Edward was early to every scheduled appointment! This alone got them 5 stars. The crew worked fast and were very respectful of our space. They got the job done in less than two days and Im very happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend them to potential customers.

Wescon performed a professional survey of our existing flat roof portion on our condominium building and provided a reasonable estimate for complete replacement using TPO materials. Estimator, Project Manager and all crews were responsive, on-time and easily accommodated all requests for information and modifications to the base contract. I was very pleased with their performance and especially their work ethic and I highly recommend their roofing services.

Recently we needed to replace the roof on our personal home. After interviewing several roofing companies we decided to go with Wescon. We had a new metal roof put on which involved a complete tear off as well as a substantial amount of roof decking replacement. Pablo was responsible as the supervisor and every day went extremely smooth and at the end of every day there was a complete cleanup of any debris around the house. Overall the installation went so smoothly a few months later when I needed to replace four of my rental houses roofs I again chose to go with Wescon only this time it was replacing shingle roofs. Again it involved a substantial amount of tear off and repair of the roof decking. In this case Edward was the supervisor responsible for getting all four houses done. Once again things went very smoothly in fact within 24 hours all four roofs were finished with the tear off and were dried in which was a big relief. Once again at the end of every day there was a total cleanup of all debris relative to the work. One of the chief reasons I stayed with Wescon after using them the first time was it was obvious they had their own crews. They worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job. Wescon was also priced very competitively. I guess the best recommendation you can give us to say you would definitely use them again and that certainly is the case with Wescon

I recently purchased my forever home, and needed to have my roof replaced. I cannot say enough about this company, their employees and roofing knowledge. Pablo helped me pick out the colors for not only my roof, but also my gutters. I was amazed by each and every employee that came to my home. So I needed a roof right away ,leaks all over but the insurance company told me my roof was fine(but that is another story all together). So I financed the roof thru a finance company and Wescon was one of two companies that came up on the list so I called the other company first a the gentleman calls me back two days later and we start talking and he sounded very professional and sincere so I ask him for an estimate and he agrees but did not tell me he was going to do a fly over estimate so when I got the estimate it was e-mailed to me. This is not what I was expecting anyway long story short I call Wescon construction and they reply within the hour, this salesman named Edward Sprague. Well let me tell you this guy was so on the ball I could not believe it. He came to my house the next day we both went up and walked the roof and he was pointing out things that I believe some companies would not due. Anyway every single time I called him he would answer the phone immediately for the money I spent on the roof just knowing that he would pickup the phone on a dime put me at ease. The roof came out beautiful and all the neighbors said how nice it looked. I really never had to invest in a project like this before but I was so happy with him , the response time and how professional he was. I now have them giving me an estimate on my sons roof. Seriously if you need someone to lead the way on a project for your home dont just take my word give them a call and ask for this salesman Edward Sprague.

A while back I needed a roofer for a small repair on one of my listings in the area. I found Nick @ Wescon and he got the repair done in time for closing. While he was there he noticed a small problem, called me and resolved the problem same day. So... fast forward a couple of years and i need a new roof on my own home. I called Nick, they scheduled and completed the roof in record time and did an amazing job. I would recommend them every time!!!

My wife and I used Wescon Construction, after it was recommended by a neighbor and we couldnt be happier. They did a great job replacing our roof, showing up when they said they would, finishing on schedule and cleaning up around the yard and house everyday before they left. We asked the building inspector what he thought, he said they are one of the better ones out there.

I cannot be any happier with Wescon Construction, they were the company that my insurance company picked to replace my roof after it sustained hurricane damage. I was apprehensive because I did not pick them but when Pablo Ares came to my house to meet with me, he assured me that everything will be fine. He knew the entire process and walked me through what it would look like time wise so that I would know what to expect. When it was time for my roof to be replaced, it was like clockwork. The roofers came and did a very good job, they were careful and respectful of my concerns and wishes. They always cleaned up after themselves before they left for the day. A small incident happened during the job, the concrete that protects my culvert was accidentally run over which cracked in a few places. Pablo assured me that he will send someone out to look at it and then fix it. True to his word, someone came out and fixed it which exceeded my expectation. Wescon did the roof on our home in palm bay. Nick was very helpful in answering all of my questions and didnt seem annoyed by the amount of questions I had. After they were all done my yard was left very clean. No nails for the kids or dog to step on. Very happy with them and would highly recomend.

