Optometrist refused to give me contacts prescription unless I buy the contacts through them, even though she did so last time and that was the reason I came back. They wanted to charge me 350 bucks for the contacts that I always buy for 100.

Do not rely on reviews before February 01, 2020 this company was sold on that date. Examination done very quickly, when I asked for the prescription after changing the glasses for the second time, it was reluctantly scrawled on the corner of the counter. I had asked for 1 st quality glasses and I received poor quality glasses, I cannot even read with them, by the way at the second adjustment !! they had removed a placemat indicating the qualities of the glasses. I do not recommend at all. I give a star because I cannot give lower

Excellent service at all levels. Dr. Roy is very professional and competent. She was able to improve my vision by prescribing glasses adapted to my condition. She does all the tests herself, which is not the case elsewhere where optometric examinations are done at the chain. Field-of-view and refractive tests done by devices are often done by someone who is neither an optometrist nor an optician, not at Iris. M. Hisham optician advised me very well in the choice of frames and glasses.

The optometrist is very kind and competent.However, customer service over the phone and at the counter is tough and disrespectful. Enough for me not to return, even if they are next to me.
