Its a good location and great Malaysian plan residential area.such a wonderful plan never seen in India. Looks great official residence area.

The society is good but it is not tenant friendly. Every society decision is taken by the association and the house owners only. When some owners doesnt even live in the society. Whereas, some tenants are living here for 5-6 years but they are not allowed to participate in any society meetings or anything like that. But the society is quite secured and pet friendly too.

Sunway opus is one of the best societies in Hyderabad and here flats are affordable price. If you are planning to buy a good home then do not waste your time this is good place to stay and you can get good home loan service as well. Quality homes with specious parking lot. dont miss the chance grab your dream house soon.

Wow this place has been designed with a lot of love and passion. It looks as if you have come in a foreign country specially when you look at phase 1. Phase 2 looks like a resort specially in the evening. The layout is as per European standards. its quite away from home hitech city

One the premium villa type houses which had three floor in one building. It has all the amenities required for a gated communities but their is a water problem. The ground level water is also no so good for drinking. The maintenance is good

Good for dwelling in peaceful atmosphere.

Construction good. But location not so good. And uneducated security. Dominating society members. Not suggestible to stay.

It is an upcoming gated community , currently a bit interior with not so good approach road. However once inside the community, it is self sufficient on its own. Visited this community in search of a flat for rent . It is mostly occupied

Hi all, Sunway Opus is a very good place if you are buying a property. For staying as a TENANT then please do consider once again. There is a huge discrimination between owners and tenants here in a very ugly way.Even 8 to 10 year old kids [owners kids] do not play with tenant kids and they say it on the faces of the tenant kids. That is how some of the owners discriminate tenants and train their kids to treat other tenant kids. Hope those owners get well soon and become normal. This is my personal experience and I am going to take this to Women and Child Welfare Ministry soon regarding such discrimination and find out probable legal sections which can be applied for such scenarios & persons including kids. Such people [owner parents] should be considered deemed psychos.

Good concept however locality is not so good and it is remote.

It looks beautiful from outside, but there few big pains, quality of construction is ordinary, seapage leakage issues, there is no public transportation to reach main road u will have to walk for 2 km if ur vehicle gets punctured. No ola no Uber. Most painful power fluctuates too much all ur electronic items go for a toss, Some time even 50 times in a day. Poor mobile Network..no food delivery.

Amazing project . Its like life style ahead of apartment . i have lived abroad . similar town houses.

The builder advertises the project Live live a European. Wonder if they have any project where we can live proudly like Indians. When will this inferiority complex end?

Other than connectivity to bollaram road , the society is very good . has generator back and other facilities.

The villa seems mind blowing from outside... It seems like you are in a foreign country. But the inside of the house is not upto the mark. 3BHK is around 60 lakhs including registration if you want to buy a house

We are tenants here currently. there was a proper supply of drinking water through system of 20l watercan. but starting march 2016 the have cut out the drinking water supply. instead of cans, you get manjeera water which is dirty nd mucky, dirtier than the tap water which comes only for half an hour everyday from 7:am to 7:30 am. Europe in hyderabad! LOL

Dont consult him. the bldy su*esh. waste....
