Hospital staff is good and the doctors are very experienced and supportive.Cleanliness and hygiene is good in the hospital. Patient wards are also clean and well maintained. Hospital provides all facilities to the patients.

Waiting chairs are not comfortable can see in the photos one chair legs don’t have spot to keep straight the peron who’s seating on it.I just try seat on that side and fall down. So request to Maintenance staff please do correct investigation and do your best. If any patient is fall down may be he/she can get harm more.Very bad condition in toilet too

The entire medical team went above and beyond in helping my mother recover from Covid.Dr Nitin Tangri and his team are stretched thin yet trying their best to give individual attention to all patients.The nursing staff is humble and excel at their responsibility of taking due care of all.In this chaotic time, we are blessed to be able to get care from this institution and its members.

Good hospital nice service provided by administration

The hospital services has gone worse over last years. ICU is worse than a ward. Guards and attendants using mobile gossiping without masks and patient is hungry, laying on wet bedsheet and even IV kit is not properly administered causing pain and problem to the patient. My father suffered here and is so disappointed with the staff. We just cannot refer anyone here to come. Please if you care about your loved ones, don’t bring them here. Only emergency and then transfer to good hospital like Fortis Mohali which I had to. Even the rates here have doubled up for ICU which is really not worth it. Not even half price is worth it.

Worst hospital. Never take your patients there. They are the worst hospital in this area. Just building is big everything else is worst.

Best location on the national highway, 24 hours emergency, trauma center, neurosurgeon, highly trained nursing staff, many super specialities :like cardiology, urology, neurology, etc, highly-qualified And trained Doctors, well equipped wards,centrally air conditioning, medical college building is massive, well equipped, with latest teaching methods, smart classroom, multiple levels hostels, extra-curricular activities, sports, cricket group, football, volleyball, badminton etc, neat and clean campus,, indoor cafeteria at every floor, canteen, Bank, post office, ATM, are some of the facilities available, huge parking, buses, Ambulance, large green campus.

Very bad customer service. Relatives and family members of patients asking for assistance treated badly.

World class tertiary care treatment is given to the patients both on OP and IP basis. several times camps are also being organised for the poor and needy patients. super specialty services is also provided here.
