The store is quite big and offers a variety of choices. It offers a variety for all sorts of pets. They also offer some animals for sale ( adopt, dont shop) . The staff has always been friendly, especially the young lady you takes care of claw trimming. The various articles makes sure to fit from the low budget to the higher ones. I love the parrot , he is always a delight :) .

I bought three budgies from here and they came healthy and I also got it for cheap.their big cages are totally worth it to buy and they are really kind people with a good heart ❤️ I will come back to this pet store. If you don’t like this pet store something is defenitily wrong with you this place deserves this five star ratting

I love this place (chico mont royal) because it has an overabundance of the food I buy for my pets . Its cool but I do have a few downfalls. I find it sad that there is not 1 english speaking person in there at all. I also bought a cat condo in which someone said that they can get parts for this cat condo and when I needed parts like 2 years after they told me they NEVER said they told me they can get parts and their brand which is zoo & co dont have parts. I think and find people should be more honest so they can keep their clientele. Ive worked in retail for years and I was always honest . I would tell people where to find a product even if it was bot in the store i worked in and that brought them back asking for me. Honestly i think they need to be a bit more open minded as to hire someone english speaking for this establishment even if it is family owned. For my pets both cats and dogs I will be going back there just the same until I find somewhere else to go.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. You can come in with your pet and their almost always get a little treat and tons of attention from the staff. On big orders (I have 2 dogs and a cat) they almost always throw in a little something free. They also have a great loyalty program where when you buy 12 bags of the same food (which happens like every 6-8 months), you get a free bag. You also accumulate points on every purchase. Ask for the loyalty card its with it and when you get that free bag, boy oh boy does it feel good.

We went here this afternoon as first-time dog parents and we were treated so well! Great service, great selection, no pushiness and really seemed to care about what was best for our dog. They also gave him some parting gifts. Excellent service.

Very good service every time. I go there for my fish and have always found what I was looking for. Always got good advice from employees. They recommend based on animal welfare instead of forcing a sale which I find perfect! Arrival of fish on Thursday! Lots of choices for other animals too.

Beautiful shop with everything inside to please your little hairy! Food, accessories, toys and they even sell fish, birds and hamsters. The pedestrianization of the avenue was not too good for them. Also, I invite you to visit them when the tanks come back on the track!
