I was in there a couple weeks ago looking for my dogs food. Unfortunately they didnt happen to carry it. The night manager was extremely patient and helpful in helping me find a food that was adequate to substitute without making them sick. They actually like this new food better.Switched from Taste of the Wild to Wilderness

This is one of the best PetSmarts Ive ever been to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Issac helped me pick out the right fish and gave me some great care and background information on them, so thank you! The cashier was also very nice and wrapped up my aquarium decor, unfortunately I dont remember her name but thank you!!

Brought my Bor-a-dor in for a grooming, the ladies fell in love with him right away and treated him like a rock star. Said he was very well behaved and cooperative thruout the whole thing. They had estimated 45 min to an hour to give him a haircut and nail trim. Done in 35 min. A job well done and under the estimate.

They had the fish net I needed, I cant believe I waited 2 weeks for Incredible pets to get one and it never came in..... so glad I drove the extra miles,definitely was worth it for me. Great selection of fish and other pet supplies. Adorable kitties I wish I could adopt

Curb side pickup order was ready quick and the staff is super courteous and helpful. However, I checked it using the app and waited for almost 7 minutes before calling the store about my arrival. Not sure if there app is hooked up to store notifications but that could use some help to keep curb side customers from a long wait.

Was there with my 2 dogs for dog beds. 1 is a 70 lb pit mix, the other is a 9 lb Chihuahua... employees were only too happy to show me where the beds were and even carried the one I picked out up front so we could look at other things (2 leashes are hard when you want to shop and a bed for a big dog added to that was even harder... ) (Also the pet bed we picked was $75 after tax, kind of expensive but I wanted extra support for my big dog who isnt done growing yet) employees were nice even when my 70lb overgrown puppy decided to be loud to say hello to a pretty Husky that came in with her human while we were trying to check out... overall great experience, with patient pet lovers.

This PetSmart is like so many others I have visited...clean, spacious, and well stocked with pretty much everything I need and more. It is well organized and easy to find what you are looking for. The staff here is fast & friendly. At checkout, the line suddenly got long, and they immediately opened more lanes. I love shopping here.

Honestly, if the manager hadnt been standing there watching me waiting patiently by the fish tanks for at least ten minutes, without calling an associate to help me? Id have left it as a 5 star review.I know theyre understaffed, but keeping customers happy still matters.

Clean, orderly and convenient. You can buy exactly what your pet eats instead of paying for the packaging of all differentthings he doesnt like that will only go to waste.This is where I do my shopping when it comes to my beloved cats. Both of my cats were adopted from Petsmart. Thank you.

My favorite spot to shop for my little friend, i have a hamster and i have gotten all of his toys and treats from there, and the clinic for pets right next door thats connected to it is perfect, i trust the staff with my best friends life. I always feel secure :)

The store is very organized considering that part of the store is being remodeled. Usually the employees are very helpful and personable, at least. The cashier we had today wasnt rude or mean. She seemed like she didnt want to be there and just let it show through her personality to others. Maybe she had a rough day ?!

PetSmart is my go to for dogfood. I am now earning points for my purchases which will add up. Great customer service too!

The bird lady was rude (short elder & uninformed. She couldnt even tell if it was a male or female parakeet. She was rushed & made me feel UNWELCOME. She belongs stocking in the back. I would have told her but she took off. Aweful customer service!

I went to Banfield Vet Clinic inside PetSmart.The staff is professional & busy!! They are wonderful and patient with each client. I have trusted my babies with them for over 25+ years!!! (Kansas City & Melbourne). Their Wellness Plan CANT BE BEAT!!! Vanessa and the ENTIRE staff in Melbourne deserve a HUGE KUDOS for the treatment they have provided for us since moving here 7 years ago.. I will be forever grateful!! ❤❤❤❤

We are RV camping in the Melbourne area. I needed my two yorkies to be groomed. I chose this location because of the reviewers comments, in particular about Virgina. I called first and talked to her. She was delightful and understood my circumstance and was very accommodating. When I dropped my dogs of for their appointment, she was ready and waiting. She gave me an estimated time of completion. When I returned my dogs looked lovely and pretty. Also, they had a good v experience because I could tell they felt pretty. I recommend Virgina at this location anytime. She is my groomer when Im in the Melbourne area.

