Ecom Express is one of the worst Courier Service in India. It reached delivery center days before still i didnt get my parcel. When I contact customer service, they r saying we cant deliver to ur address then i asked their mobile number and they r saying we dont have it. What else we need to think that this is worst service. They shared only address which is already available in Internet. When i went that address, there is no office at all and I inquired nearby ppls and they also said they never heard about this company.In future I will never ever suggest ecom to my friends and also i will complaint to all companies like flipkart, Amazon, etc
