Its your standard shopping mall with plenty of food and shops! Its usually not horribly packed even when the parking lot looks full so you can always enjoy each of the stores without issue. I Go here almost every week! Highly recommend

Its always a pleasure going to Melbourne Square Mall whenever possible. Lots of elite stores always having marked down prices. It worthy of checking out, I always find some unbelievable bargains. I cant say much about the eateries as my favorite is homemade 😋.

This mall is one of the nicest malls Ive been in for a very long time! My favorites are :1. Dillards just for women ( the mens , childrens, and housewares dept.is a separate store in the mall).2. The have a Starbucks3. Food court have a variety of food choices and something I rarely find, CREPES! They were excellent!4. Yankee Candle :) & Bath and Body Works :)5. Mall is clean and invitingThis mall is worth the visit and Im going to venture a guess that you leave with at least one bag. Even if you dont make a purchase, its a nice afternoon just to look around.

Its still very nice despite being nearly 40 years old.

Nice selection of stores (Im always looking forward to the puppies), pretty cool food, just a bit dead like every mall. Its sad to see all the small stores closing, but at least there are more open than most places.

Lots of fantastic eateries in the area. During this visit we opted for Red Robin. We were not disappointed

Its a mall. Sort of. You can tell its seen better days, but so have all malls I guess. Nothing wrong with it, just nothing that stands out. It does have a puppy store, so thats cute if youre into things like that.

My friendly, unbiased, consumer recommendation: DO NOT utilize the repair services of Cell Doc-at least not the location at the Seminole Town Center (mall). Though the Cell Doc employee was friendly and personable, I sought out a phone repair service and that of an interpersonal interaction, so please note this review is not to address an individuals character.I would strongly encourage the phone repair services of CPR (Cell Phone Repair), which though CPRs cost for me was estimated to be $35 more than the cost using Cell Doc, I should have taken into account that one gets what one pays for! Without having called me and asked for consent, the back of my cell phone was removed and glued back on, which made it look cheap and tacky. However, the most significant aspect of my phone repair experience is that my phones new screen could not be properly recognized by the system, and that caused my phone to not work for several hours after picking it up from Cell Doc. Even to this day, the sensitivity of my phones new screen operates poorly.

I love that this mall is still going pretty strong. I remember hanging out here as a teen back in the 80s.

Visited the T-Mobile store and was helped by Alex and Luis. They stayed late to get us set up. Went over and beyond. Amazing staff.

Worst mall Ive ever been in. No patrons no stores no business. Dont know how they are not bankrupt. Guess the rent is as low budget as the mall. Good luck to them. Hope they survive every town needs a shopping mall. Cant say I wont be back but not much to motivate me to return.

Hours are horrible. Never seen a mall open so late across the United States. Come on 1100, most open between 0900 and 1000. You have some stores that have clients coming in for appointments (hair cuts) and now looking for a way to get into the mall. Are they suppose to try ever entrance until they find the right one? I understand it is hard to find people to work but I came here on a whim because I dropped my car off to get some work and sit outside while several dozen people and more coming came up to get in just at one entrance and all said the same thing, “1100 why are they not open” and left not happy at all. Just one persons view but not one persons opinion. Thank you

Great place to browse, buy and eat on a hot summers day. Did a bit of shopping finding the mall comfortable and accommodating. It didnt seem as busy as it should though. I came from Merritt island where our mall is in great need of help. The outside malls in Viera and Titusville are just to hot on a summers day of spending.

General Thoughts:Melbourne Square Mall has been a staple of Brevard for as long as Ive been alive, and Ive enjoyed it for just as long.It has quite a large collection of great stores worth going for and the food court has always been a favorite, offering a good variety of options depending on what youre in the mood for.From clothes and shoes, to pets or pretzels, you can find just about anything youre looking for here.Covid-19 Considerations:The mall is clean, sanitary, and practices many Covid-19 safety measures, which vary from store to store (many of which may be currently closed due to Covid).Delivery Driver tips:If you deliver for Door Dash, prepare for a longer than average wait time for several of the restaurants in the food court, as all food is cooked to order, and several of the franchises (like Chick-fil-A) stay extremely busy and always have long lines. As theyre often very busy, you could wait for a bit to come up in the queue. So be patient and communicate with your customer.Im summation:Melbourne Square Mall is awesome! That is all.

It is a bit sad. They could do with a refresh and better lighting. But the Mall is over 30 years old an most malls had a hard time even before COVID. But it did have good number of people so things may look up in the future.

Plenty stores to look around for all your attire and body fragrances. Shop for your Kids , yourself , loved ones and even pets. Stop in the food court to have a quick bite or snack on the go at Auntie Annies . Enjoy a lil family time and shopping.👍👍

A fun place to shop. This was our first visit and it was very nice. The Aunts Annie Pretzel store was celebrating their anniversary. We ate free pretzel thanks to them. Very friendly people. The shopping mall have a few stores of our interest but we mainly went looking for soccer cleats and there was only the Dicks store that had them. My family goofed around a bit and we walked the entire place. I would visit again.

