Due to the latest Covid rules, All travellers coming into Goa from Karnataka are required to show a negative RT-PCR report or proof of double dose vaccination. If for any reason you dont have either, Rapid Antigen Testing (priced at Rs 270) will be required to be done at the site.Results are out in 5 minutes.You may then proceed into Goa after a negative report.

We reached from bangalore around 2pm. We had vaccination certificate and antigen test but still it took 1.30 hours to pass the check post. there was long queue and only one policeman was handling all the paper work. Felt bad those policemen who are on the sun. needs a lot of improvement.. provide more people and better service. No washrooms no facilities.. pathetic..

RTPCR or 2 doses of Vaccination a must if want to pass thru here to Goa.

Long queue for entry.. no social distancing. In large group of tourists,some of them havent vaccine certificate/RTPCR -ve report.Verifying these things take long time. only two staffs were there in a small building for the entry pocedure.Police officers couldnt manage the crowd. Antigen test counters r also there.. We faced 1hr delay.

Cops were polite and happy to help. No harassment

When it rains ground become muddy, visitors will have tough time. When large number of visitors stay for their turn, toilets and drinking water facility can be provided.

Antigen rapid test done here. Its compulsory and the entire staff is co op and understanding.

Good Checkpost police, before entry they took quick Antigen test and allowed our entry into Goa!!!

Harrasment you would be welcomed with, they wanted a negetive certificate of my daughter whos below 18, when I checked with doctors, they say its not applicable as they have not received any official notification!.....

Rude police personnel stationed ( atleast when I passed), for a state dependent on Tourism for their economy and livelihood the treatment given their Police staff is a shame. A humble request is to depute staff at borders who can atleast speak properly to incoming people.

Please carry covid test report if you are visiting goaBecause they are strictly checking at post and if you dont have it they are charging 270/- per person for the test there itself

Checking is done moderately...you can go to dhudsagar, goa at this point. Covid restrictions are there. So need to check with concerned state authority issuance

Border check post. Get yourself a Covid -ve certificate which was made in last 72 hrs to avoid delay due to Covid tests here

While entering from karnataka to goa, just they checked weather you have covid report are not, while leaving this check post from goa to karnataka there is no checks here like alcohol bottles like that, but karnataka border check post checked your languages , there main target is alcohol , it is legal for 2 bottles under goa norms , but they charged you fine when u get caught...just bargain there is no other choice

Dont forget to carry ur covid negative certificate with you if you wish to enter Goa, had to travel all the way back to Belgaum city to do the test and get one. And the shortcut jungle road is absolutely terrible.

For no reason though all the papers and rto payments were done theyve stopped us just for taking ₹200 as a bribe thats it. And the way they were speaking with our driver was also very rude. They should improve their behaviour and way of working.

Beaware that while you returning from goa the police will check the vehicle completely at every nook and corner. So dont bring liquor the police take all yours and ask money too. So be cautious drink as much as you can in goa itself. Dont have an idea to bring home the liquor.Real Incident happened in my life.
