I got a gel manicure today with Hannah and it was one of the best manicures I have ever gotten! They turned out beautiful and she was super accommodating and thorough! Highly recommend. Great staff, everyone is super kind. Great service and quality, super affordable too!

I absolutely love this salon. The ladies are so nice and talented. I enjoy making my appointments online and having the reminders sent. The prices for the quality of work is great. There are a lot of services offered and the technicians can help guide you through them to see which is best for you. I was searching for a place after being with my nail technician for over 10 years. They made my switch easy and worth it. The salon is VERY clean and well stocked with all the new colors. I enjoy my visit each month and look forward to going.

Ashley is my tech and I’ve been coming to this salon for over year. She’s always happy, professional and provides outstanding quality and customer service. My old lady feet are like dried shoe leather 😁 and she somehow magically turns them into something akin to a baby’s bottom. Bless her heart for working on my meat hooks! I went Saturday, got a pedicure from Tammy she did amazing. Went today, saw Janice got hard gel nail with tips and the gel polish. Janice did a fantastic job and even put her touch with ombré and ail art. Thank you ladies, can’t wait to see what we do next.

I love this setting of this salon, it’s certainly a spa treatment and atmosphere. The service is awesome and I feel comfortable coming here knowing my appointment is set and can walk right in and be serve. This is my “HAPPY PLACE” for my manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing. When you walk in, you feel the calmness and warm environment. It is always clean and there’s someone at the front desk who is friendly to greet you when you walk in. I can say that I am very please to have a nail spa to satisfy my needs. I am catered to when service is rendered to me. It’s important to me that services are not rushed or you are not treated like another number for the day. Each time, my service is a well like spa experience. My regular services are SNS nails, pedicure and eyebrows waxing. I usually spend about 3 hours here per visit, so scheduling an appointment is best. They do take walk-Ins if the schedule permits. I would rate them 5/5 and recommend Echo Nail Spa to others so they can experience the same treatment!

I was in a chair for almost TWO full hours just for a FILL-IN, and even after all that time, it’s still somehow the worst work I think I’ve ever seen.I went to Echo hoping to fix mistakes from an acrylic full set I’d had put on at a different salon the weekend before. Now, I’ve tried almost every salon in Monroe and I’d really like to find a good place, so I was excited when at first, the tech shaped my nails really well, and took her time to make sure they were all even! When she started the fill-in and started applying acrylic, it went downhill. She applied it really unevenly, then seemed to notice her mistakes on almost all the nails, then poorly tried to even them all out by adding more acrylic, and ended up leaving most of them thick and visibly lumpy (even without polish). I thought, surely she’ll fix it when she sands them down! Nope - still left it incredibly uneven going into the first coat of gel polish. That first coat then had to be removed manually with a file because “it didn’t cure right”, leaving small chunks on my nails that she didn’t remove, clearly visible under the next coat of gel. Not to mention she didn’t cover ANY of my nails fully with polish.It’s honestly BELOW amateur level work, and I’ve done better fill-ins at home by myself with lower quality material. I’m really disappointed in this salon, or at least in this one tech. I honestly don’t care how friendly you are or how pretty your salon is decorated if the quality of your work is SO lacking!

Horrible! Ashley kibble was veryyyy rude and extremely unhelpful. I wanted a nice set for prom and she cut my nails down way too short, and gave me attitude when I wanted them longer. Also I think they overcharged me. I’m very disappointed and I will never go back.

This is a great salon. I went and got an Acrylic fill in by Linda G. and she did amazing. She took her time and everything was extremely clean. I love my nails and they looks so natural and smooth. Will definitely be back. 💕

My first time here was amazing but the past two times they wouldnt even see me. They said that they didnt do fill ins and one girl said I know how to do fill ins but Im not going to because I wont get paid as much. They had attitudes and were just awful!

Lady who checked me in was rude and unfriendly but the lady who actually did my eyebrows was awesome. She took her time and did a fantastic job.

My wife and I walked in for a set of pedicures and the place had 1 other Customer and they acted as if they were swamped and had to see if they could fit us in. They decided to see us both and they were more interested in their conversation than the pedicure. The older woman couldn’t talk and do her job at the same time. She also didn’t know how to apply nail paint. My wife wanted a certain color applied to her nails instead was all over her skin as well. Linda the woman who did my pedicure did a terrible job. Towards the end I find out that she was trying to get out of there and go home so she went fast and it showed. She also was borrowing multiple tools from the other tech because she didn’t any any of her own. This was the worst pedi experience we have ever experienced. No wonder this place was dang near empty. No option for negative stars. Don’t go here, try another one.

Had a deluxe pedicure. The massage chair was nice. Hannah did a great with my cuticles. Nice leg massage and hot wrap.

I wish I could include a photo of my nails. Technician ground my natural nail down so far that a new nail began to grow in at the cuticle. Eventually, the initial nail grew out and fell off exposing my nail bed (ouch!). Also ground another nail leaving a hole in it, again, exposed nail bed. Owner said “She said she didn’t do anything wrong.”BEWARE! I had to fight just to get a refund! My nails will probably never be the same!

I hate that Im having to write a review like this because my overall experience at the salon was good. I got SNS which typically last me over a month, not even 3 days later my nails began chipping. Its only been a week now and over 4 of my nails are completely gone. For $45 dollars this is just unacceptable and ridiculous. I will never be going back.

My daughter and I went in today for a pedicure and we both received the best treatment from some of the friendliest ladies ever. This is a top notch salon and I will be returning. The atmosphere is so relaxed and it was very clean, no dust, and the floors were spotless. I highly recommend this place. The communication was so easy because everyone spoke English. I’m not trying to be a racist at all, it has been my past experience that I have had problems getting other establishments to understand what I was needing. Great job!!!

