Have travelled through this cafe many a times and finally got an opportunity to stop by last week. Love the vibe, ambience, service and most importantly the FOOD here. Have tried food from all parts of the country but never had this amazing Methi Chicken which I enjoyed here. Must recommended to stop by when you are traveling to Gangtok and I am sure you will cherish your short experience nay the Oasis Cafe. It is located on the edge of tista river enroute gangtok. Best place to halt and try some snacks. Food is very tasty but costly. It will serve 3 people for Rs 1000/-. View from cafe can be seen in pics uploded.

The view is amazing. Great place to take a break. The staff is very hospitable and cooperative. Food is great and also you can buy plants and succulents.

The location of this restaurant is excellent.You can come here and also click some pictures. You can also see river and mountain from this restaurant and click photos.Food is not good for North Indian. I will not you to eat here but other the location and staff is good. Loved the place. Located near rangpo. Its a good spot for a quick bite or a proper meal. The food is good and even the snacks. They even got a souvenir shop.The main attraction would be the siting of the cafe, with view over Teesta river on cliff edge. The service is also excellent.

Brilliant Cafe overlooking the Teesta River, a view to die for with flavourful food and super nice staff. A must stop for me every time I visit Majitar. Oh and they know their coffee, super happy with my quad shot espresso, perfectly poured in a glass cup.

Nice background. You can seat and enjoy the view of outside. Food is little expensive. Chicken, fish, mutton and prawn are available. You can buy handicrafts, plants from here. 30-45 min you can spend here. Parking space is also here.

Varieties of food available and food is tasty. If youre a non veg lover definitely give prawn wrapped chicken appetizer a try. Only drawback is they take a lot of time to prepare our items.

Nothing can beat the lovely ambience, the warm hospitality and the excellent food of the Oasis Cafe, best place to be in Sikkim. Worth every visit, especially if you are traveling from Siliguri to Gangtok. Five star management, hats off to the entire team.

Travelling from Darjeeling to Gaangtok we made a refreshing stop at this café. Well situated on a bluff overlooking the river the restaurant was well laid out. The local cuisine food was excellent and tasty, we tried many different dishes and were not disapointed. We also had excellent service with minimal waiting time.You can easily break your journey and spend time with your family.

Great location of cafe, awesome view of the river flowing below. Must try item is the spicy flavoured chips of Sikkim, but be warned it is very hot.Great place for snacks, tea and coffee. Sip your tea / coffee and chill at the great view.Staff is courteas, happy to help.

OASIS CAFE - SIKKIM TOURISM : REVIEWThis is a very nice place to stop for refreshmentsWashrooms are clean and spacious, they are downstairs. Just below the name board of Oasis Cafe .I ordered Ginger Tea , they have plenty options in teas .Parking is spacious.It has a general store that provides teas , snacks , gifts etc .I would recommend everyone to stop here for snacks as it is run by SIKKIM TOURISM DEPARTMENT.You get river view from both floors .This was my personal experience with the OASIS CAFE - Sikkim Tourism.Please like the review if you found it helpful !!

Great view, good place to have some authentic first flush Temi tea and snacks. The cafe is clean and the staff is friendly and cautious.You can also buy some good quality tea from the tuck shop inside. I was told that recently Sanjay Kapoor was shooting an Amazon Prime web series and bought quite a bit of chamomile tea from the place.

Great view, good food, bad restrooms. Once again the great downfall of Indian hospitality with bad restrooms. With the view, the warm service and great food it was easily a 4 star rating. Do try and the chilli chicken momos.N yes,sorry to offend but Hit beer is not super strong.

One of the best place i have been to. The staffs are friendly. The ambience is Good & The food is out of this world! Best experience i ever had during my trip to sikkim.

Perfect spot for refreshing the spirit of reaching Gangtok. Very clean food with well behaved and skilled staff.But remember that when we were there (Dec 2020) they accepted only cash, which was very disappointing.

We had the most beautiful dining experience of sikkim. This please is gold. Vew is exceptional.Food and service is super. Dont forget to try out their homegrown organic wine !Looking forward to revisit the place again.

Its really a good place to refresh oneself

We stopped at this cafe while travelling to Gangtok. One of the best cafes we have ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. They also agreed to cook a meal for me that was not on the menu!Food is delicious and it’s just beside river teesta which makes it one of the most scenic cafes I’ve ever been to.Also, Bruno was the show stopper!! :P

On the way to gangtok from darjeeling or namchi, you will have this cafe which was recently opened. you will feel like metropolitan cafe here with stunning view of lake and mountains. Will recommend to halt here, as you will enjoy the atmosphere. cutting down one star because of taste of coffee and sandwiches what we ordered. Nothing great, but prices are high (that might be due to ambience and view)

Splendid location, with excellent views. It is located right on the nh connecting sevoke and Gangtok. The ambiance, the food, the way it is laid out, there is nothing that you shall dislike about this place. An excellent place for a stopover during a journey to Gangtok or back. A must stop destination if you are traveling along that route.

Finally Sikkim gets its standard roadside eatery, this place serves a tired tourist good amenities, a clean washroom to add up to and good food.The views from this modern wood amalgamated with steel architecture is a feast for the eyes.The Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology can be seen sprawling its campus on the river banks of the mighty Teesta, meandering towards the plains.It was a necessity for all travellers and hope that the people maintain it the way they have started itThe beautiful flowers and plants that adorn its pavements portray a green and clean aura.The menu is vast and a waiting time of 15 mins is to be anticipated for any dish to be rolled out onto your tables.Till then you can Sip the coffee and smell the fresh mountain crispness at Oasis.

Pretty good experience. This place is on the bank of Teesta river and the ambience is 10/10. Food quality is excellent. Lot of other stuffs are also available. Very clean and tidy.

You might find this place over priced but hey, quality is expensive, tastes awesome. The staff makes you feel good. Hope you guys just maintain this quality. Its after crossing rangpo checkpost probably 10kms from it.

Great view and Coffee

The service was very slow. We ordered and waited for almost an hour. We had to wait even to place an order. We had a flight to catch, after requesting 2-3 times, they escalated the process and got us meals. The food was overpriced and not worth the wait. Had a very bad experience with Oasis Cafe National Highway, Sikkim. Highly disappointed.
