This company is tops in service and professionalism. We had a tankless gas hot water heater replaced in the attic and were very pleased. A fluke leak occurred during all the snow and rain so I called them. They scheduled me quickly and the polite knowledgeable technicians worked to locate and fix the problem. All Plumbing was awesome! From the time I called to the time the plumber got here was really fast. Very nice and professional.

My husband and I just moved into a house and had to get a few new appliances installed. Two guys came out and gave us an estimate of $1400 for installation of a dishwasher, faucet, and stovetop. That didn’t sound right so we turned them down, but they charged us $50 just for the estimate. Called another company to come out, free estimate, and the price they charged was only $450 for one guy to come and do it all. Definitely recommend Gordon Air Conditioning and Plumbing over All Plumbing any day of the year.

Excellent company and professional staff. They were able to get my drains clear when no one else could. We were able to use the restroom and take showers until they replaced the pipes. Scheduling was quick. I know who to call if I have problems in the future.

I have had to have All Plumbing come out several times the past couple of months. It was discovered my lines were busted due to roots from a tree. This was a very time intensive project and they did an excellent job.Major plumbing repairs come at a premium price, but I feel that the repair cost was reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done.I also had to have them come fix an outside water hydrant leak. Again, it was a messy job, but they got right to it, and had it fixed within an hour or two.I highly recommend All Plumbing. You need to understand that plumbing repairs are costly, but All Plumbing is fair and reasonable.

We had a great experience with Lee from All Plumbing. I requested a quote on Tuesday afternoon and they were at my house Wednesday morning. Fast, professional and great service all around!

The plumbers were very punctual and professional. They explained every detail of the work that they would be doing and made sure we understood. They also, gave more than one option to make sure we were aware of what might happen once they finished all of the camera work. The work was an all day job and they did exactly what they said they would do....finish in one day! They were great!

The gentlemen were very thorough in repairing my stove. They took the time to gently remove the drawer of the stove and asked where the drawers should be place (out of the way) to a safe location. They were very helpful in giving tips for preventive maintenance in using the stove for the best outcome and protection of my stove. They also pointed out a possible future problem related to the installation of a gas line inside the drawer of the stove and specific information as to parts and future repair! They also clean the drawers of the appliance and asked to clean the floor in front as well! Thank you All Plumbing for all your help with this problem and with my plumbing problems!

They are the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with for plumbing repairs. I really hated when they stopped doing heating and air. I’ve used them for years and years and will continue to do so. I really love it when a text message is sent to my phone telling me that they are on the way and gives me the name of the technician and even a picture of the person so I’ll recognize the guy when he gets to my home. I REALLY LOVE THAT!!!!!

All Plumbing has been great for us. The office people are friendly on the phone and very helpful. Greg made sure we got a morning appointment scheduled. The lead plumbers Matt and Jeremy were total pros in explaining the problem and getting the work done. All Plumbing is quick, efficient, and never too busy to get to you.

We were very pleased with Mark & Nicks work. They had a tough job getting our outdated water heater out and a new one in to a small space. They got the work done in a timely professional manner. We also appreciate we called for service in the morning and we had hot water again that same day. We really appreciate All Plumbing and will be calling again whenever we need plumbing work done.

If you want people who do half work then go ahead. They are also over priced. I had an issue with them and spoke to the tech.A rude man who is evidently very insecure. Ill go else where if I need a plumber. Waiting on the owner to contact me. The bottom line is that they need to be thorough with their inspection of problems...especially for 45.00. Missing a disconnected sewage drain pipe is a bit unacceptable. And being a rude person to your CUSTOMERS is not a good business practice.

Same-day service, rapid response time. Technicians are courteous and friendly. The problems are explained thoroughly, as well as what work needs to be done and the fees that will be charged for the service. I was also given an opportunity to ask questions. We are repeat customers, and these are some of the reasons why. Their service never fails to deliver 100% satisfaction.

