Once I courier from Hyderabad to Gujarat via fast delivery. At the time of booking no senior person was available only a young kid of around 15 years who was managing the entire outlet. Till 2 weeks the parcel was not reached the destination. On asking the courier person they said we dont know and tried to speak with manager but didnt got much help. Ultimately I got an update the the parcel is returned and if I want to again send it then I have to book again and pay again. It was not acceptable so I got the parcel back. This situation was very causally handled by the DTDC people. Just think if this would have been some urgent courier and had to be reached within the time, DTDC would have failed big time.

My mom sent some pickles from Kolkata to Hyderabad, the package was lying in the nearest DTDC office but they never tried to deliver, I had to go all the way to their office to collect it.

Had to go myself as they updated status as could not attempt. But staff was very quick after I myself went there.

There is DTDC exist at the given place and needs correction.

A courier which they received on 22nd, was not delivered even on 26th August. As it was Taking from my sister, it was pointless to receive after the festival.So sad and frustrated.
