Big store lots of space to get away from mask less clients!

It’s goodwill what can I say? Relatively well organized store. Thrift stores make me think of my late father. He loved to treasure hunt. Staff was really nice. A pushy lady tried to cut in line at the register. I said it was fine but the cashier wouldn’t have it.

They no longer carry cds, dvds, video games or blurays! Took one star out! They do, however, have a pretty good selection of vinyls! Brought that star back!They’re selection on clothing and shoes is also pretty good (see pictures). Books and electronics are lackluster though.Still, would recommend..

There was one associate that was most helpful and showed excellent customer service. Assisted me with my purchase and had a good conversation. God bless her

Customer Service was very bad. Cashier named MARTHA, older Hispanic woman, was too busy having a conversation with someone else to pay attention to me while checking out. When I asked her why she charged me full price for items that were marked with the color of the day, she said the Rs for red were actually Bs for blue (even though they clearly were not because anyone who can read knows the difference between an R and a B). Very disappointing. So, she charged me extra for everything like she was earning a profit off it 😂😂😂 oh and no bags of course. If you are looking for good thrift deals DO NOT STOP HERE.

Clean place. Very organize and easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is great. Ps. Remember to bring your own bag and ask for the spacial color of the day. You get great discounts!

Brand name selections at goodwill prices.

It has so many selection of clothes. It’s fairly cleaned. I enjoy the book selections they have in there. Each time I visit, I leave with a book or two.

Very clean - They need more linens - More pricey than some others. But the employees were very nice and the store was one of the nicest Goodwills I have have EVER been in. And I have been to many many Goodwills up and down the East Coast.

Horrible customer service. Came here to return clothes that DONT FIT ME. When I purchase the items I thought the receipt would be with the items but it wasn’t there when I got home. I went to return the items and this rude worker at the cashier register offered no help even tho I have my prove of purchase on my credit card. Not be coming back again.

How can you guys not provide bags to place your items in after purchase?that is unheard of from any business. Then the cashier had the nerves to offer me to purchase a bag to place my items in.that should of be said before I purchased.ill never return to this location.

Much better experience in this: 79th St. North East Store than others Stores in Miami Dade County, their Staff was very friendly even when my visit time was 8:30PM.They keep smiling and no pressure over Customers to leave, the Store was well organized and clean.I found precious treasures there at the way it should be.Thanks

Goodwill has the best finds. Others people give aways, are other peoples treasures. I always find great shoes at an amazing price. As long as Goodwill keep prices low they will always have my business. Theyve come a long way.

Unfortunately I have to give one star in order to post. Very rude staff! Tried to donate a sofa bed there because my nearest store didnt have any room. I donated the item to Salvation Army, they were happy to take it. Treated me with disrespect, not going back anytime soon!

I go here all the time. I love what i can find here; the other day I found a purple and blue shirt and it was so cool. I love that you can find a piece that you wouldn’t usually find anywhere else, also great prices.

One of the large Goodwill Industries Stores . Full of hidden treasures. Huge selections of used and new clothing for all ages, for men,women ,and childrens. It includes new and used home goods, toys, furniture you name it ,they got it. Lots of fun to explore. This store is also a donation center, so feel free to bring your unwanted items, tax deductible.This store is kept very clean and organized .Great customer service a product of a terrific manager ,named Alberto.Check it out. Ah! Yes, I almost forgot they have lots of parking.

The Goodwill on 79th near Biscayne is the best Goodwill around. It has a huge inventory of clean clothes as well as Electronics comic books common household items, a bathroom enlarged changing rooms. I highly recommend to visit to the Goodwill

Never buy shoes from Goodwill. I brought a pair of Kenneth Coles dress shoes for $10, 1 ties, 1 dress shirt, 1 pair of dress pants all for $25 Sunday. My Job interview was today Monday 08/19/19 at 10am. On the way to my job interview my shoes left sole came completely apart. So my chances for this jobs advancement are out the window plus Im out of a non refundable $10 I couldve used for food. Words are undescribable right now. On top of my experience at this Goodwill they had No plastic bags for any purchase, norwere there any shopping carts available at the time. I will never spend another penny at Goodwill or recommend anyone to shop at Goodwill.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. They are disrespectful and all have a disgusting attitude. The supervisors think that just because they are Supervisors they can be disrespectful and give you bad customer service and talk nonsense behind your back, acussing you of things i did not do. But as a customer i deserve to be treated more fairly. Also a certain guy supervisor gave me a horrible attitude while i was paying, and ignored me and everything i said. I do not like this store for its Customer service at all, and they should replace all Supervisors there ! I dont think I’ll be coming back ever!

Never buy any shoes for this place. I paid $10 for used Kenneth Cole formal shoes for an interview. The left sole came completely apart on the way to the job interview. Plus they dont even have plastic bags, or no other alternative to place your purchase in. Im will never purchase anything for reliance and dependence from GoodWill again. Of course theres no refunds either. So GoodWill is the possible reason for my opportunity at a better chance of employment and advancements plus out of $10 which couldve been spent on food. SMH & P.O.d.

My favorite store! This thrift store is huge, full of an ever changing inventory. The price is right on almost the entire inventory. Seniors discount on Tuesdays. Half price on certain tags every day of the week

Sad. been going here since this new fscility. i was seriously disappointed this time. they have NEVER had more than a handful of carts for shoppers but this time. was awful. i wear larger sizes and in that sevtion the xtra sizes have always. been tagged by size. apparently some moron former manager decided that tagging plus size clothes by size was too much trouble, so its all lumped in together. if you want to find something you must go garment by garment through 3 or so full rows. i seriously doubt they do that on regular sizes.

Beat place to donate all what we dont really used any more, it should definitely be one in Medellin

Very bad i use to buy pants for work and t-shirts prizes are very crazy nothing in 1or $2. A pair of pants minimum cost 8$ & go up to 40$ T-Shirts start @4$ i dont recommend this place Im very willing to help but this place is a rip off since everything is donated not only but they wash them with acid& clorine they get damged soons you wear them ....i suggest wyn wood Salvation army very cheap and great help .

Broken electric items put on a shelf on purpose ms. Gonzalez was very rude to me when I asked for a refund on a DVD player. The floor and store bathroom and shelving were all just made smelly and dirty. Just an all-around terrible dump.

Mrs. Miriam del Amo, In the midst of all the bad that happens inside the store, the managers and supervisors believe they are the owners and abuse their power and do not want to accept that when you mistreat a customer they mistreat their own salary, we and in particular I I am a constant buyer and they have increased the cost of everything by 30% and yet that is what I mean by the bad attitude of your employees, manager and supervisor.
