Nick at the Monroe north Carolina did a fantastic job and made the process so simple and easy!!!!!! Been with t-mobile for so so many years and this process has been so great Nick did a great job!!!!!

First visit to this store, have to say Nick did a fantastic job assisting me in purchasing a new IPhone. He made the experience easy and very positive. Definitely should consider moving this man up in the company.

I came to the T-Mobile store in Monroe very frustrated because I was having trouble trying to set up a cellular security camera. Nick helped me out and was a total lifesaver. He took time with me to troubleshoot the problem and get me on the team mobile net work. He was patient, kind and highly professional. It is really hard to find employees like Nick, give the man a raise!! Thanks so much Nick, you rock!!

Wow where do I start..... Everyone here is AMAZING, George the manger is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Sarah was very friendly and helped me set up my new devices AND I SAVED SO MUCH MONEY!!!! George and Sarah helped me cut my bill in half! These guys know how to help and are willing to help find what fits you and for your lifestyle. They listen and give you if not what you want and more. This is my new T-mobile store and I will be telling EVERYONE to come here.

T-Mobile in Monroe North Carolina is the biggest farce in obtaining a phone that there could possibly be. They charge you outrageous price just to get the phone until you got 14 days to change your mind and you will get your money back we carried our phones back down to T-Mobile because we got no service in two days and Sarah and George would not give us a dime back we did take the phones back to a month T-Mobile in Waynesville North Carolina as per Sarah instructions and then ask for a return at Sears store in Monroe and we were denied. She was not accurate in her statement that she didnt tell us we could get our return a refund back in Waynesville no she blatantly lied to keep from giving a shower return and she had had a talk with George the manager and there was no use talking with him because she said he was already firm about giving us some money back because we passed 14 days and that was not true we started talking to them about maybe theres phones the second day when we return them to Waynesville and we were told if you return the phones in 14 days you would get your restocking fee back. We have not received it and they is sis they will not return that stocking fee but we have talked to corporate T-Mobile and they said that we would get the stocking fee of $50 in fees and taxes back yeah this independent office refuses to refund us anything. This is outrageous poor customer service I wouldnt suggest T-Mobile to my dog!

Hey all, first off, Happy Holidays, as well as in other beliefs, have a great day on the 25th. Secondly, I got a Samsung Galaxy s20 FE for $177, and some change. I was just as shocked when I heard that I wont have to pay the $699.00 immediately, like what? Are you kidding me? Go hurry, and grab a Samsung s20 FE, its 177 down and 90 a month for unlimited everything. I went in thinking, dang ill not be able to get it, but, I was shocked, after much deliberation, looking at separate phones, I chose this one, and boy/gurlllll Im so glad I did. This thing is so fast. Highly recommended store, they really worked with me. Thanks so much Agent Julius!!

WOST CUSTOMER SERVICE I wish I could give this place 0 starsIf you want to go in there at any time of the day, on any day of the week prepare yourself to be a MINIMUM of 2 hours for a simple issue. This is not the first time I have been there, every time I go there I wait a minimum of 2 hours and the printer never works. Printer did not work 7 months ago I was there, I think 7 months is ample time to get a simple printer fixed.
