Finally funded today on a condo in Gila Crossing association. Went under contract in December because I was told Id be closing late February/Early March (I told them I needed first available unit, as Im opening a branch of my company in Chandler and that was set to begin end of March/early April). Each month I was told closing was pushing back, over and over. The delays effected my monthly payment significantly (lost half point on rate due to mortgage market conditions). THEN once a closing date was finalized for 7/21 (which I was good for), the office did not provide a certificate of occupancy until the AFTERNOON of July 20. The file had to go through condo review, underwriting, and closing to close on time. No way that was going to happen with the entire corporate office ignoring my request for a COO for 2 months prior to receiving it. Because of the delay, I was not able to close in person (on July 22, when I closed, I was on shift at my Chicagoland firehouse). A mail away closing always funds the following day unless the closing package gets to the title company late. Welp....my closing package did not arrive until today, July 26. The builder charged $1,250 in closing extension fees because of things that were completely under their control (again, I would not have cancelled my 7/21 flight down to Arizona and I would have closed on time had they been timely in their release of the certificate of occupancy for my building). The condo looks amazing, the business itself is well below sub-par.Side not, Larissa Wagner, was awesome. If this was a review solely about her, it would be 5 stars...but this is about Bela Flor.

This was one of the best home buying experiences a person could ask for. Larissa the sales counselor was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. She was very understanding even during the more stressful portions of the purchase. If you’re in the Vally Bella Flor is the best option to go with for a new build home; the standard options far exceeded what other builders would give us and that in itself should push more people towards choosing them for their home. We will definitely be sticking with them for our future homes past this one

We have been waiting for this home since March 2020. Being a new build we were able to access the home at any time. The sales Realtor, Larissa, has become more than a realtor, she has become a friend. She championed our build and let us know any time something new was happening, which was pretty much every week. Today we woke up in our new home, fancy smart home appliances and a beautiful area to live in. Belaflor does amazing work. The home is quiet and extremely well built. The contractors on site have been overly accommodating with our many, many questions.We would recommend this builder and realtor any day of the week.Thank you so very much for our new home.

We just moved into The Crossing! My condo is AMAZING. The sales agent went above and beyond for myself and my husband. Were over the moon happy with our condo and the quality of work done. For our first home we truly could not be happier!

The entire Bela Flor team was professional throughout the new home purchase process. The sales staff was extremely helpful in working with us to build the home we wanted. Bela Flor was attentive in getting any issues we encountered resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.

This builder is above par, they not only deliver a high quality Homes and condos but the staff goes above and beyond for every customer. Highly recommend if your are in the market for purchasing a home .

BEWARE! Builder does not build quality homes. Foundation leaks, cuts into post tension foundation, and was not forth coming about it. I discovered this on my own during the construction process. Would not share information or proof that structural engineer was overseeing repairs. Poor construction, poor communication, don’t get stuck with this nightmare!

After months of waiting for the project to be completed, it’s still not done. And now refusing to give a $5000 deposit back is just bad business. I just hope you have a conscious and do what’s right for the people you screwed over.

Nice community but no pool at Peoria one.

I had seen a house on their social media as I am in the market to buy a house I commented on the house I seen in Peoria Arizona did not look like a new luxury home it looked more like an older home an investor updated in the outside. I went to their page and started looking at what they had available and within minutes they blocked my Instagram account. They did nothing to defend their company, name, builds, even offer their other options they blocked me probably to remove my comment and they lost a potential buyer!. If this is how they treat potential buyers I dont want to know how they will treat you after you buy from them 😬 be warned!
