They were able to meet and talk to us about our plans at last minute. Accommodating professional
Nothing about ADA accommodations for people with special needs prominent or anywhere I could find on website. When WILL this become more of a consideration? Floorplans and designs should reflect level entries, bathrooms clearly marked with ANSI required 40 turning radiuses, wall hung sinks, kitchen storage with access for wheelchair-users, cooktops without cabinet underneath, lowered features, fewer barriers, etc. There are UNIVERSAL DESIGN features that are better housing choices for everyone, and help aging factors.
Infinity Homes built our house and we just moved in! It is absolutely beautiful! They are quick and efficient. When we signed our contract they let us do our color appointment that afternoon! It only took them 4 months to complete our build. Our contractor was awesome with us even when we asked a lot of questions. I loved that Infinity offered so many trending features that are considered upgrades for other building companies. The quality is also amazing and the structure is solid. I’m am so thrilled with how everything turned out and I highly recommend using Infinity Homes!
Great plans and affordable.
I don Not recommend this company! They only had someone working on my house about every other week and about 2 days out of the week, I walaughed at for wanting things to my standard and one week into the house and the cabinets are falling apart and there was so many attempts at getting the tile layers right in my master bath and it still isn’t correct even after moving in and I was assured it would be fixed but haven’t heard from anyone yet. I would love to share pictures but don’t know how
The owner is very personable and listens to your needs.
My wife and I finished building our very first home with Infinity January 2018. In our search, we called or personally went to visit many of the custom home builders within Mobile County. We knew from the very first phone call, that the people at Infinity Homes truly cared about making our first building/buying experience pleasant. We went to their model home and talked with Nathan Ivy. He showed us every floor plan they offered and went over all the features that came standard with their homes. The homes they offered were absolutely, beautiful! We ended up starting with the Palm Beach II, they gave us 100% customizable freedom.I was not a very easy customer to deal with! Every couple of day’s I would either call, email or visit the model home to talk to Nathan about changes. He not only answered my questions, but he showed us previously built floor plans, and images for other people’s ideas to collaborate with our own. He took us to view one of the Palm Beach II that they were currently building. He told us all the changes from the original and the pricing for those changes. Most of the changes we made ended up breaking even, if we removed something they would deduct the money from the total build price. We built a modern open floor plan and spent slightly higher than the standard Palm Beach II build price. The other home builder we were deciding with, said we would be put on a waiting list for 15 months before they could start our build. Infinity started building our home as soon as we finished signing our loan documents. The loan process with Infinity was quick and painless, they contacted our lender with all our building information and I just had to go to sign the paper work. I drove to our build site every day after work, I had to keep an eye on those pesky contractors who liked to cut corners right?!! To my surprise, everything always looked well built, I am no building expert, but it looked professional. I would stop and talk to all the contractors that were still there, and they were all friendly and happy to explain to me the building process.Within no time my house was complete. There were a couple of issues here and there, such as loose interior door handles (which I just tightened) and I was missing my island light cover, which Nathan personally came and installed a couple days after I moved in. I have been in the house for a little over a year now and I have had no issues with the build.I highly, highly recommend Infinity Homes as a builder! Especially if you are building/buying your first home and need someone to help with all the details that drive you crazy. There was a lot to it and I also did a lot of research on my part. However, I am very satisfied with my experience building with Infinity!
I was working with Nathan Ivy on trying to get a house built. Everything was going well until he recieved a form from my lender to qualify the infinity homes as reputable builder. He refused to provide W2s, references, balance statements, YDT profit and loss, and other information required by my lender. I told them this makes me nervous as a customer given the lack of transparency on their part. He replied they have no right to ask for that information, which seems very defensive. Providing these documents doesnt cost money nor hurt infinity homes so that made me suspicious of the activities that may happen behind scenes. I advise people to be cautious when working with infinity homes.
Just be warned, stay away. Unless you like getting the run around and the sound of a ringing phone.
Beautiful setup
