Staff were friendly and easy to deal with. They displayed obvious expertise and experience.Explanations as to what work was required for each of my two laptops was given in laymans language that was easy to follow.Work was completed promptly, invoicing was detailed and professional.I would not hesitate to use their services again, nor to recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Took my computer in because the screen was flashing everytime the battery was below 50%. They took over two weeks to do anything after I had to call them multiple times. They kept saying theyd call me back but didnt. Then finally I called and he had a look while I was on the phone and just repeated what Id written on the form. He said theyd get a new battery and see if that fixed it. Wanted to change $140. $80 for the battery any $60 for the service. Im going to see if I can change it myself or take it somewhere else. I need my computer for uni so this has been very inconvenient. He kept apologizing about being busy but thats not good enough. Other businesses are busy but they communicate with their customers. If he had told me from the beginning it was going to take two weeks to even look at it I would have gone elsewhere. Dont waste your time with these guys.

Really great experience, I left him with a dead PC that would not even start and he had it back up and running within 3 days, with a good stream of communication during the whole process. Would definitely recommend this place to others and go back there again myself.
