This guy is completely money minded he charged 120 rupees for 24 passport sized photos with worst paper quality Ive seen ever, where as 25 photos costs only 50 rupees in other shops which are far better in terms of paper quality.

Its the central co-op stores of BIT MESRA . Its got a co-op store, two grocery cum food stores, a stationary shop and another one which generally stays closed .