Not very happy with PETSMART @ ALL THIS EVENING Here I am traveling w my puppy who needs special food which I have the prescription for but was never told by PETSMART that I now need a special card so here it is 8pm my puppy hasnt had his 2nd feeding of the day Im the only one in line & the cashier is refusing to sell me a $70 bag of food w a script they told me I needed it just blew my mind as to who comes first in this company its definitely NOT THE ANIMALS...LAST TIME I WILL EVER WALK INTO A PETSMART If they had a rating of zero this is exactly what I would have given them

Every time I go to PetSmart is a positive experience, I always find the items I need for our dogs and turtles. The associates are friendly and helpful and the store is always clean.

They always have a pretty good selection of pet products, but I find their prices to be on the higher side for most items that arent on sale.

Shaved her...asked for trim...just barely trim her beautiful face...years of damage and knicked her nose...Carrie was instructed then just passed her off and they shaved her...shes in pain.

Great for grooming your dog. They are so nice and walk ins are welcome. You dont have to wait weeks to get your dog a bath. The prices are great and my timid dog loved the people. He warmed up to them faster than most. The clearance rack is always filled with tons of great items. The store associates are knowledgeable and friendly. They even have a hospital if you want them as a vet. They have pet insurance too. Im going back!

They have a wide selection of items for any pet you might have. That includes the prescription food that my special need cats require. They are definitely a one-stop-shop for all your fur babies! Its also a great place for me to donate food and money to all my furry friends.

Their online ordering is super simple they process the orders and get the orders ready fairly quickly the in-store pickup process is super simple walk in theres a sign marking where you go press a button and then a store associate brings you your order and then you go on about your day such an easy process

They had some great deals on their reptiles. We picked up two bearded dragons. Though the associate that helped us kind of belittled us about the knowledge of bearded dragons and made herself seem like an expert. (I googled and then asked others who own beardies themselves) she was by far an expert. Though she thought she was and was a little rude in her behavior. 3 stars for great deals. Would have been five if the associate wasnt with the attitude.

I was astonished at the way petsmart looks now! Were working on fish tank and fish and they have everything we need and more! Tooooo cool!

I paid for a bath, fermermator treatment, toothbrush, and nail trim for my dog. I know for a fact she wasn’t washed and her teeth were not brushed and what really had me upset was my dogs foot was bleeding when I picked her up. The lady cut her nails to short. I mean blood was all over her leg. The lady didn’t even tell me what she did and I noticed something was wrong as soon as she got in the car but didn’t know what it was until I was halfway home and she didn’t want me to touch her foot. I will not be taking her back and will not recommend anyone else to take their pet there for grooming

Nice clean updated store. Friendly staff. Lots of items to choose from. The reason I do not give this store 5 stars is because 9 out of 10 times they are out of the food my cats eat.

As of January 1st they are not excepting returns. That would have been nice to know before I drove back there to return basking bulbs that I found at PetSmart much cheaper!

Awesome and fun. Lots of things from basic to unusual. Many smiles. This last trip was very special, exceptional. Went for dog treats, they love, only place I can find them. They had a special on them, buy 3, 1 free. So I was able to buy one 4#, two 1# = three, and was able to receive free 2# bagOr was it a 3#. Anyway a great deal, all the dogs recieved their own,And I swear they know. AS USUALThe help were a very big help, with kindness and smiles. Thank youPETSMART.

Very friendly groomers. Excellent care of my dog. But haircut wasnt exactly what I wanted. Molly was full of mats which I know made it hard to give her the total doodle cut. But she was more poodle than doodle style.
