Lovely food but can never seem to catch the place open..
Beautiful event hall with all mod cons
This is a terrible place. They are really rude and unprofessional. If I can give a score of 0 I will. They dont remember your order because they are busy chatting. They give you the wrong order and when you try to complain they shout and hurl abuses. Please do not waste your time and money.
Well maintained...
Ive got to say this place pulls out the best in cuisine. You may wish to experience the charms of a full blown celebration facility but for a Bank Holiday weekend Friday tea it was pretty damn good. Kids behaved and ate all sorts. Grand parents enjoyed good food and clean loos.
Great place. Friendly staff. So much food. Amazing value.A whole range of curries individual traditional such as Korma. Chinese food, fresh cooked chicken while you wait on skewers and so much more.Desserts in abundance. Sounds silly but check out the jelly and Ice cream. Cheesecake is ok but a bit dried. Some special sweets too. Flavoured ice cream costs extra. Vanilla is free and very nice.Warning. They do charge for tap water. Never known that before. Just watch out for this hence 4 stars.
Went here for the first time last night. The staff were lovely. The food was so good. And the price was very reasonable for all the food we had. I would highly recommend this place.
Food was ok, it was quiet and that’s about all I can say about it really. Nothing spectacular. There is allot better around the area.
If you like all of your currys to taste the same then Sirkars is for you. Their only redeeming food was the fish starter. Not worth the money. The sting in the tail was having to pay £2.99 for a jug of tap water, filtered or not. Ive eaten in many curry houses as well as other restaurants in quite a few countries and NEVER been charged for tap water. If you want a good curry dont go to Sirkars, Im sure any other curry restaurant will beat them hands down.
Brilliant!!! Cant fault this place. Took my time didnt feel rushed. Customer service good. Food delicious!!!
Restaurant looked inviting but once inside the staff presumed we wanted the buffet. After they gave us our drinks we went on to explain that we wanted to dine not have the buffet. We were told since we already had our drinks there is nothing more we can do. Not happy with the service in regards to this. But food was very nice
Enjoyable visit. Likes the stir fry area and grilled meats cooked to order . Nice variety of curries to suit all tastes. Good selection of other dishes. Something for every one. Efficient service and pleasant staff
I enjoyed my visit last night. Food was lovely, hot and a good selection. You lost a Star because you only do 1 size of Soft Drink which wasnt enough.Start doing Pints of Soft Drinks 👍🏼
What are people complaining about. Best food, best staff and owner even donates left over food too.
You have to pay for tap water, what more can I say. Food was cold and most servings where empty, I know it was a Wednesday night but Im paying the same as if the place was full on a Saturday night. There is So many better places to go in middlesbrough which are better and cheaper
Good food. Ordered some lamb chops with fried. Coconut naan bread tastes really good too. An average of 10pounds send for a full tummy. Unfortunately food takes quite long
Great choices. Very clean. Good price. All you can eat Indian buffet. Also a live kitchen where you can order stir-fry and tandoori grill.
Terrible the worst Indian food ever and the staff arrogant and bullying. Dont waste your time or money.
Curry a bit bland and the drinks are really expensive... Can only have filtered tap water no normal tap water leaves a sting in the mouth when your trying to enjoy the spicy food but your trying not to be ripped off by the drink prices. Shame really because its a really nice place, loved the noodles. Go to have a nice meal but instead feel ripped off at the end. Come on offer free tap water...
Friendly staff. Good variety of Currys to try. Food very tasty. Definitely recommend it 😁
I found this restraunt to be modern, spacious and decorated to a high standard, with friendly staff and a delicious, wide variety of nicely cooked food to choose from. Highly recommended very good x
Absolutely amazing food. Lovely staff. Really nice interior. Couldnt fault it at all. Will definitely be going back.
Great choice of Asian foods, mild to hot curries with lots of taste. Authentic starters and desserts too. Good service and reasonable prices.
