We bought a flat from Avanthika., They were deliver what ever they commit on brand of materials and they give good amount of miscellaneous items like water meters, intercom phones, internal grills and many like., we were happy with them, I recommend Avanthika constructions

Very arrogant and rude people, no value to the customers, delays the project handover by more than a year and that too with poor quality and many rework tasks. HIDDEN COSTS CAREFULL !!!

I have purchased a flat in pre launch with avanthika in 2019 may. Its almost been 2 years ,nothing moved ahead. Some disputes with the partners and land issues at ameenpur. Still none of the issues were closed. No agreemnt, No fixed plan,no selection of flats, nothing in hope and scope. Really loosing patience and hope on this. I suggest everyone not to choose a prelaunch with any builder until and unless you feel there are no land disputes. Builder is arrogant and do not provide updates frequently until unless poked.

As of now everything smooth... Lets hope the same till delivery of the flats.

Arrogant persons to deal with and talk. Quite a long time in terms of handing over. I dont suggest.

Its a good oppertunity to buy new flat with reasonable price in such a good locality of miyapur main road
