Located in peaceful area with a breeze climate.

This place will give you the feel of ladakh because of mountains and the structure of these monastery. People are very friendly and i tyred their food and its very good. There are 3 monastery and one main one each one of those gives you a different feel. Its very close to gundal dam and br hills the Mountains,road everything is wonderful. While going i felt like im in North karnataka because there were no vehicle moving and i could see up to 10km ahead. Overall its a good place

It was a totally different experience with the place, people there and their culture. It takes around 45min to 1hr to visit all the beautiful places nearby. Enjoyed it.

One of my favourite place till now. Theres a road which leads to Dhondenling and when you go down that road you will see the entire place surrounded by moutains. The moment i saw it, I fell in love with it. Its more than my words could express. Sucha beautiful and peaceful place. You feel like you are in a mini Tibet/Sikkim/Nepal. Am a big fan of such places btw. The monks and the rest of the people were so friendly and kind.Would love to visit again. And the road to this place is awesome...😍This place is worth visiting..👍 Trust me.

Couldnt feel like its India. Felt like somewhere forgien place. Located in very peaceful atmosphere. Should come 3 to 4 kms from kollegal road. Located inside the Dhondenling tibetian settlement. Also should climb little hill.This place is filled with Tibetian people and small tibetian villeges and colonies.People were very friendly all over this area.There are three main temples in. This area including this dzogchen monastery. Other important temples are Tana and onr more Dzogchen Monastery.Nature lovers should visit this place. This place is surrounded by beautiful mountains and its a beautiful scenaric view.Plenty of parking space available for both two wheelers and four wheelers. Also beside this temple there is Tibetian food canteen.Can spend max half an hour to one hour here. Fresh air and mind relaxing place.Overall a must visitable monastery which is very near to Banglore. one-day bike trip would be very nice to enjoy.

The place is very peaceful and you will get to know the rituals of Buddhist monks so close. The art work and the landscape inside the temple is simply amazing .You will also get to see Buddhist monks praying inside the temple. Overall a lovely calm and peaceful religious place. This the wrong location. The other one is correct - Modahalli, Oderapalya one. It will be after B.R. hills somewhere down the map. There is nothing in this location.

Dhondenling Tibetan settlement is located at Odeyarpalaya, Kollegal Taluk in Karanataka State, Chamrajnagar district near Karnataka - Tamil Nadu border...Dzogchen Monastery is surrounded by an impressive mountain range, coffee plantations and an animal reserve that protects many endangered species of wildlife...This settlement consists of 22 villages or refugee camps with average of 25-35 families in each camps.Agriculture is the main stay of the settlement people. They cultivate maize, rice, ragi etc. Apart from the agriculture, some of the settlers also do sweater selling during winter season to earn extra income to their family.

Not a cheerful place. You can only go to a place where you can not go to the destination and go to the place. No food and toilet facilities. No food and restroom fesility. Very common place. Just thipethians different Temple only there. Local climate. Im not suggest to go there.
