Customer for at least 3 yrs. Always order honey chicken, fried rice, rolls, green pepper steak, etc. For last few months portions in chicken nuggets and honey rediculous less. Chicken slightly under cooked had to put in oven 15 min and also no white rice included. Will try them for last time in a month or so and see if third time is the charm. If not--looking for a new Chinese food place.

FOOD IS OUTSTANDING! I am from NJ and usually when you order the combo it brings either the egg roll or soup, Grand China Restaurant offers both. Soups were out of this world. The General Tsao Chicken were chuncks of real chicken not just batter. Beef with Broccoli, my Mom who is very a picky eater rated it the best she has ever had. Portions are perfect. I went to bed a happy man!! :-).

The food is delicious! I always get the tofu and always so flavorful. My family loves the fried rice and General Tso chicken. The only thing is that their credit card has been “broken” for quite sometime now. But it’s a good thing they accept other forms of payment- CashApp, cash, Zelle.

Whoever gave a poor review of this place due to food quality is mega trippin and needs to get oopsd upside the head. Ive ordered from this restaurant several times and have yet to be let down. Their portions were ridiculous pre-Covid and even now are definitely reasonable for their prices. Food is DELICIOUS. Bigtime recommendations for their entire dinner combo menu and the Roast Duck. Will definitely be a customer as long as they keep that food quality on point.

Food is nasty... no flavor at all. Dumpling are store bought not made in location... chicken and broccoli nasty unless you like bland food. I will never order from this place again.

South garden, Chinese restaurant that serves Dim Sum. At noon on a Sunday it was almost crowded, social distancing. The carts rolled around the diners tables. The food was wonderful. Lots of choices. Casual dining with moderate price$. A must visit for Dim Sum.

I went to pick up Uber order and the employees said you must confirm which I confirmed he says now you have to start delivery in front of me and I asked why do you guys do that because of other Uber drivers so your restaurant is punishing other drivers because of someone else’s mistake and gives me a thumbs down that is totally unprofessional trust me you’ll be getting thumbs down for me now onWhat you should do like other restaurants have the Uber driver sign a receipt saying they received it,The responsibility will be left up to the driver not to the restaurant because I was nice enough to give your restaurant a thumbs up

Great place to buy food. 90 % of the food has been delicious. It depends whos the cook. Many times the food has been great but sometimes the food is okay I guess it depend on the cook they have working that day. For now theyre only taking cash, zelle or cash app they are not taking debit or credit cards All orders have to be phone in prior pickup.

We arrived at this spot for lunch. we heard about this place from a lot of people. Well, we were not disappointed. the crew were so friendly and we had a great feeling. The meal was tasty. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. we highly recommend this place.

The best chicken wings in town, with a hint of oyster sauce. Egg Foo Young was deliciously moist and flavorful. Salt and pepper squid and shrimp was perfectly cooked and seasoned. A must come to when your in town!! Best by far, hands down!! Stop on in!

Rude customer service. I called in to place an order for delivery just now, and they apologized saying they were only doing takeout which I understand cause of the circumstances. I said “oh okay” and I was going to ask if I could order takeout over the phone, but before I could finish my sentence the employee said bye and hung up the call. This has always been the spot where I order from since the food is great. Very disappointed with the service. Ordering takeout else where tonight.

I ordered take out yesterday. I was shocked that the price for beef with broccoli had gone up to $11.95, but ok inflation +covid19 caused price increase. However, when I got home the portion size was much smaller. I was very disappointed. Prior to the quarantine, I ordered from them regularly while working at Alorica and delivery at home. I dont think I will be going back and I am letting my company know how they are robbing customers in a very sneaky manner. This is a time to pull together, not take advantage.

Food is very good but ordering site is somehow linked with Postmates.Postmates Jacks up prices and do not follow through in pickup times.Order by phone and get name of who you ordered with, avoid Postmates.

By far the best Chinese food I’ve had n my whole 28 years of living . I ordered out and my food cane very quickly it was fresh and so good I enjoyed every bite the delivery guy was super nice 5* for him the guy over the phone was super nice as well . I love this place highly recommend

Been eating at grand china for over 15 years. we never buy anywhere else because the food was so good. however, this place is under new management and the qualtiy is less. the taste is different. its still good but not as good as the old management. there is only one server there the old guy and hes not always pleasant. we ate there just 3 people my mom husband and i and i was charged gratuity. the server added gratuity in himself which i thought was a little outrageous for his poor service and just 3 people. honey garlic chicken when my mom it into it was undercooked. plates are a little old and my plate looked like it wasnt washed and dried properly. still the food is not bad but its the little things that counts as well to improve overall

Me & my family go to Grand China often , love the restaurant , the food , the staff ! It is literally the BEST Chinese food I’ve had anywhere ! My 4 year old loves the soup and the honey chicken , he says it’s his favorite restaurant and asks for it regularly !!! I can’t recommend Grand China enough !

Portion is big, pretty tasty, went to the restaurant twice on the way from Miami airport to key west and back, staff are friendly, a really good place to have some not too Americanized chinese food.

The two young brothers who run the place provide good customer service. The older brother recommended their tofu and veggies dish which I really liked. I appreciated the rec because I was looking for a vegetarian meal :)

The food is absolutely amazing and the staff is super nice. Never once had a complaint and never found any bugs like others have been saying. And my parents and I come here ALOT a couple times a week. Its cheap and they serve lots of food for a great price. 10/10 would always come back. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Stopped in for a late lunch. Buffet was fresh and tasted great. Not a huge selection but plenty to choose from. Service was prompt and friendly. If your in the mood for a quick bite and good buffet, I would recommend stopping here.

Neighborhood staple is under new management. Excellent take out service and extensive menu options. Give them your phone number and they can tell you what you ordered last time in case you forgot the name of that delicious dish.

The service was horrible my famy and I arrived to eat at the restaurant. We were told to sit anywhere and that was it. We were not even acknowledge that we were there. Waited for 5 minutes and nothing. Got up and left.

Pretty good honey chicken although they dont mix the sauce with the chicken. I understand giving the customer the freedom to mix at the perfect ratio but honestly Im lazy and would prefer the restaurant to do it.

One of the better pork egg foo youngs Ive had in a while. I give it 4 stars because there arent any other good Chineese in my imidiate vacinity that Ive had. It is no PF Chang, which is a solid 4 star for me, but that is too far for a quicky & this place does the job. 3.5 stars is probably a better rating, most around me are 2 stars.

Been going here for more than 18 years, I really like the roast pork egg fu yung. We always order here for the whole family. Everyone enjoys it. They have lunch buffet, dine in and take out. Will continue going every time I crave chinese food. A+