This was the best salon I have ever walked in. Megan did my pedicure and was magnificent. I will continue to keep coming here!! The only thing I didn’t like was the receptionist decided to leave and gave Megan the phone expecting her to stop and answer anytime the phone rang. But Megan’s personality and amazing skills made me forget all about it. Will for sure be back!

It takes a little longer than the typical nail salon but that is because they actually take their time and pamper you and pay great attention to details!! The atmosphere was so relaxing! Honestly this is the best nail salon I have been to, the staff are super nice and gentle. My nails that I just got done are really nice and I plan on coming here every time I need a fill or a full set!

I scheduled for my wedding party to get our nails done at this salon. I understand that we were about 20 minutes late due to one bridesmaids flight being delayed but this salon did not care. What was supposed to be a fun and exciting experience turned into us feeling terrible and rushed. Not to mention it is less than four days since I got my gel nails done and I only have four left. Such a disappointment.

In my first visit I thought wow this is a nice place very well decorated and impressive the service however I feel like was a bunch of girls that just got their license and decided to form a business. The lady next to me was really having a bad experience, the girl wasn’t listening to anything she was saying and really jacked her up. My nails came out ok but I feel like I had the only girl that was half way experienced. She was teaching the other ladies and instructing them what to do in Spanish. My overall take on this place is they need to get some experience and professionalism under them or they will sink. Very good decorating though.

I visited as a last minute late afternoon schedule for SNS. Ive been to 4 different nail spots in 3 different cities trying to find the right home for my nails. I was greated, offered a drink, was amazed at the ambiance of the nail and spa, they have great knowledge about nails and a large color assortment. Jen Burgess did my nails I was 100% satisfied and scheduled my follow up appointment before I left. Jen took her time, had great customer service skills as does everyone there, talked me step by step through healthy SNS nails and they have held up great! They offer not just nails, but waxing, facials, massages, pedicures, a lot in a very trendy, great location! I will be returning from now on to get my nails done here! I found a nail home! Thank you ladies for making my experience a fantastic one!

This place was amazing! Honestly, I was skeptical about visiting a nail salon in Monroe but we went because of location convenience. I took my mom and grandma in for a pedicure and the ladies were sooooo professional, pleasant, and attentive! Thank you all for amazing service!

This place was great and they have a really good membership program. I almost dont want to write anything because Id like to keep this little gem a secret. I actually felt like I was at The Beauty Shop. This is what we go for...a little gossip...some conversation in English...and pleasant customer service. These people actually care about the way you feel when you leave and that is a breath of fresh air. I have not been able to find a place like this one. I was there for two hours! By choice! This is a lovely, lovely place.

Staff was friendly and professional. However, my acrylic nails were not done well. Final product was flexible and bent easily and I had a nail break after only 4 days. I decided to try this salon because the price was cheaper than my usual place, but now I know why. Will not be returning here.

Had some time to kill today and goggled nail salons in Monroe N.C. and this was close to my hotel and had a 4 star rating so I gave it a try. OMG the best mani & pedi I have ever had. Customer service was awesome, my technician was so friendly and did a wonderful job and the shop was clean and shabby chic which I love. I really appreciated seeing how they were also environmentally friendly by how they used certain products. Highly recommend ECHO and Ginny was my technician. Prices were really fair and easy to find location.

Jenny was extremely nice very good shape to my nails extremely clean the tech and salon only downside is I always get gel polish and I have never had it peal off mine peeled the next day in full layers they offered to fix it when I called that afternoon but said I would have to see Jenny and she wasnt back til the next day I decided to take my business somewhere else which is sad because Jenny is a very good nail tech

I highly don’t recommend. Terrible customer service. I was a walk in with out an appointment and I asked for a time. I was given a time and I asked if I could make a phone call. Then the person at the front desk walked away and took someone else before me who walked in 30 minutes after me. Even though I was there first. I alerted them of the mistake and they told me I would have to wait 2 more hours before I could be seen.

Friendly place that will take care of you. Clean. The employees get along great and they speak English, a rare find in nail world. You will not be disappointed.

This took place on 9/29/2018 at 9:55am. My mother and I have been going here for months. However, I was running 10 minutes late, and they have a grace period there of 15 minutes. I got there before the 15 minute grace period and I walked in expecting an appointment for my mother and I. The lady at the front desk canceled our appointment because we were running late and she had replaced us with another appointment of one person. She has now lost three well paying customers— because my mother’s husband went there as well — due to bad customer service. To make it worse, the lady that canceled LIED and said she called the both of us to see if we were still coming, yet strangely enough, there was nothing showing on either of our call logs Echo Spa’s number. I pray she gets better inviduals to work for her. This is NOT they way people who pay YOUR bills, should be treated.

I am so happy I found this Nail Spa. Ive been going there for about 5 months now. The staff are very friendly and the shop is very clean! I have been going to Chelly. She does a great job. I usually get a gel manicure and a spa pedicure. Love the way they both come out. Today Chelly waxed my eyebrows and she did a nice job. I highly recommend this nail spa.

This was a good nail salon overall, I got the regular full set and 1 week with them on, my pointing nail starting lifting and hurting. The nails were filed to short for my liking, and they were to expensive to be lifting in such a short period of time.

Disappointed and will not be back. Low quality work for expensive price!!!!! I went to get my first set out on a couple of months ago and literally one week later they began to break. I thought it was my fault so I gave them another chance (HUGE MISTAKE) one week later (again) my nails began to break!!!!!! BUT this time it was my ENTIRE RIGHT HAND!! plus three fingernails on my left hand! I have pictures but I don’t know how to upload. If I figure it out, they will be posted ! DO NOT GO HERE. POLISH / NAILS ONLY LAST FOR ONE WEEK AND IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.
