I travelled 70 km along with 4 of my friends for a late night movie show and they denied the entry stating that We need to buy atleast 7-8 tickets for the show to start.We asked to call the manager there was no satisfactory response.When asked what if we had booked the tickets in advance for 5 people they responded that we would have cancelled the tickets.The toilet facilities were poor too.

Hey! After a while I visited Moga and got to hear about Nova cinema which is good. But you guys need to work on customer servicing. You have attitude of having a big cinema and think people are coming there. The actual boss is customer so please work on training your staff.Ask them to be polite with any type of customer because you opening a cinema is fine but you need to maintain it as it is,for that you need to have customers. Do not loose your customers,not even one. Behave well, you have got best cinema in Moga.😊

Last sunday, i went to watch a Hollywood movie called Skyscraper at there and the whole experience wasnt good. First of all, they dont have any facility to keep peoples belongings like bags or other things. Then the auditorium was looking good but when we sat, the movie started suddenly and lights were still on so we werent able to see anything on the screen. After a couple of minutes, they turned off the lights but the quality of movie was very poor. It was blur, hard to see, i mean you are getting idea whats going on the screen but wouldnt be able to watch it clearly. It was like projecting a phone screen onto a big screen, blur and with low contrast.

As for movie experience, it was ok.However, and this is serious, they act very unprofessionally. For example, I watched Fantastic beasts here, and the whole movie was out of focus which even after our report was treated as our hallucination.Recently, I went to watch Avengers Endgame. The movie was started as soon as they opened the door to auditorium, and I mean this literally - people were still entering the auditorium for the first 20 minutes of the movie. A lot of people critised this action as they were struggling with their smudgy glasses but no attention was given to the viewers.If anyone wants a good experience please visit a cinema in some bigger city like Ludhiana else living in Moga you dont have much choice but to adjust.

For consumers they did not reduced any amount and increased base price.Cold drinks are expensive and hot.Popcorns are expensive and cold.You give them money to serve you seat. they will keep money and will not serve you.At thd end they will not allow you to go to cafeteria to tske youf money back. You need to spend 5 -10 mins with manager to get money back.

This is bit away from Moga, located at outer skirts of Moga. A new place which gradually developing. As far as cinema hall is concerned, Avoid its Balcony, specially if you are accompanied by youngsters. They are highly risky. Moreover, they have separate entry, but they will not allow to use it, for the reasons unknown.Services and Menu is costing more than its quality. They have good seats but cleaning is below expectations. You can find soiled seats.The third Audi is very small, looks like a mini hall with limited space and not like a movie experience. The candy shop is also virtually not available there. The bathrooms are behind the screen, so you can expect some disturbance.The major drawback here is non-availability of audience, particularly for Hindi movies, so be ready for surprise like cancilation of shows.Food here is ok. There are currently much better options available. I cant understand why they remain so reluctant to make separate bathrooms for boys and girls, when th hey have ample space available.In short:Pros:1. Less crowded.2. Good ambiance.Cons:1. Casual professional approach of staff.2. Balconies are useless. No privacy and no separate entry allowed.3. Beaware of booking online, recliners are not in a continuous row, rather you will surprise to see normal seats in between. Which is not shown in online seat map.