My first time here and was very impressed.A Wide variety of freshly made, hot food to pick from at this all you can eat restaurant.Would happily return again and would recommend it.
Great buffet restaurant. A lot of choices of food. Some starters cooked fresh on request! They have parmo on the buffet which I have never seen before. Will be back.
Very nice. Not the biggest Indian fan but really enjoyed the food. They also do a bit of food of other cultures if that suits.
Average,wasnt authentic indian spicy food
Very disappointed at this restaurant. Food poor quality! Also Wasn’t happy having to pay extra for poppadoms?? Staff look like they don’t want to be there, very rude customer service. The fact you can only stay 1hr and half is pathetic!!Will not go back!
Best Indian Buffet Restaurant that I have experienced! They have many Indian dishes in the buffet area and also a Chinese Chef who can stir fry food of your own selection for you - an amazing experience! Also have the best Parmesan in Boro , Pizza , various chips and beautiful salads !Definitely the BEST Buffet on Teesside and I have tried several . Bargain Price now too :-)
First time trying and the food was really nice. Not so much choice as some all you can eat places but everything I tried was really tasty so this is my new favourite.
The variety of food here is well thought out and differs from other restaurants. They have a buffet section and a waited restaurant.Tonights visit was the 2nd time me and my family have dined here (buffet) and the food is great, very tasty and well cooked.
The food and the experience of dinning cannot be faulted in this restaurant. Has to see it to believe it. This price of food and drinks was not too bad. Do not serve alcohol but they do non alcoholic cocktails.
Disappointed staff miserable . No one picks up plates once we finish eating .Completely annoyed at how the food here should of have been more authentic. God knows how you guys got 5 star reviews . Clearly the people that don’t know how it should taste like.Curry for Sirkars = oil oil oil salt salt salt and mix mix mixIce cream was great ... lol not worth the money .
Been here a few times food has always been good
Used to enjoy eating here. Less choice of food. Food not very hot. No atmosphere. Lovely place but going downhill. Shame really
Great food, good variety.Itd be nice if the waiter waited a few minutes before asking what drinks we want. Hadnt even sat down yet!And its true that they dont serve tap water
Fantastic food, plenty of choice. Lots for the kids also. Would highly recommend.
Big selection including pizzas and the Teesside dish Parmesan. I like how the starters are cooked in front of you. Also the stir fry station I like the most. For desert a good selection and there is Mr whippy ice cream.
BBQ stand is made to order and served very stingily the chef keeps rolling one kebab. Lamb chops are very tasty overall BBQ is excellent but the curry side is bland and not very tasty also it felt very cold. Overall I would say it is so so..
Place decorated lovely the 2 lamb curries I tried really nice starters very poor desserts not brill but did have a whippy ice cream machine probably will not return
School cafeteria with decent quality but pretty bland food. Shame about the recently defrosted deserts section and the lack of an alcohol licence.Seriously, the food is nice but the atmosphere is lousy. And the cheeky devils WILL charge £3 for tap water.
Friend had recommended we go so we came together with 2 infants and a 5 year old. Food was lovely however after asking for a glass of tap water (for the kids) we were told we would have to pay for it. After i asked the manager why tap water wasnt free all the staff proceeded to leave the table without taking away empty plates, talking and staring over at our table and just being plane ignorant and making us feel uncomfortable.
Really like it here, the food is always luvly. Some of the bar staff need a gee up now and again with the drinks. The serving staff, I cant fault.
Just so people are aware theirs a massive 5G tower being built near this restaurant, dont think I will be going to eat while my insides are being friend.
I have always loved this place but the last couple of times I have been I have come away feeling disappointed. The main problem is that most of the food is not hot enough. It never used to be like this. There is nothing worse than eating luke warm food. Hope it improves again
Fantastic Service. Wide range of high quality curry. Well worth a visit
The food is ok, not exceptional and should be for the prices. If you have a child of 11 you dont expect to be charged adult prices. My child ate a child size one plate of food and one small bowl of ice cream. This should not be charged as an adult price.Feel totally ripped off especially as we were not charged this much last time we came. Will not be returning.
