomed. Then we were given little explanations about how things would go. The massage was good. It felt like they were in hurry to get the next customers and get us out. They only accept tips in cash and didnt tell us before hand. Overfall the whole thing felt super disorganized even though the massage people are dedicated and the massage was good.

We were a group of 6 Toronto. They staff was very helpful over the phone for the booking and deals we wanted to purchase. We even had to change our initial booking becayse we had missed our trains. They were so accomodating in terms of number of us and in switch of bookings we had to do.Once we got there the service was just amazing. All the staff got to each of us ready to take us in and they were very cheerful and took care of all of us very well.All 6 of us felt superb after our spa treatment. This is a highly recommended place to go to, for the amazing staff and outstanding service they have.

This was my first time going and I didn’t know what to expect. I got a Swedish full body massage and lumo-therapy. Let me tell you I wasn’t sure about the massage coz at some points it hurt coz my massage therapist used a lot of pressure repeatedly on one spot, but when I say I feel good. I really do. It’s so worth it. I have high tolerance for pain so if you do go and it’s a bit too much pressure just ask and they’ll take off some. My upper body is so relaxed, I get why people get addicted to these, definitely. I don’t know about the limo-therapy but it’s a nice touch and it’s relaxing.I think for my first time I enjoyed it and I’ll come back for sure.

I booked facial & haircut with dry blow:1- Facial: over all good. Ive had better experience. anyway, she evaluate my skin & suggested different facial than what I booked. a bit expensive one but I thought I will try it. It was the one with collagen mask for 45min. my face feels nice. not much redness which I really appreciate.2- Haircut: not satisfied at all. my hair is already short. I just wanted to trim the ends and made it clear to the old lady who was cutting my hair NOT to shorten much. In addition, I told her clearly I dont like my hair to be cut in layers. I dont need volume. What I want is jut straight cut all same level plz. You wont believe how much she argued and pushed for the cut to be done in layers. I insisted but out of sudden I see the lady cutting way different than what I want. half of my hair was gone already. I stopped her and asked her to finish the cut as I wanted. It didnt work vey well. my hair looks awful.I am sure Ill go for re-do of this cut in different place tomorrow or the day after.at the end I thought I paid way more then what I usually pay & I wasnt satisfied.not happy.overall my experience was not that great. I dont think I am coming back .

This was not my first time here; Ive purchased Groupon deals in the past and whenever I see this one come around, I purchase because I know that it is more than worth the deal! Along with the treatment at the spa, you have access to the facilities, which include the pool, sauna and gym so you can plan an entire afternoon there and relax to the max! The facility isnt brand new or modern but clean and functional. The staff is friendly and there is water and fresh fruit available. My masseuse is also a kinesiologist, and I was worried that her touch was too light but she focused on key pressure points, which I think contributed to the relaxation. A great experience! I got so relaxed that I forgot to take any pics but I will likely return before the new year and will be sure to update my post!

I went on a spadate with my bestie. The staff was friendly , great massotherapist he worked my body like I was pizza dough! He was excellent! Beware though ...have cash for tips. We finished with pool and sauna! It was great and clean.

Nine of us had services for a bachelorette party and all left feeling fabulous. Staff was wonderfully accommodating and practitioners/estheticians were excellent.

