Good food, homely and great service! Been there few times and was always happy with the food.
Nice indian food
The food is tasty. You get many of the Indian cuisines. But, the hospitality can improve a lot.
Food is good. And you can get really spicy food if you ask the staff. They have wide variety of options to choose from. Staff is really nice and friendly
The food is really good! Good and friendly staff. As everything in milan of course prices are high but at least this place has pretty good Indian food! Highly recommended
Came to this restaurant to eat something different. Do not recommend this place, it took over 30 min to put our order in, then over an hour to have the food in and 1 hour to get the bill. It was so hot inside all of our were sweating . Then they kept messing up the bill
Staff friendly and very nice fòod however it was about one hour before we were eating
A family-run restaurant serving homemade food! Unbelievable, but true. When you are traveling and you crave ‘ghar-ka-khana’ (home food)... this is THE place to go to when in Milano. It is a small, cozy place... reminded me of old government guest houses in India - genteel service, white ceramic dinnerware, old walnut-finish rotund chairs. The place is pricey, I was told - I am yet to check other restaurants and this is my first visit to Milan. The portion sizes are small - just enough for one person. I will probably return to this place before I leave Milan.
I like this place! Such very good food, and really nice people.
First things first, this isnt Indian restaurant. It is run by people from some other place. Taste is not good, naan wasnt prepared from flour afresh. Dessert was stale though promised fresh. Surprised to see so many good reviews and fell prey for bought reviews. Hence posting in larger interest. There are better ones in town.
Its a good place to enjoy very good Indian food.
The food was good. They accpted us in though we came in just a few mins before closing time however they charged us almost double the bill amount as we were in a rush and did not calculate the bill. This could have been a mistake but we have a feeling it was not a mistake.
Good food but ambiance should be made better or else price should be decreased
Ive been there many times, always very pleased.
The best Indian food in Milan Italy
The food was great. I ordered chiken harabhara kabab, garlic naan, chicken tikka masala, pulav and in desert I tried phirni and gulab jamun aur it was so real and good, must try.... The only thing I missed in the food as an Indian was coriender leaf because of which the exact indian flavour couldnt come out very well and the garnishing also looks dull in chicken tikka masala. But the taste was good.. Must try...
Very good Indian food in Milan Italy.
Best place to eat
Great food , great service
Delicious Indian food. Yum. :)
Very good
You eat very well! Spectacular samosas and pakora. Gorgeous chicken curry and almonds. Naan bread among the best ever tasted. The owner is very kind!
Ottima cucina indiana. Porzioni abbondanti. Prezzi normali
Its a shame we dont have it closer to home, but its like a trattoria of Indian cuisine. The food is fresh and prepared with love, the presentation is homemade but overall the restaurant has an excellent value for money. I spent € 17 for a plate of curry vegetables with their bread and lentil soup, drinking natural water, but if I had taken advantage of the lunch menus I would have spent even less.
Tasteless food, everything tastes the same. Very old 80s atmosphere. Price is good.
We were treated really well, impeccable service. We went to this place in 3 taking different dishes. The dishes taken were fried onions with chickpea batter, Arabic bread stuffed with cheese, rice with spices and lamb (cooked to perfection) with chickpeas.A tip, for those who decide to go, is to take an appetizer and a plate each and share a bread and rice that accompany very well and which is a shame not to try.I absolutely recommend it if you want to try something new without spending a lot.
Very good cuisine and very nice staff. Unique in: too low lighting and ... coffee
A small warm and pleasant cozy restaurant. The staff is extremely nice and the food is always very good. They also offer excellent set menus to try more dishes. Try the really tasty mixed appetizer and the Chicken tikka masala, chicken nuggets in a delicious tomato sauce. Excellent value for money. I recommend this place for those who want to enjoy a quiet, relaxed dinner and be pampered by the special flavors of excellent Indian cuisine
The restaurant is definitely a discovery for those who try it for the first time like me, the management is familiar and the lady who welcomes you immediately makes you feel part of the family, the place is quiet and certainly relaxing. The food, I ordered multiple courses of starters, a main course of chicken cooked in the tandoori oven, a bowl of rice with vegetables, and then I tasted as usual a little from my friends plates, the bread I chose that with garlic and potatoes. Overall I found everything delicious and well balanced, the chicken very good, love at first taste, there were no strong and predominant tastes as you imagine from an Indian dish, the vegetarian menu is truly truly varied. In conclusion, no one is left with an appetite at the end of dinner.Clearly I finished with the coconut cake, the icing on the cake of a great dinner. I will definitely be back, I still have too many dishes that I havent tasted.
Great Indian restaurant! Well prepared and presented food. The atmosphere is very welcoming with various kinds of Indian characteristic objects, and with soft lighting it is also very romantic for an evening in sweet company! The owner is very friendly and nice like the girl who serves the tables. Recommended!!
My absolute favorite Indian. The owner is very kind and the location is nice. Absolutely to try. Also great for vegetarians.
