This is the absolute worst store I have ever been to. I stood there in the front entryway for 15 minutes in front of signs the size of me. 4 employees saw me, no one said hello, nor indicated when they’d let me in they just let me stand there until I finally left. It wasn’t even like they were at capacity since I was the only potential customer in the store. Worst service ever.

Awful customer service on two occassions.I purchased 2 sinks from Blanco and after I got home, realized they had given me two of the same sinks, instead of a larger and smaller versions. When I called, the man who answered was dreadful! He had a terrible attitude and didn’t even want to check the order info on my acct. After 20 minutes, I wanted to pull my hair out.Fast forward two months. I called to inquire about another purchase. My rep is on mat leave. I ended up getting this same man on the phone who was equally as rude and impatient. He insisted I come in person to pay BEFORE he will tell me an approx delivery date.It’s not even what he says so much as the way he says it.I’ve just purchased online instead to avoid any more negativity. Very disappointed with the management of their inventory and deadlines. We buy several fittings and we are told that it should happen in 4 weeks, see 5 weeks max. After this period, they postponed the arrival of stocks by two weeks and that, on 3 occasions! In the end, 10 weeks after ordering, I had to cancel! People are courteous but the material sold is of poor quality. Blanco kitchen faucet is on its 4th problem in 4 years.