When you need to escape work and daily pressure, its the perfect place to be.Its very close to everything. I got offered a massage, a manicure/pedicure session and a facial treatment for my birthday. As soon as I entered the spa, the manager welcomed me with a fresh juice and made me feel comfortable before starting the oxygen bar experience. It was a bit strange as i never did it before, but both managers explained how to proceed and asked me to relax. The mood and the environment was very calm that I almost fell asleep due to the music. Then, the staff was waiting for me to do a manicure/pedicure session and were very patient with me as I am a very picky person and had a lot of bad experience previously. This is the first time that I felt satisfied since my nail polish stayed intact for almost two whole weeks (I am a part-time swimmer). Also, i have serious back pain and did a lot of massages previously but nothing was like the one I had at this spa. It was very relaxing and at the same time, every single bone and muscle in my back was worked with in a very professional way. The massotherapist was very experienced and knew exactly what type of massage to do for every body part. I even fell asleep during the swedish massage. They offer pool and sauna services from the hotel, which i preferred because you can go and sit there for as much as you want without feeling the urge to leave if anyone comes in the spa. It is very clean and they offer towels/ bathrobes with certain packages. The facial treatment was very nice and relaxing and I will definitely come back to try on the teeth whitening experience. The prices are not super expensive, especially that they also offer free parking at the hotel (which saved me a couple of bucks as parking is very expensive in downtown Montreal). Beware and hope you dont need their customer service because in my experience their goal is not on the customer. I will never be able to talk about their actual spa because I want no business with them. 22% of reviews here are 1 or 2 stars, save yourself a headache, if you are looking for a spa, for a way to relax, do not risk getting more stress, it defies the purpose! I bought a package on Groupon and made an appointment, I received the following message by e-mail. We are happy to confirm your booking with our partner merchant, M BioSpa. Our partner has been informed. You do not need to call to confirm this reservation. However, when I got there I was rudely dismissed and told that MBio scheduling system does not work with Groupons and that my appointment was not valid because I hadnt called to confirm and that they would take no responsibility for it since it was my fault I did not check the Groupon message they had sent. I usually go to Bota Bota Spa and love it and wanted to try another spa but I gladly went back to what I know. They do not need to give discounts because they know how to treat their customers. Another nice spa is the Scandinave Spa also at Vieux-Montréal. I should have trusted the reviewers!

I had a very bad experience with bio spa .i had coupon from groupon one day spa which is 60minute Massage and 30 minute energizing treatment. First of all the owner as soon as he see gropon package he wasn’t polite at all . After The guy gave me a massage only 40 minute and he told me I can have insurance receipt,but owner refused to give me that . He sad people who get groupon package Not alow to have insurance receipt and I have to pay extra cash only12$ for tax which he refused to take credit card as well very bad

Great Massage, Lousy Service.I had a Groupon deal. I made a reservation a week prior. I called the day of my reservation to confirm, even informed I was there for my birthday, When I arrived, I wasnt even greeted with a smile or a hello or even eye contact, not sure if it was the manager there, but didnt feel welcome or that my birthday was even acknowledged (just a decent thing to do- basic customer service 101: make the client feel welcome and special so you create LOYALTY and return clients). Was given a clipboard to fill out a form, without even being told a single hello yet. Afterwards, was shown the fitness facility.When it came time for my massage, the massotherapist Vanessa, was polite and attentive, she has miracle hands which soothed all the pains and aches. One of the best massages ever. Did upper body and lower body, but no arms (not sure why).Luminotherapy was good but too long in my opinion. Oxygen bar was good but wasnt given any clear instructions, was just handed the mask while the massotherapist went about cleaning the floors right in front of me. Not a relaxing experience, shouldve waited till the place was empty to clean up.Finally, when it came time to pay, I told them Im going to get my wallet from the locker (bring a lock, wasnt informed over the phone that I needed one), and they seemed to be afraid that I was going to make a run for it. Paid them and even gave a really good tip. They didnt even ask if I parked, good thing I remembered, so I had to go back and get a special pass (because 3 hours free parking was included in my deal). Service = ZILCH here.All in all, I would only recommend this place for the massotherapist Vanessa but otherwise, the service was totally lacking, simply non-existent. Not sure if it was me or if they were having an off-day, not sure Id go back, and wouldnt suggest it. Too bad, because that massage was great.

I booked a spa package for my mom for mothers day including facial +pedi+ mani + 1 hr Swedish - The spa is not over the top but its not like ive been to several , The owner wasnt overly welcoming but nonetheless it wasnt a bad experience . I was quoted a price over the phone and he wanted to charge me tax on top of it but withdrew after i reiterated that i want to be billed the price i was quoted over the phone .My mom was satisfied with her day overall.I paid for a 30 min massage myself. My back hurts all the time so i guess everything feels good . The girl was very nice and informative .3 stars only because I can t say that i liked it so much that i would go back .

Terrible experience. The manager was a rude and creepy man, and the (unlicensed) massage therapist gave me an unexpected boob massage. If this is your thing, thats your business, but I have had at least a hundred massages, and a professional will ask if its okay to expose your torso. Very uncomfortable. They advertise (including here, according to the pics) that they have a pool/sauna/whirlpool, but its totally separate from the spa - you have to dress after your oil massage to go there, followed by the awful manager to let you in with a key. They wont even give you a robe, even though there was a pile in the restroom. Another very rude interaction with the manager on the way out - when I said I would make a complaint, he said, I dont care, the complaints come back to me anyway. This spa is frequently on groupon and travel zoo - stay away.

