Went there around 4. Paid at the cash besides the exit. Girl with the hijab didnt greet with a hi or even eye contact. Gave only negative vibes. Wanted to pay two redbulls, as she grabbed them to scan and deposit, she handled them rough. I paid and said have a good day and she didnt even respond or make any eye contact. Really super rude throughout. Will avoid this place moving forward.

Not sure where the people that gave 1 star went but Im sure it wasnt at the location in Place Normandie. Great staff, clean store abs everyone in the prescriptions are super nice and helpful.

This place is being run by a bunch of amateurs! But they are greedy, rude and act like were in a third world country. They take it for granted that people need stuff, but they forget that theyre not the only PHARMAPRIX in town.There is absolutely no respect towards the customer and they absolutely dont care about that. They only want your cash.By far one of the worst stores Ive ever set foot in. And Im not young...I will never set foot in this store again. Guaranteed!

Today is 17 January 2021I visited Pharmaprix at 2530 Rue de Salaberry, Montreal, Qc. H3M-1L3To buy “sterile jars” for a children’s urine test.Because the doctor gave us a prescription and said that “sterile jars” are usually issued from the pharmaceutical counter.I came to the counter and ask the technician and the pharmacist to help me to buy right “sterile jars” and may also explain to me how to use them.The pharmacist who was working there this afternoon, advised me to take any jar on the sale floor, she told me that they don’t provide any consultations.I explained once again as the doctor said, that’s should be a “sterile jar”, not any jar.Pharmacist said to me again that’s I can take any empty jar on sale floor and she call someone from regular floor stuff from the store.But the guy from sales floor couldn’t help me, because he doesn’t know about “sterile jar”, he tries to looking with me the merchandise on the floor, but we not found anything.I asked the Pharmacist for her name because its weird that’s she doesnt know about “sterile jars”.Pharmacist refused to give me her name and said that she will not give her name and can’t help me to found any “sterile jars”.Pharmacist said that’s doesnt matter for her what the doctor said and what prescribe and tell me, if I can’t find “sterile jars” by myself on the floor I have to leave or she will call Police.I do call police myself right away at 14:07 and police officer helped to me how I can complain on pharmacist by (ordre disciplinaire de pharmacien) PACA and fill-up Section D. (follow-up).The name of pharmacist maybe Sabine Cilingir as written on the pharmacist top plate, this pharmacist refused to help me.I went to Jean Coutu on front of this PharmaprixThe pharmacist or technician gave to me “sterile jars” in a couple seconds from back counter and I bought them, he also explained to me how properly care and deposit to laboratory.I returned to the pharmacy to show what “sterile jars” looks like, pharmacist Sabine Cilingir anyway said what I could take any jar on sales floor, its the same. Even if I showed to her purchased “sterile jars” with sealed cup from Jean Coutu, seal indicate as this is medical “sterile jar”, also some additional information fill-up required that’s coming with “sterile jar”p.s. Every time I go in I get greeted by the cosmetics counter staff. The staff is always cheery and helpful at the cash and pharmacy. Clean well laid out store. I love the discount cart in the back. I have tried products I would have never paid full price for from there that I now by regularly. The weekend deals are great and the points program is worth it.

Very bad place to get your prescription. Pharmacist has poor people skills or manners. She mismanaged my ordinance when I tried to complain to owner who is woman of Armenian decent she tells me take my business elsewhere dont come back. I do not recommend this pharmacy, staff very far from listening .. the manager LARISSA shouts at me and wants me to go see another pharmacy on the pretext that she can not make an exchange if the article does not is not bought from them and she tells me it is in the regulations. When I open the site its marked nowhere I show her and she still doesnt want to return.Very poor customer service I will never stay there again although I often buy here due to the proximity, I would rather drive a few more miles than come here.Be careful what you buy it may be a final sale because Mrs LARISSA simply does not want to return 😉

Madame Larissa (store manager) REALLY cant talk to customers. She really mistreats clients and even allows herself to attack at certain times.Another friend of mine had a total lack of RESPECT from this lady.
