Everything seems good until your appliance starts causing the trouble. I have purchased a Sunflame built-in hob from this store. The sales person guaranteed the best service from the brand and convinced me to purchase it. Not gonna lie, I fell for the trap.3 months down the line, the gas starts leaking from the hob even when the burners are turned off. Product is under warranty and it has been over 50 days and there has been no resolution from the Sunflame team. Have also raised a complaint on the consumer forum without any luck so far. I realised Im not the only one, there are several complaints against the brand online. Sunflame has a history with bad customer experience and zero online presence.As a last resort, I went to the store to see if I could get some help. They responded saying that they cannot help me here and the brand is solely responsible for this. I totally understand but why do you vouch for the brand and keep selling their products at your store? Why did the sales person lie to me that the brand has a really good service? Sunflame is to be blamed but why do you as dealers encourage such brands in the first place.Giving one star for not showing any empathy to the customer!

One of the worst place to buy any home appliances. the staff doesnt know anything and they just do timepass. Last week I went to buy mixer grinder and I asked them to show models. The staff couldnt stand up and they told me only 2 models are available which are very costly. So I asked them why it is priced high. Kindly dont go shopping here for Samsung products, at least. The Samsung sales persons are cheats, specifically Mr. Youcef.Incident : I had opted for a Samsung upgrade for Note 20 Ultra and was promised the appropriate price (for my Note 10+) from My Galaxy app. Mr. Salesperson booked my device with the promise. When the device arrived and was supposed to be given out to me, he started changing his statements. within a span of 6 hours he made so many excuses about the price for the old device. In parallel, there was a server down time with My Galaxy app and he wasnt able to generate the quote. This was a savior for me and i checked the price for my old device at Samsung cafe and was promised the actual price on app. I made another booking at the Samsung Cafe.Earlier i had left the box/bill of my old device at bajaj and the great Salesmen captured the IMEI number from it. He made use of my IMEI number and shared the offer with another customer. When i confronted he was absconding from the shop and till date he doesnt have the courtesy to answer my calls. I had notified this to the store manager and am following it up legally.

If there is a option of negative rating.. I would have choosen that rating for the staff of this store. They delivered defective item, and when I ask them about it. The store manager is saying its customer fault instead of store. Store manager is too arrogant, illiterate, stubborn and whatelse I can say to describe his behaviour towards the customer. I would suggest better visit some other electronic store instead of encouraging this kind of uneducated, irresposible managers in the store.

Guys dont go this showroom, they charged atleast 10% high compared to other Bajaj showroom. Recently I purchased Aosmith water purifier in this showroom for 22500/- and my friend got the same item for 20000/- only in madinaguda Bajaj showroom.Please be aware and avoid Bajaj Matrusri Nagar showroom.

Very Pathetic Service by them.They only look to sell the item after that, they totally stay disconnected and never respond well to your issues. I recently bought a fridge and Washing Machine from them and both got delivered next day. But delivered Damaged fridge and from the day i started calling them asking for a replacement and they havent delivered even after 5 days. Not sure how many days it might take. Dont trust these brands which dont value customer and dont respect the need of the user. I am going to take this to the next level in a very serious way and fight for justice.We buy offline for better service and if that is not justified no use of going for big brands.

Their sales executive are not the ones who will push their opinions on you, they will infact give you the details of all the models and then leave it up to you to choose from.
