Laptop was given to them for 3 months.. but nothing was done to it... now they refuse to refund!! such frauds!!!

The owner is manipulative... He tries to sell any product by giving examples of offers that, according to me, dont exist... At the time of purchase, he wont provide you the offers and will ask you to come after 3days to register your product... One is doomed to go after a week, as one has other work... After a week, the so-called offer expires...To be honest, in case of servicing, infotech provides best service... It is open for a large part of the day, so you can visit at any time...

They are nothing but a thief. I went for servicing my printer cartridge. They changed the drum for 500 Rs. When I again went there for refilling the same cartridge, they again said that the drum need to be changed and totally disagreed that they changed the drums few days back. I couldnt charge them as they didnt give me cash memo last time.
