Good condition car was given. Car was cleaned before. Good communication was maintained and all information was provided. Only thing fuel system should be full to full. When delivering the car it should have full fuel and the customers should return with full fuel. Because of this I had almost 1000 rs of fuel in the car while returning and there was now way I could recover that money. Rest all is good. Thank you for the good experience.

Overall satisfactory experience. The Thunderbird 500X was in reasonably good shape even after the 61K on the odometer. Shankar was the customer care guy who helped with the whole booking and has been very helpful including delivery / pick up of bike at mussoorie. Would certainly book again with Finchant. But sometimes suppliers can change status like bike not being available which is something to watch out for.