The food was really tasty, the housing staff were friendly and courteous.
Had a delivery. Was fast and hot wen it arrived. And the food was amazing. We went over the top as didnt realise how mutch food we would get. I would recommend to any one. next time I will visit with the family. As for a takeaway I think its the best in town. Thanks for a wonderful meal.
I thought advertising All you can eat restaurant is exactly that, but beware do not ask for any scoop of ice cream, 1 scoop £1.98 an additional cost, and the most shocking thing charging £3.00 for a jug of tap water, which i am sure is not allowed .San Miguel is not original and tastes sour, i drink San Miguel and that certainly was not it.Over All the food was exceptional, nice to see Malakhani produced even though a little watery. Bathrooms immaculate. Three 🌟 adequate enough. One annoying factor that the owner thought it was polite to constantly chat up my wife when possible, also made her feel uncomfortable when getting food that he kept on watching her. Sleezy
Really nice food...constantly topping up fresh food. Really good for kids food too.
I have lost count of how many times i have been here, i love the selection and being able to try so many different things :)
Did really like this place and recommended to friends but after returning with my friend and 3 young children we asked for some tap water to which the lady said we had to pay for. Which we refused. The staff made us feel so uncomfortable totally leaving our table, walking past ignoring the empty plates and glasses, staring over and gossiping. I will not be eating here again. Very rude staff!!!
It was clean and tidy. The food was tasty. The choices of food was great
Amazing. Gorgeous fresh food cooked to perfection. Highly recommend everyone to try it. So many different cuisines. Something to suit everyone even kids.
Very clean and nice facilitie, friendly customer service. The food was lovelycheers guys
Very nice food, friendly staff
Very nice food. Free environment. Parking free.good service
Every course couldnt be faulted. Cant wait to go again👍
Tried Sirkars out Saturday night place is amazing, spotless, food was fantastic, would recommend to any one, the staff were brilliant will be back. Thank you for a good meal
Curries were surprisingly good, live cooking station food was decent. Pizza good, parmo sub-par. Some might consider it a little expensive for the selection/variety but quality subverts that somewhat.
Beautiful decor ( love the water windows) gorgeous tasty meals .first class service
Nice if you like Indian very friendly staff the stir fry amazing
Food was nice apart from the naan bread which was served cold but was addressed by staff
Food was spot on nice and clean friendly atmosphere and staff
Took familly for meal on friday..staff really friendly and heplful..new manager called ishfaq .polite and humble.food 8 out of 10..we defo go back..
Nice place, good food and very spacious really recommended.
Jug of tap water is £2.99 and Glass is 75p average food choices for the priceVisited for evening for a buffet, 2 persons, around 6 pm, 2 staffs one male who showed the table and asked for what drink, I said just Tap water. Then had the buffet, food choices were standard and not many varieties were filled. Chicken Biriyani is same as Pilau rice and vegetarian biryani. Very less desert types. While having some standard dishes, there came a female waiter asking if we need water, I said yes. She brought a glass of water. Then went to pay the bill. (£12.99*2) + £2.99 for water jug and 75p for a glass of water. When enquired where the water was told as the price, the female waiter said you were given a menu card. I said to her no, we were not shown any drinks menu as we told we only needed some tap water. The guy never informed water is charged...Even then the lady argued saying the prices are set by the company not her. I said Can you ask the guy who served us to talk, she refused. In the end we paid and left. I am opposing to charging for water, but be honest and be clear to customers. Also charging these amounts is ridiculous...
Beautiful.place and wide choice of delicious food
Some of food was a little on the cold side so little disappointed. Otherwise a lovely place to eat.
