Did a Google search and read reviews of a few companies before chosing ValuePest for my parents home. Great decision thus far. Initial service and inspection completed almost a week ago. My parents and I are very impressed thus far! Knowledgeable team that provides good service and value.

Been with them 20 plus years. Good service. Came out once a month. 25$ per month. 2 months into new ownership. 49$ per month. Service every other month. They were here maybe 7 minutes for second application. Did see mosquitoes and roaches first month. We’ll see how well the 7 minute treatment on a half acre goes this next month

Ive been in Union County for 10 years now and have tried several pest control companies. Value Pest was by far the most thorough. Their initial inspection and treatment was far better than anyone else. They even took off all outlet covers in the kitchen and bathrooms to put down a preventative barrier. They treat 6 times a year instead of 4 and will come out as needed between visits. They perform all services and include mosquito and termite treatment and offer several payment options. Best deal around, and you only need 1 company.

They have been nothing but kind from the beginning. When they performed their initial service, they found all the holes in the house and closed them up (a part of the service most other companies DONT do). Because they did that, they warned the mice already inside wouldn’t have anywhere to go, but I didn’t pay enough attention to that part. When we started catching mice in droves, I panicked and called. They sent someone right out here the very next day. It was actually the guy that did the initial visit. He assured me of what was happening and that it was a GOOD thing, put more traps down, and even left me a few! I definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with any issue such as this.

Service quality has really nose dived over the past year. Seems like the technicians are not being trained properly and are rushed, too focused on production by upper management. For the effectiveness of the treatments, it isnt worth it now.

We shopped around for the best termite protection. While they were the best price both for initial treatment and yearly maintenance it was the friendliness and professionalism that sold us. Initial treatment was two years ago. No problems. The yearly inspection is excellent. I highly recommend them.

I have a rental home. For years my tenants complained about bugs in the house. We tried treating on our own - sprinkling granules all around the outside of the house, putting ant traps out, etc - all without really good results. So I decided to bring in the pros and hired Value Pest about 5 years ago. I have not had a single complaint since then! Results are what matter! I highly recommend these good people!

Came out and serviced as scheduled. However, they sprayed while it was raining. Not sure how effective the service will be.

Super disappointed in the lack of heart of this company. We called them to take care of ants and roaches in a house we moved into. They came out to do services after speaking to my husband over the phone to come spray. The ants/roaches were discussed but never termite treatment.My husband was not home when they came out so they asked for me to sign the paperwork for the day. I asked if I was signing/ paying just for the services that day and they said yes.After that, I was charged a few other times and called and they said we were on a monthly plan and would come out and spray again (which I was fine with going month to month). Well, then covid happened and we ended up needing to sell the house and move quickly. I called to get off the month to month payment plan and they said we were locked into a year agreement and had to pay it bc I signed the contract. Turns out that the day they came out, I was actually signing for a year... and not just for the services we paid for, but for expensive termite treatment (which we did not request or want)... we already had that covered.I was not told correctly what I was signing for. When we called and talked to the owner to explain that we weren’t told about the year contract or termite treatment, he basically said “sorry- you signed” and youre out of luck. Knowing that they record calls- we asked if that could be done to prove what we were told or if any grace could be shown since we were moving due to unforeseen circumstances and only using their services for a couple of months, he said no and asked to charge my card the additional $500 for the remainder of the year on the spot.Just watch out for what you are signing. I get that it’s business, but I also believe that you should support quality people who care for their customers. They had the opportunity to show kindness and empathy and did not. I would personally not support this company again.

We really appreciate the fact that ValuePest provides an all inclusive pest control solution for a fraction of the cost of other pest control companies. They take time to listen to our concerns and treat the most needed areas of our home with special care on top of their regular indoor/outdoor services. Ive had other pest control companies while living in other states. Value Pest if far better. They always notify me before hand. They remove webs from porches, windows, and garage. I have no problems with bugs or termites. They do a fabulous job. And the ladies in the office are always pleasant, polite and courteous.

I called ValuePest as soon as they opened the next morning, and Josh Benson was at my door by 11 am that same day! He was extremely thorough, checked every crevice and gave me some great tips to prevent any issues. He talked me off the ledge and gave me a $20 discount just for mentioning the Google coupon. Definitely recommend them for anyone with any sort of bug problem.

Initial service to treat the usual spiders ants etc plus mosquito control. Chris Jones the service manager was efficient polite kind and took the time to thoroughly explain the process. Both initial service and monthly charges are higher than other services I have used and or researched but Chris tended to much more than pest control techs Ive used have done in the past so this might be well worth the extra cost. Also impressed with the clear explanation of charges from the customer service rep and this is the only company that offered a regular day and time for the monthly service. Early days but ValuePest already set itself ahead of the rest.

ValuePest came out to take a look at a small termite issue. They were professional, polite, and had a great disposition. We only needed a small spot treatment which was exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely call ValuePest again for a pest problem.

Dont use them biggest scam ever. They cant even kill a spider,ants, and absolutely not bed bugs. You figure if they kill anything you wont need to pay monthly charges. I have been trying to sell my house and the potential buyers came back with an inspection report that had termites everywhere. They were asking for a massive rebate and I called ValuePest to give me a second opinion. Its so hard to trust contractors because of course they will try to find the biggest problem. But i was amazed Chris was honest and incredibly thorough. Although he saw some damage he let me know there wasnt really a termite problem since i treated 7 years ago.He did offer some preventative measures if i wanted but with a newborn baby on the way. Terrible customer service! I have made multiple appointments for ants and 4 times they didnt show or call. I have to call them to reschedule and they still dont show up. Their excuse is it was raining. My problem with ants is inside not out. Some of the days out wasnt raining. It takes days to get appointments. Forget about taking off your job to meet them at your house. They will not come or call. Nice people but terrible service.

I originally called Value Pest to handle a bed bug problem my youngest child brought home from summer camp. They got rid of the bugs but I had to purchase the bed bug treatment & pest control service for one year for the no bed bug warranty. They got rid of the bugs and no trace of one since, the pest control service has been fantastic as well. I also had them get rid of the builders green plastic spikes from the yard and termite treat the perimeter of the house foundation. Had one little issue with the billing at the beginning but once I set up autopay everything has been smooth sailing and no bugs. I’m a hard person to deal with at times and these guys have done a great job with keeping my house bug free and dealing with me. Value Pest is worth it, call them.

Im so pleased to write that after a RAT PARTY in my attic this weekend Chris from ValuePest arrived first this Monday morning. They were extremely diligent in patching up the entry point exclusion to the attic. And in setting 10 traps in the attic. They were very efficient and paid a lot of attention to detail in the sealing and the clean up of the nest. I would definitely hire them again. The bill was $300 for the trapping and the exclusion. In the past I have paid $250 $300 for a visit but have had to pay the same provider twice so I hope this is the end of the RAT PARTY