Great!!! The owner is very kind and helpful! We will definitely be back 😊
Great little place.SUPER FRIENDLY staff.Suggestive, relaxing location.Great menu. I personally dont eat spicy food, but Indian food is mostly spicy, and I have to say, I found it great. Price not excessive. In 4 people, appetizers, first and second courses with half a liter of wine and 2 natural waters € 99.Recommended!
Its my favorite Indian restaurant in Milan. The dishes have always lived up to my expectations and the courtesy of the people who always run this impeccably. The menus are very good for those who want to try a few dishes and dont know what to choose. The appetizers are all delicious and the excellent lassi. I also recommend the chicken tikka masala and all vegetarian dishes.
First time in this Indian and I was not completely satisfied ...On the staff nothing to say, kind and welcoming. The tasty little dishes.I will definitely not be back, despite the cuteness of the staff.Right price for dishes ordered, but little substance.
After a couple of times the menu is not very varied, but the dishes are good. The staff is always very kind and the average waiting times are not excessive. Maybe not everything is prepared at the moment but the kitchen is still pleasant for those who love the genre. The place is small, with the tables very close if you encounter a rowdy table there is no way to have a minimum of privacy. The lighting is so dim that some to read the menu use the cell phone torch. The prices are adjusted to the modest claim of the room that still applies to what it offers.
A great place! The food is excellent, full of flavors, and you can request more or less spicy according to taste. Coming here is like being pampered, and the atmosphere invites you to relax. Never once did we come out unhappy.
Excellent restaurant for dinner based on rice basmati with curry and turmeric as well as tandory chicken and countless other dishes for vegetarians.Restaurant quality price to keep in mind.Friendly, fast and professional staff. To try it is worth it.Price €
Well done Indian cuisine. The homemade bread and chicken are excellent. Very kind and very helpful staff. Affordable prices ... excellent meat menu.Recommended
Very good, the two of us paid about 64 euros but we took 2 appetizers 2 dishes 1 water one beer two portions of bread and two portions of rice. The portions are nice abundant, we went out rollingThe only flaw is that when we went in the evening the air conditioning did not work and in short, we died of heat between spicy dishes and beer.
I compare so many other Indians in the area and not, I found this to be of good quantity but of poor quality, which is unacceptable for such a restaurant where the flavors have to be the master.I would have given 3 stars but I go down to 2 as the bread ordered initially, I arrived at the end of the dinner even though I had repeatedly remembered the lack thereof.
I have known this place for years, always very kind and hospitable, they offer delicious Indian dishes and the quality is consistently high. Even to take away the product arrives on the table as if it were in the restaurant. Highly recommended
Great service, the waiters are very friendly and approachable, although it is sometimes difficult to communicate. Very good food, very spicy and spicy. The menus are very affordable and abundant: practically for two. Excellent both meat and vegetables. The environment is very nice and intimate. The only flaw is that in the room, thanks to the spices, it is quite warm.
Small and intimate restaurant. The ladies in the dining room are really very kind and helpful. All good, in particular I enjoyed the appetizers. There are several set menus, 10 € for lunch and 18-26 € for dinner (excluding cover and drinks), vegetarian, meat or fish: the portions are really abundant. I recommend booking because it is often full. I will be back, a really good experience!
Very good Indian, but little modified for Westerners, so beware of spices. The staff speaks more or less Italian, so sometimes its better to repeat the requests, to be sure they understand.Other than that, I highly recommend it: they have always been very kind and or always eaten well (careful not to overdo the ordering, the portions are abundant).
Our reference restaurant for Indian cuisine here in Milan. The lady who runs it is always very attentive and welcoming.
Warm and familiar welcome. Excellent cuisine at aligned prices. Pleasant environment. Ive been home for years now! Straconsigliato
Good both the kitchen and the service, cute and cozy local. A little long waiting for the dishes but I went only once and I dont know if it was a case or the norm.
It is a very good Indian restaurant. Excellent hospitality and professionalism of the staff. High quality of dishes and products. It is worth knowing.
The owner of the restaurant is a very sweet and kind woman. It makes you feel good. The food is great. I recommend trying the Chicken Tikka Masala. Also I have been taking food from them since 2004 and have never had any problems.Quality ingredients. They have the Indian Tandoory oven. They always get me receipts. They accept debit and credit cards.LETS HELP THEM not to go out of business BY GOING TO GET US AN INDIAN DINNER AND EAT IT AT OUR HOUSE, maybe with some lighted candles and some incense .... it could come out a different evening but at your home.
Small family run Indian restaurant. Clean and welcoming, it offers a wide selection from meat dishes to vegan choices. Impeccable service as much as the care in the dishes. Value for money good.
Excellent Indian restaurant. Very pleasant small environment. Great service with very kind staff. The dishes are very good and spicy (spicy at the right point). The menus also offer a decidedly good value for money. In two we took two meat menus (appetizers, meat dish, chicken / lamb curry, spicy rice, sweet and naan) with water and beer for € 46. The area is perhaps not very convenient for parking but can be easily reached by public transport if you dont want to look for 10 minutes ...
