Great customer here with friendly knowledgeable employees. Im very happy with my experience there.

There was no one around for any kind of assistance and the cashier was a little rude.

Went there this morning March 12 2021 went in to look for snails I was greeted by an employee asking me if I needed help I asked about the snail and he pointed right at them at first I didnt even see them they looked like nothing but rocks they were dead or barely alive . If thats the case dont sell them better yet clean the tank out this same employee told me I could keep 6 mollies in a 3 gallon . He doesnt need to work there . You people need better people

Made last minute appt, a was taken in and our little guy seemed to be treated nicely. Front desk was very helpful and knee what was good on with the visit.. opens early, so a huge plus to get in before day gets going full bore.

Pro: many products for exotics to regular small to large pets, nice prices. Very organized, large isles and practicing COVID mask wear and 6ft distance, nice and clean.Cons: The only staff available was the few working checkout unless they were in the back. For such a big store you would figure youd have more staff to help the influx of customers. This is not the first time Ive had issues trying to locate someone in store to help.. The staff that was at register was still trying to be helpful and polite 4 stars strictly for the staff who did try to help me find a product due to their professionalism and care to help.

Called on Thursday scheduled a bath, because thats all that was available. Saturday morning it was raining so I called to see if there was any cancelation...Yeah!!! For us .. Shiloh got in, bath, nails grinding and a much needed face and feet groom.Great care was taken, he smelled amazing and of course could see....Thanks to the Mobile Airport Blvd. For taking care of our baby boy..

I adopted a kitty there today and he is beautiful and wonderful and the two guys that helped me were so nice and they both love kitties. His name is Monsoon Isnt he precious. Just wanted to update this little baby is so busy we are so happy with him. The new pictures so everyone can see how big my Beautiful boy has gotten.

Great store, excellent service. I was looking for new cups for my older bird cage, mine was misplaced in move. They didnt have any new one in that size, but gave me 2 old one from back store, that they werent using.

They had this sweet baby up for adoption. The process was easy, I got to take him home the same day. Staff is always helpful.

I had a horrible in-store experience. The store manager, Brad, was extremely rude. I was told to go to the back of the store to find a product that I could not find on my own because he was too busy to take 30 seconds to show me because he had one employee miss a shift. I would not ask a question if I didn’t need any assistance. He then chose to take a call while I am in mid-sentence instead of even saying “please excuse me, I have to take this call.” I have spent 10 years in customer service and this man was by far the worst manager I have ever had the experience in dealing with. He then proceeded to pull down his mask during a pandemic while your stores are still requiring masks. I guess the rules don’t apply to him.

Patrick Lee and Cody were AWESOME and helped me out SO MUCH! I would literally come back just because of their great service. Even though I got there right before closing, they didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience AT ALL and Patrick even went out of his way to explain the reptile bulbs even further. They even told me about an item on sale and made sure that it should fit nicely in my tank. I will definitely be back!!! 💜

The staff here is really friendly and helpful and the doctors and nurses at the Banfield inside are super awesome.

Wonderful employees that gave me good advice on my pet. She knew what she was talking about because it has helped me get my puppy much more calm and less anxious after we adopted her. Prices for food are higher than the usual walmart or dollar general bag so I suppose you pay for the store name more than the product but still a great store!

PetSmart is the only place you can buy prescription food for your pet without going to the vet. No other pet supply place has the actual prescription food. Veterinarians close at 5pm early on Saturday. You cant tell you animal to not eat because they run out on a holiday. 7 days a week, points program helps with discounts, cheaper than vet are just a few reasons I like shopping there.

Left my online order on the shelf for a week. Status in-line said they were still pulling my order. Took 10 minutes for them to find it when I finally went up there. Service was quite unfriendly too. The manager assisted me. Daphne location is much better.

Very clean store; associates were helpful and smiling. Stock was a little low in some areas but as is everywhere right now it seems.

My husband and I went to this store today between 4:00 and 4:30. My husband asked for assistance and the cashier wouldn’t help. Then when my husband went to check out with this same cashier he told him that he had to wait because he was waiting on another customer that went back to get something. My husband decided to leave. So unprofessional and rude!!!

I have a hamster and there is some stuff there that are not safe even know im a kid my hamster could die from some of the stuff there so yall need to fix that and when i went there last time there wad berly any hamsters

Always have what we need!

Shelves always seem bare when we go in. Also, sales arent like they used to be. Its like theyre pushing online and curbside when sometimes someone just wants to go in the store.

They keep the store clean and well stocked! The day I went, there werent too many people so lots of space for social distancing. I was able to get the items I needed and check out quickly. Cashier was friendly! Ill be back(maybe do curbside pickup next time).

They have a good supply of things you would need for your pet. I usually use their website though unless I am needing something badly. It has a wider selection and I have five pets, but I just save up and score free shipping most of the time!! But the store is great if you prefer brick and mortar!!

I love going to PetSmart everybody there has to go through the same training by the same person. So therefore they all know the same stuff unlike other pet stores. Also, it seems like if I buy my fish from PetSmart they stay alive. But if I buying from somewhere else they dont. Also, they are better priced!!!!

Warmly greeted as I walked in. My fur baby was having another bath, he gets so excited. I LOVE ALL THE GROOMERS! They take great care and have such patience. I was able to use his personal shampoo!

It could be better if they were not so short handed. Line at checkout is always long. Maybe they should consider a self checkout like walmart has.

Very clean and organized. Went to see about getting back pet for my daughter. The girl girl who helped us was very helpful brought out the animal so we can hold them and told us a little bit about their personalities. Would definitely go back.

Id previously reviewed this store but I have to come back again with my previous statement saying it is absolutely impossible to find good help in this store. They must be understaffed because of Corona but if not this is not a very helpful location if you have any type of questions to ask.

Use their limited ingredient food simply nourish, vet recommended. Great prices, great selection. They price match also.
