Came in with a problem that was promptly diagnosed and then given a resolution. There was an active line of communication to keep up to date on the current situation. Any problems that I had afterwards I was able to get information on how to fix. They also considered my own queries as I have some knowledge on hardware.Overall great people to talk with and very forthcoming!

I have little or no idea with computers. I had an irritating issue with my laptop so just before I smashed it with a hammer I decided to run it over to FHJ on the Bromfield. They close at 5.30 ish and I arrived about 5pm. I was offered a coffee while I waited and within 15 minutes one of the staff, Lewis had identified and rectified the problem while I waited, he even helped me set up my GoPro.