My A/C went out on Labor Day of all days of the year. I was willing to pay the after hours fee that ALL charges. However, when the guy got there he checked the pressure and just looked at my unit. After just looking at it and checking the pressure (not trying to figure out why the pressure is so high which could be caused by multiple problems) he gave me a quote of $1400 and said I needed to replace all the copper coil in my unit. Then he suggested that I just get a new unit. The next day I had Newcomer and Son come and look at my unit. They checked every possible problem starting at the bottom and going up trying to exhaust every possible problem. They were able to find a clog, fixed it, and now my air is working perfectly. Roger at ALL seemed to be more worried about getting off work instead of really figuring out what was wrong. Newcomer was able to fix my A/C in 45 min. Once he figured out what was wrong it only took about 10 min to fix. So glad I decided to ditch these expensive people!

From the time the phone is answered to the completion of the repair, I always get couteous friendly service and a fast response. When I have a plumbing problem, I know I can count on All Plumbing to take care of it and do it right the first time! So nice to do business with a company that backs up what they say!

I will not use All Plumbing again and I will tell everyone I know not to use them!! PROS: They came within an hour of me calling them for a leaking and stopped up toilet. The service guys and the ladies in the office were very professional and nice. CONS: I paid $632 for 3 hours of work, which included them pulling the toilet, replacing the wax ring, replacing the connection between the tank and the bowl and unstopping the toilet. The way I was explained the charges, I was expecting around $400. Later that night, water was running from the tank to the bowl and the water was cutting on every 3 minutes to fill up the tank. I called the office the next day to report the issue of the running water and to get a complete breakdown of the charges. This is exactly what I was sent from Greg:JOB BREAKDOWN: LABOR 2.92 HOURS $511.00, MATERIAL $91.00, EQUIPMENT $25.00, FUEL $5.00, TOTAL $632.00***$175 an hour for labor!!! So when they were here repairing the toilet, they took about a 15 minute phone call from someone else on another job. Ok, if you are billing by the hour then they owe me at least $40 back.When Greg returned my call, I told him that the charges were never clearly explained to me as to add up to over $600. They gave me a base price of about $200 to pull the toilet, then it would $50 for the new connector part and then $200 to unclog the toilet. I told him that if they are billing by the hour, then they need to refund me for the phone call they took while here. Then Greg said they don’t bill by the hour but they bill by the task. WHAT?!?! You just emailed me a breakdown of the charges BY THE HOUR. Then he said that he would talk to the guy that came to my house and that he would call me back the next day. I asked why call the next day and not later that day. He said that he wasn’t going to bother the guy will he was on a job. I guess they can only be bothered by other service guys!! Guess what Greg has never called me back!!As to the running water, they were supposed to send someone to my house the next day around 4pm. No one was at my house by 4:20. I called the office again and they said they were sending someone to my house then, which led me to feel like they had forgotten about me. At 4:50, no one had arrived at my house. I called the office back and told them they could tell who was ever on there way not to bother, I couldn’t wait any longer.I will never use All Plumbing and at this point I don’t want them to even correct the running water from the tank to the bowl. Their prices are outrageous, I feel completely taken advantage of and not valued as a customer!!

We had a toilet that went out and bought a new one. Called All Plumbing to do the install since I’m handicapped. I thought it would be a day or two for them to show up, but they were here in an hour! Did a great job keeping everything clean and hauled off the old one. Thanks guys, great job!

I feel that they took advantage of my elderly mother. They did not give her a written estimate or a receipt. She had no idea that she was charged twice as much as she thought it would be.

I have used ALL for a few service calls over the past couple of years. They have always responded promptly to my inquires to got me in touch with a service technician to schedule an appointment.

This was the best A/C experience ever. Ive been around a long time and havent seen many companies run this well and managed. Staff are all professional and exceptionally well trained. What was described and promised to me actually occurred to perfection. They succeeded for me where several other HVAC companies have failed miserably. I couldnt be happier with the final product and installation. All Plumbing does all of my plumbing, heating , and cooling needs.I cant imagine anyone doing it better than they. When I need it done right, the first time, I now call All Plumbing.

The way they do business is great. They treat people right, do what they say, and are very professional. They came in our home and spotted some things to help improve our air flow that nobody else noticed, and hopefully this will save on our energy bill and help our unit last longer.
