It was the most extraordinary shopping experience of my life . It starts from the moment I stepped in the store. From the personal greeting right up to the manager ! They all made me feel like the most important person in the world.

We have waited about 30 minutes out in the cold because of the waiting ligne. I am very disappointed in this store because I dont think we should wait this long for shoes and clothing. Plus the employees are talking to each other and not even working.

Worst customer service..I made a purchase for 68 (shows on the bill) and they changed me 98 . I called the store and explained the situation and I live 70km away from the store and will waste my whole Saturday to drive there. So I ve been informed by Jad that they will compensate by reimbursing the whole amount. Drove to the store on Aug 29.. took me 1h30 one way + 30min line up. With the surprise that that they said that the person I talked to is not there. What a waste of time and money my Saturday went down the drain for nothing. If I was given a choice to get back 30 or enjoy my day off with family I would give them the 30$. But the stuff at the store doesnt care.

My son and myself got very good pairs of shoes at very good bargain price. So pleased with what weve got 👍😊

Very good specials. I bought 3 pairs of shoes for not even $ 100. Whats more, what really sets them apart is their customer service, wow wow and re wow! The employees are attentive without being intrusive! I also really liked that they were hiring trans people. We can see that the employees are happy to work there and its good to see that!