Absolutely beautiful food clean restaurant highly recommended look forward to our next visit :-)
Had a great meal and staff very pleasant recommend this place
Food is amazing. Hygiene is impeccable. Service is wonderfull. Definitely Recomend❤
Very good. Could be more starters but a good selection of mains and puddings
Stunning well worth the visit food outstanding staff spit on
Went at opening time. Food hot and plenty of choice. Cant fault it at £10.99 for happy hour. Staff polite. Would go back again
Bland tasteless food, haughty staff attitude, lamb whether is curry or BBQ was too hard and inchewable, water is too expensive, simple tap water is 2.99 per jug, they say they have filter attached with tap due to which they sell it so costly! Was my first and last visit there.
We enjoyed the main meals but deserts could be a lot better. We would go back again
Really smart, modern restaurant, friendly staff, great value, reasonable food. No alcohol license, but plenty of soft drinks and alcohol free alternatives at reasonable prices.
Fresh food choice of food to be cooked in front of you and I will be back for more
Good variety of well cooked food. Not all items are help yourself, as in other buffet restaurants e.g. chicken tikka, kebabs...They make out like its cooked to order when in fact its just reheated, more of a restriction measure on the more expensive items?
We go here more than we really should the food is lovely and the staff are friendly. The only area for improvement would be the deserts.
Love the buffet been the a lot highly recommend they do a huge range of dishes Indian English and Thai food all lovely
Lovely place with a variety of international foods from English to Asian and most in-between, food is quality stuff, staff are discreet and always happy to serve you price is affordable to most pockets great evening out
The building and layout inside is immaculate and the staff are all very welcoming and helpful. However found the buffet food quality let the restraunt down. The masala fish tasted of pure salt and a lot of the dishes were only lukewarm. The korma was so sweet to the point that I couldnt eat it. It is s shame really as the location is ideal for people living in Middlesbrough. I usually travel out to Newcastle to Aneesahs restraunt, their prices are on par with Sirkars but the quality of the food is second to none. They also dont charge almost £2 for tap water either.
Food is good and the place is very spacious unlike other places. The only thing which might need consideration is having some of the hot Indian starters like chicken / lamb tikka on a hot plate like mains instead of having to wait for it.
Sadly our last visit to Sirkas restaurant proved to be very disappointing. The service was appalling we had every plate we used during the evening was still on the table when we left. The choice of dishes especially those that were cooked as you waited kebabs fish chops etc no longer available. The meat/chicken in the currys was dry and difficult to swallow. The deserts were non existent. We will not be eating there again .HOWEVER when cirkars first opened it was excellent .swift professional service beautiful food loads of variety .the BOSS was not there the sat night we went. I would have looked hin in the eye and tell him he needs to pull his socks up. I took a party of 10 people in November 2017. My staffs end of season meal and bonus .Sorry I have to ve so harsh but I should have given it only 2* but I have to allow for an off night.
Nice food, very surprised to be told that popadoms were not included in the buffet price - curry without popadoms!!!
There was a great range of food available. A full indian menu, some Pizzas and parmos too. There is a live grill area too where they will do you an individual stir fry or grill your meat to order. The décor is very smart and clean. The quality of the food was very high too. The price was reasonable for a restaurant at £14.99 each, but this is a buffet. However the drinks were on the expensive side. £2.30 for a diet coke, £1.75 for a glass of tap water and £5 for a hot chocolate. There are a couple of things that just made me feel uncomfortable. You get 90 minutes to eat. OK thats enough for anyone surely. But while I was there a couple walked in who knew another couple who were already there and sat with them. The waiter explained that couple A could only eat for another 3 minutes as their time was nearly up Really!! OK if its busy but there was over 200 empty seats. If that wasnt creepy enough the amount of CCTV is unreal. I could see over 20 cameras from where I was seated. Why do they need video of me eating from 20 different angles... And theres probably twice that many throughout the buffet.I get the feeling the owner needs to chill.
Very nice decor staff very friendly plenty different foods very good varietyWell worth a visit
Love this place, lovely food, very clean and friendly staff. This is our 3rd visit in one week.
Excellent service, great value, would visit again.
Great value tasty food.
Food was lovely, service was okay. Nice environment.