The girl over the phone was not the best, kept interrupting and got frustrated with me over the Groupon code I had to give her for my booking, which was not visible on the paper I had when I called (she was surprisingly very kind in person). The groupon we received included a phototherapy of some sort which she said over the phone was something people didnt really like and that she could instead add that time to the massage, to which I agreed. The massage itself was so-so for me, better for my partner and lasted roughly 45-50min instead of 1 hour. Another inclusion in the coupon was the oxygen bar. I come out of the room after the massage and the person tells me nothing about the bar, so I proceed to gather my belongings and leave, until I find my partner already enjoying this so called oxygen bar which consists of a small waiting room looking area in the back with 4 choices of flavours for the oxygen. Nobody explained to me anything about the flavours or how it works, or even invited me to try it (as this was something I was entitled to!) and after a few minutes, we both decide to leave to the pool area (access was also included in the package). The pool was nice, there was barely anyone -on a wednesday evening of course-, but the old man at the frontdesk kept staring at me which made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Overall, it was alright but Id never go back or recommend it to anyone.

We received an excellent reception. We had 2 massages my partner and I. My partner, having injured his thigh, was offered for the same price a message with a physiotherapist who was able to treat his injury. Competent and courteous staff. We also did the oxygen bar. I also really enjoyed my massage.

We bought the package for $ 2 to $ 100 with Luminotherapie, herbal tea, oxygen bar and access to the spa and sauna. First, we were not explained anything when we arrived and we were simply asked to sit in front of the oxygen bar, put on the mask and relax ... Not really knowing what to do, we listened to the instructions, but after the bar stopped and the lights went out, we waited 5-10 minutes in the dark not knowing what to do at all ... After this mini treatment of about 20-30 minutes, we were directed to the spa which is actually a whirlpool in the Delta hotel with the swimming pool and lots of children and other people bathing in the same place ... In short, it is not everything you would expect for a romantic package for 2 and its not worth it if you dont take a massage ...

I had a facial which was downright excellent. Good advice and a great experience. I then had a 30 minute massage which was not bad, but not transcendent either.

The place is discreet, simple and clean and you have access to the pool of the hotel if it is open. The welcome is courteous. The massage was well done.

I chose with a friend the package of a day at the spa. We were delighted with the body massage, the masseuses were great, it was a great time. We recommend it! For the sauna, whirlpool, pool, gym part, it is actually an adjoining spa room to which all guests of the hotel have access. We were warned before paying so it did not bother us but we must pay attention to the opening hours of the pool to have access.

I was disappointed with the result of my laundering. Plus 30 dollars for a pre whitening that is to spend a cure pipe 10 seconds on my teeth! This is theft!

What to say ... I personally had three treatments with Mbiospa over the weekend. A half-leg waxing, a balancing facial and a Swedish massage.Lets start with the half leg. Although I know that the products are very good, I was not satisfied at all. In the end, I had lots of little hair. In the other clinics where I was, if there were any small hair, they were taken off with my forceps, over there not only it was not done, but I even had to tear off after long hairs that n have not been torn off (And know that I do not have a strong hair, nor even hair hard or hard to treat.)Then, the facial care. On that point, I will not say any harm in the execution. I chose a treatment that went with my skin according to the descriptions given on the site and in the execution, Carolina was very professional and delicate, it was a very good time. There, it will be the products that I will condemn, because barely an hour after treatment, my face was greasy. I have never had a greasy face before. Docn I do not know what happened, but it was very little appreciated.Finally, the Swedish massage. a horror. Its been three days now, my body aches are almost all gone now, except that of the right shoulder blade that I still have trouble moving. For he was not going too hard, but the performance in addition to being poorly made, was coldest and mechanical. Habitually, I do not feel any familiarity from my masseur, but I could have been massaged by a blender that I would hardly notice the difference.Finally, except the facial treatment (because facial massages have been excellent) I regret having one day set foot in this spa, to my chagrin.
