This Vijaya diagnostic center in Deepthi sree nagar will not respond to phone calls other Than that everything is fine and clean atmosphere.

I went to Vijaya Diagnostic centre at Deepthi sri Nagar, Hyderabad for blood sample at the diagnostic center my blood sample was collected by Ms Puspalatha, she is having a very rude behaviour and reckless towards patients and very rash behaviour and negligence about patients not also some how good respect also and very very respectless,rude,rash behaviour

Very worst atmosphere in the centre... Staff are rude in behavior.. Especially lady staff... I went for a blood test... And i noticed.. that girl is using the used needle... I asked her there itself... But she said... If you want you can check in the CCTV cameras... But i am very sure about what she did... I never prefer and refer this center

Paid Rs. 220/- at PJR Enclave Br for PLPG n FPG.. Both completed by 10PM. But reports not sent to Whats App n GMail. Waited for Reports n Contacted them @ 6/30PM. Receptionist asked me to come n collect on tomorrow and disconnected call. To my surprise I have received reports afterwards by link.. This is the worstc service offered by them. Better to close this Centre

Staff is very cooperative.I went to this branch for RT pcr as well as some blood related tests. Earlier i have visited one diagnostics in miyapur i have faced worst experience, for the first time i went to vijaya but very polite staff & manager.

Not good .Vijaya Diagnostic Centre , Deepthi Srinagar branch staffs were not properly taking care of the customers need and hard copy is not giving timely at evening. Evening staffs are just casual not responsible.

I went for blood test Saturday in reception one old lady behaviour was wrost and talking loudly and rude behaviour first that lady to be trained this done me 2nd time kindly look at this Vijaya DIAGNOSTIC

In services Opg is showing but after calling to them they are saying Opg machines are not available

Worst diagnostic center I went for covid test at this center with severe covid symptoms and staff will be so casual in taking samples they wont even wear gloves or proper masks. They only take nose swab that too by just touching your nose with swab. Post results they confirmed it is negative. I got a doubt went for another test with other covid test center there it is confirmed as positive. You should take chance with your health mostly in this pandemic situation.I recommend not to visit this diagnostic center as the staff is too casual and doesnt give any importance to money.

I went for blood investigation recently the reception old lady with spects she even not wearing mask and worst behaviour and rude answering I asked to another lady she also talking with irritation face they need to trained how to talk with patients kindly look at this organisation

Good Center for all types of tests and neat and clean. Only problem is provided phone number is not picking by the staff, customer needs to enquire about tests when in emergency, it would be suggested to pick the phone call when someone tried to reach you.Few tests needs to be enquired with your team before visiting. Like: CBP, CRP needs suggestion by the team does the patient needs to come before fasting or after fasting.

Receiving a customer is more important by receptionists or billing team. There is no proper token system to follow Q..

Very bad testing Center. Show off is more but no serious maintaining of COVID rules. I dint felt they are really serious about the Covid test. Also they provide the results 2-3 days. I have done on Avigna and Citizen I got the results in next day early hrs.. Very poor Vijaya Diagnostics...

Worst service experience, initially they promised 24-36 hrs, then 48hrs and then 72hours. Didnt receive RTPCR report even after 72 hours. Staff are completely irresponsible, they are just concerned in collecting fees. Highly recommend to avoid this centre. Utterly dissapointed

For covid rt-pcr test go with other lab, this lab has lot of queue if you dont have online slot book and test results will be given after 36 hours.Better to go with avigna madinaguda.

Reports not providing timely yesterday we have given 2 samples but today got result for 1 patient ID and showing incorrect user ID & password for second patient ID.And no-one respond on call and unable to contact them.Patient ID- 7217879