I had just moved into my new house and here comes hurricane season. Before I knew it I had water leaking all over. Wescon construction did a fantastic job getting out quickly to seal my roof. Nick was the gentleman that tarped my roof and even helped me with the re roof process. Wescon construction did a great job, and now my home looks better than ever.

We had to get a new roof after the hail storm in March. We shopped around for our roof and felt that Wescon was the most reputable company in the area, having a personal reference as well from a coworker. We dealt with Nick, who was always super helpful and clear in explanations. This was our first reroof ever or making a homeowner’s claim. He explained the process and what to expect. I never felt I was being taken advantage of during the process. Everything we asked about was answered and we were given all of the requested paperwork at the end of the project. A piece of fascia got broken during the job and it was fixed promptly without complaint. They even offered to replace a broken planter that was dry-rotted. (I refused. It was brittle, which was why I didn’t move it.)The roof looks good. So far through all the rain, our roof is dry, while our neighbors are getting theirs fixed from their roofers.

From the beginning to the end Wescon Construction has been amazing! Not only did I survive Hurricane Irma, but also was dealt a tornado to my house in Indialantic. To make things even more complicated the tornado tore off my back truss and I had 2 flat roofs that needed to be repaired (its a duplex). While other roofers came back with asinine quotes, Wescon quoted me at an amazingly fair price. But they also had great, quality roofers that know their stuff working on my roof. All my neighbors complimented me on, not just my roof, but how efficient these guys were. They were clean, professional, and got the job done in under 3 days! I highly recommend this company. Those below with negative reviews share some unrealistic expectations. Be thankful you had such a great company working for you. This company has been around a long time.

Im very pleased with Wescon Construction . After 3 failed attempts of trying to get my roof repaired from Hurricane Irma, I finally ended up calling Wescon and spoke to their office staff who put me in touch with Edward the sales representative. He came out in February after my last issue with Sears Roofing. I told him how much my budget was to repair the roof and he worked within that budget. I explained that I had surgery scheduled again after my Sears issues pushed my back and needed it done by end of May. I was called every step of the process. The crew came worked through the light rain so that the water barrier was done because a heavy storm was coming the next day. I was called by the office the next day to make sure there was no leaks. They came back and put the roof on a day later. My yard was clean of trash and no nails in my driveway. I had no issues with communication, some one called me when I had questions. I highly recommend them.

We recently contacted Wescon to fix our roof. My husband called the office and within 24 hours, Arthur Soares and Teresa McCurry were at our house and it looks like the roof repair is solid. I do not recommend this company to anyone after showing up a week late the first day on my roof they broke one of my security cameras. they ripped off the old roof dryed it in. They took off didnt see them again for over a week I call and finally they showed back up to finish the job I got a call from one of the worker saying they shot a nail into my a/c line in the attic and that it was not there fault my a/c guy put the line to close to the roof.I asked him how was he going to fix it because I was at work he told me Ill just cut a hole in your roof so it can be fixed.all this happened after they broke the pipe off the bottom of my kitchen sink they hit the vent on the roof so hard it split the pee trap now my kitchen cabinet have to be replaced because they got wet. They also put on the wrong color drip edge this company was sent to me by my insurance company American tradition. And american tradition is for the roofing company not the home owners I got nothing but excuses from american tradition. 8100 is what its cost to fix the damage.

****CONSUMER BEWARE****The roof Wescon put on is just over 3 years old, and already half the shingles are washed away. The ridge vent was put on wrong, is leaking. and also needs to be replaced. The one guy even used big words like slanderous to try and scare me. The roof you put on my house is 3 years old, leaking, and needs to be replaced or repaired in several areas. This is not slander, this is the truth.Edit to add: I spoke with someone weeks ago about fixing it and was told your not honoring your warranty on a roof you put on 3 years ago. That was your second chance, and thats how you chose to deal with it. Once a bad review goes up, you change your tune. Im not letting someone who does business like that back on my roof.

I want to start by saying that this company put on what looks like a quality roof after the hurricane. The staff I dealt with were courteous with me. My complaint is that they did not finish the detail work on my house. Some of the soffit and fascia board cover was left off. They have said it was not a part of the contract but my contention is that if it was not then tell before hand. I would have been happy to pay more to have it done right. After spending almost $12,000 I would not hold back on about $100 in materials and maybe $300 in labor. I am disappointed to have this gapping hole in the side of my beautiful new roof.