I accidentally put a 4 star but meant to put a 5 star. I enjoyed my time there.... Everyone was super friendly. Being as Im from Montana not sure if I will ever make it back but if I do I will stop in again

Easy access to most stores from the outside of the mall-whether by direct entrance or a mall entrance. Well-lit parting lots and security patrols on duty helps you feel safe when running an errand after dark. The Melbourne Square Mall is like a little big mall with both big department stores and smaller retail shops, restaurants and beverage options, too. You can also find a number of restaurants in the parking lot. Folks are small-town friendly and still professional. Mall is also pretty convenient located between I95 and US1 on 192. Nice place to shop with a mission, window shop in retail therapy, or to meet a friend for a café break.

Clean, maintained, quite a few choices for shopping. Food court was kind of lacking. Although, it was Sunday, so Chic fil a was closed. There were two higher end restaurants though. An Asian place and a steakhouse.

It was wonderful seeing all the kids carrying their bags put of the mall and the parents including my daughter looking like they wanted to die lol all in the name of BACK TO SCHOOL SHOPOING LOL

We ate here, bought wardrobe, get my watch battery, we bough lots of crafts and thigs for our store Indian River Antique Mall located in Melbourne Shopping Center. Proximity to our Mall and selection of merchandise was our primary decision to shop at Melbourne Square.

I just went to Macys to return some clothes I bought online and didnt fit right. I made two purchases. The lady that helped me was very nice.

My brother came in from North Carolina hear it a car from budget behind the mall he said he did not have no problems getting the rental hanging out no problems taking the rental back I guess bush is okay Rachel car from budget when you come to town.

The mall was deserted accept for some walkers and chick fallate ppl in the food court .

Great place to shop and a great place to meet with friends and family

The burgers were better than they were last visit, but somehow no matter what discounts and specials Im taking advantage of, my bill is always super high.Like 2 people eating and one burger was free, but still paying 50 bucks kinda high...The wait staff always tries to explain what weird RedRobin-math is being used, but it isnt worth hanging around for the extra 20mins to figure it out every time.

Food was just okay today not as good as usual. Service was also just okay. Maybe because I got there 45 minutes before close.I love your Avo Cobb salad. But not so much tonight. All the lettuce was as big as my fist and made it hard to eat. Only served a fork no knife to cut it up.☹

Enjoyed BJ Restaurant and Brewery for lunch. Huge menu from salads, steaks, wings, and more. Great selection of beers!

The mall itself is beautiful. Very small and cute Mall. I do door Dash so Im in and out of there a lot picking up food for customers. There is a heavy set security guard that should not be working here. Around Christmas time entering the mall there is a man just minding his own business and this guy was harassing him. The man was homeless but he was minding his own business and the security guard literally went up to him and harassed him for no reason. I literally went home that night and even said something to my wife. Now sitting in the parking lot tonight in January delivering food remind me it is 8 p.m. in the parking lot has tons of cars in it the security guard approaches my car a man that I was talking about that harass the other people. Minding my own business around other cars comes up to me and asked me who I am and what I work for. The security guard then asked me which delivery company I work for and I said door – and the guy was looking for proof. Does this guy think he is a police officer? It is not right to harass people like this.

I went to Kays jewelry to have my semi yearly jewely cleaned. They always do a great job. They are repairing a ring that was purchased elsewhere . I am sure it will look fantastic.

Great local mall! I wish they have more stores but understand that online shopping is hurting the mall experience. The mall has some cool stuff and the art store is a great place for a date. You can even ride some stuff animals and around the mall!!

Dont get any samples from the asian restraunts. I recently saw one of there employees drop a sample on the floor the pick it up and still serve it later.

This was a bittersweet visit. My grandson left for the Navy from here. Mall is huge and love shopping there though.

Went for a dress for My daughters baby shower. Pleasant staff and enjoyed lunch in the food court.

Came to visit Melbourne and went to this mall. Great mall with some good stores! I like the food court and it wasn’t over crowded. Got some good shopping done. I’ll return next time I visit!

Got my hair did at Jc Penny. Loved it.

My wife and I visit this mall often.There is a good mix of stores and a decent food court,also there is some restaurants in the same parking lot as the mall.The only thing that would make it better if they expanded the mall and lastly we hope they go back to closing at 9 when COVID is over.

Plenty of shops some prices are decent if you look around. A nice place to go for a stroll. Even a 5$ haircut place if you are brave enough.lol

Y’all need to start going back to closing at 9pm instead of 7 this early closing because of covid is getting really old now. Like covid is really there to stay there past 7 and take over the late night. We’re over it. Please go back to the old closing time! It’s also hard on the people who work there and lose hours. Forget how good the mall is, it’s time to back to regular hours right now.

The mall is ok with the stores they have, plus the kiosks that are set up are great with all kinds of pretty things to see.

Not the same mall from 5 years ago. Not many people there during our visit. Chick-fil-A was busy and they were still giving free samples of chinese food. (It was incredible). Shopped for shoes unsuccessfully.

I love to shop JCPenny. I get my hair done at the Salon, I love it my stylist is AWESOME!! My only concern is that as much as love to shop JCPenny, is I refuse to use my card your interest rate is way to high for a retail store in the Melbourne Mall, so when I go there as much as I love the clothes & other items in the store,An interest rate @ 25% I wont be using my card no more!!Regards,Denise Taylor

Vary clean and lot of different stores to shop around in. Also has a good selection of food in the food court.
