I like shopping at this store but dont think they have sufficient staff, and although most of the staff is super helpful, theyre hard to find at times and some dont seem to know where things are in the storeIf they fixed the staffing and training issues I would give them a higher rating

Walmart has most if what is available here at more economical prices.

Staples is a great place to actually try out office furniture, such as chairs before purchasing. They also often have good deals on school supplies. This location is also a shipping location for Purolator and FedEx.

No idea what they are doing. My last pick up order was a bunch of printing that did not make sense, pages cut, incomplete and charged 160$. Tones of staff today and no business center cash not working. No sign posted that you need to stand in regular line and nobody thought to mention it while I waited forever. No sanitation between customers at all. Zero.

Whenever I go there and its mostly for printouts,,, there never seems to be anyone available at the counter... the girl is always for her “break” .looks like mostly kids working there as part time workers... thats just my impression.

A nice place to shop basic stationery and related items. We also used the fax, pcopy facilities.

During our visit to the store, we needed assistance - to no avail! The personnel on-hand were both nonchalant and unhelpful towards us clients! So, we left and purchased the wanted item as a nearby competitor.

Quiet store compared to everywhere else. Today I was looking for a computer desk, the selection is very decent and price range for what you get is really good. I purchased one for $150 but there are some lower priced ones as well. An associate came over and help with locating the box and even helped bring it to my vehicle. My whole experience was great and I will definitely be returning. The desk I bought is also very sturdy with the metal framing.

Anything needed for a home office or work is here. Nice selections with good prices and the staff are very helpful.

Exceptionally poor quality service, the tall lanky computer guy had to be called for, we wanted a laptop for our daughter and not only did he not really want to be there or answer questions, he put the laptop specs on the website of staples for us to look at and took off. We went to best buy where the customer service was so much better.

No staff on the floor. About 8 staff near the cashes and only one cash open with a line. Amazing.

Terrible service. My wife was there today and needed help downloading some pictures from sd card for a project she is doing. The staff gave her no help. My wife left that store very frustrated and went to Stables on Main st where she was treated 5 star. The staff there was very helpful and took time to show her how to download pictures.

Looking for a chair, and was expecting to have to settle for less than what I wanted yet again (tall and heavy, and need chair with higher weight tolerance - hard to find). Employee offered me alternatives that I never new existed, and patiently made sure I was going to get both what I needed and wanted. Very positive experience.

I purchased Quickbooks accounting software at full price two weeks ago from Staples as I usually do each spring. At the time I had a conversation with the cashier asking if I would be able to get a price guarantee if it were to come on sale at a later time which it usually does in the spring. She checked the system to see if it would be coming on sale in the next two weeks but it couldnt find a sale so she told me to hang onto my receipt and it would be no problem to get a price guarantee. The following week, I noticed it was on sale for $180 off so I brought in the flyer and my receipt to get the price guarantee. The cashier tried but was unsuccessful so she called in the floor manager. The floor manager told me they needed the product in order to honor the price guarantee. Something about needing the serial #. So I made another trip back to the store with the product (disc, product registration, start up guide, receipt, etc.) only to find out that they needed the box! I asked to speak to the store manager and he refused to provide the price guarantee or a return without the box. Why was I not told to hang onto the box or that the box was the key to the whole thing? Not only by the cashier but also the floor manager?! I went home and dug through the garbage and retrieved the box and made a third trip to Staples which will be my last and I have purchased furniture and supplies there for years for our business. Terrible service!

Please help your customers instead of standing around looking busy. There’s 3 people in the store and 6 employees. Help us!! The batteries don’t need to be reorganized.

I had the worst customer service EVER at this store and by a manager of all people. Not really sure why they gave this guy that position because he totally sucks at it. I went in to get my tablet looked at because it shows a grey screen. They looked at it, literally, and then said they couldnt help me I had to go through the company that made the tablet and use the one year warranty with them first and yes I did purchase this so called extra warranty in which I was told does not come in affect until the one year warranty is up with manufacturer of the tablet SO WHAT GOOD IS BUYING THIS EXTRA WARRANTY IF I CANT USE IT. So I contacted the tablet company and their return policy is if I didnt buy it through them I cant return it to them SO MUCH FOR THAT YEAR WARRANTY. Went back to the store with the same rude ignorant manager(ryan) and told him what they said and he pretty much told me oh well for you there is nothing I can do I am not helping you. WOW what great customer service by a manager at this store I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM STABLES IN ANY COUNTRY AGAIN.....

I was looking for computer parts and couldnt find what I was looking for. I had asked the customer service desk only to be told that I was wasting their time. The first lady, although polite, had no knowledge in computer components so she asked this dirty looking long haired guy. H said he didnt carry them. Then came out what I can only assume is the manager. He advised that there were no processors to be found in Moncton ( I did find a store after that sold them, very good costumer service from them, they even installed it in my motherboard at no charge ). He explicitly said that I was wasting his time and that I should just go home and order one online. He didnt even offer to order one for me like Best Buy did. I tried to ask him a question and he had turned his back, walked into his office and closed the door. I couldnt even get his name. I will never go to this Staples or any other again.

Keys were falling off my lap top I had just received as a gift a month before. First they told me that they couldnt do anything, then they said it would cost $100 to fix! took like two hours and three different workers before they finally fixed it free. Then I had to wait an extra day to get it back because they only had one computer guy and he wasnt at work that day.

They call me to come pick up my laptop arrived nothing was done ! i did not have the programe that i wanted so they asked me to pay 150$ more i asked to return everything The manager was terribly rude the employees would be a better manager then her ! Copy machines require you to give your credit card before uploading your information. I cancelled my transaction only to find out later I had a charge on my credit card. I called the store to ask what happened..they were not helpful at all and when I asked to speak with a manager they left me on hold until the call was disconnected. Super disappointed staples :(

However, I called my bank and the payment was well and truly invoiced ...... So, if you possibly want to get stuffed with $ 1500, go buy at Staples !!