Excellent cuisine. I enjoyed the curry of any animal and loved the pulao! The place is very small, but the very low music and minimal furniture prevent you from feeling completely at ease. And then the dessert, the burfi, made with almonds and coconut was STUPENDO. an orgasm to try with clenched teeth, so as not to disturb the table neighbors.
Small restaurant where you can breathe a mystical air perceptible even in the dishes. Good all the dishes tasted, easygoing but very friendly service. We come back willingly
Great dishes of Indian cuisine. I recommend the full menus that allow you to taste different dishes. All cooked to perfection in a well-kept environment, very friendly and helpful staff. Prices slightly high even if justified by the quality of food.
Very intimate restaurant, typical dishes cooked at the moment in a very welcoming and cozy environment. The place is very quiet.I advise you to book, as there are not many tables available.
Great little restaurant with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The owners are really kind, hospitable and loving, we see that they put passion into their business.Great food, portions and fair prices!
Very quiet and pleasant Indian restaurant. Very good and slightly more delicate Indian dishes than those generally found, so try it if you want to taste something different from the usual. Perfect for a couple dinner, not very suitable for a large group. Prices in line with those of other Indian restaurants, portions not abundant but of high quality.
Family run, kind with delicious food with a little long waiting times
Excellent dishes, non-existent service two and a half hours for a 4-course menu seem exaggerated to me with the restaurant almost empty
Run by a couple, with wife serving dishes and husband in the kitchen. Not having a lot of culture of Indian food, the 2 times I went I trusted the advice and I must say that everything was great! Every dish was explained to me and for any need they were always available!I highly recommend!
Excellent cuisine, abundant dishes, low prices. Smiling, kind and helpful staff. If you advance, ask to take home: you will make the owners happy
Really good Indian restaurant. Menus with many dishes, all of course of Indian tradition, tasty and well cared for. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere, also ideal for a dinner for two.
I went there for lunch with the fixed price menus (9 euros vegetarian, 10 with meat) and its good, not very abundant but it fills up easily. The environment is nice and the owners are dressed in traditional clothes.
Ive been there dozens of times. The food is excellent, the price low and the service always very kind. For me it is the reference Indian restaurant in the area.
Low cost, quality and originality of home-made dishes well executed !!!!!
Assuming that they are very kind then it is a criticism of the service. We booked for 20:30 (Saturday evening) once they entered they took our orders and we waited over 40 minutes just for an appetizer afterwards to wait for the rest of the orders they made at 22:30. (Like us other tables) while the table at the bottom was continually being served and we were forgotten. In addition to the super expectation, it must be said that the chicken ordered was dry and a little burnt also like prawns (taken as a must because there was no salmon and another option that I dont remember), a really poor presentation of the dish and the tastes were always the same and it seemed to always eat the same thing, all portions in really small doses besides.Really very kind table service and welcoming environment.
Great food. Right portions. Price a little expensive
The set menus are ideal for those wishing to approach Indian cuisine. You can choose between mild, slightly spicy or spicy.
For me the best Indian restaurant for those who like the genre. And how to be in India tastes and products ... not like some who have italiansized themselves .. courteous service and low prices ..
I went there with my partner for lunch ... I dont give 5 stars just because he asked for a fish menu that he couldnt have because, according to the staff, it was out of stock ... So we opted for the fixed menu of meat which was still very good! The waitresses are of an exquisite sweetness and kindness!
Rather surreal experience but overall excellent in every respect: informal restaurant of remarkable quality. Note that it is always a business to communicate with the staff, albeit very courteous.
Excellent value for money. Recommended full meat or fish menu
Excellent Indian restaurant, quiet and well-kept environment, excellent and plentiful food. The owner is very kind and very friendly. Recommended
I have frequented him for twenty years, always good. Very kind staff
The best quality price in Milan Milan the fixed price menus 12/13 euros are fantastic. Kitchen always up to par and delicious staff
Very familiar. Excellent quality of the kitchen and very helpful staff. Good pieces
A very good Indian. The staff is friendly and the kitchen is taken care of. A recommended place
Great, friendly restaurant owners good food and fair price
Great food, tranquility. Council Malay kofta
Good food, excellent value for money. Very courteous, professional and welcoming staff
Very intimate and quiet environment, very discreet table service by the maids. Quality dishes and cared for, recommended for couples and small groups.
I came several times and I always felt good. Both with the fixed menu and by choosing a la carte.
Very kind in welcoming. Good dishes. Excellent value for money. Positive experience.
Very good. Reception and taste.
Excellent food, basic and clean local, courteous service. Curry not too spicy, but the quality of spice selections is excellent. Try the tasting menu to sample a wide variety of dishes.
Cozy environment and good quality of food
Very good and cheap. Friendly, clean staff.
I ate very well it is small but cozy.
Good portions of very good and special food, very kind and very friendly staff :)
Good quality Indian cuisine and fair prices. Complete fixed price menus are recommended.
