The food is absolutely amazing!!! Best escargot Ive ever had and the lamb shanks melt in your mouth!! A must see for any trip to the Cocoa Beach area!!

The food was very good and the service was friendly. The place was pretty busy (it was Tuesday) so the food took a little longer but it was worth it. All in all a great experience.

The atmosphere was great! Food was just ok. The escargot with bone marrow was tasty but more mushrooms than escargot. My shells with ricotta and spinach was hard and not fine dining for my taste. Tried the scallops and risotto. Scallops were tasty but the risotto was bland. Dessert was awesome! Way too expensive for just an ok meal.

Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere! Everything was as expected, duck fat fries and the Mac were a great appetizer with lots of flavor, then we moved on to entrees, the 17oz steak was perfectly seasoned and was a true medium rare, and the girlfriend was highly satisfied with her ricotta stuffed noodlesAtmosphere: 10/10 not what we expected in any capacity (very cozy) but it was a very personal experience, and the owner is very intricate In making the experience feel 100% about you, (even pulled the table out for us so we could sit down)Food: 10/10 everything was filling as well as packed full of many flavors that are wonderful on the palateDessert: 10/10 absolutely to die for, overall would rank this as first or second best places I have ever eaten and it doesn’t break the bank!

I highly recommend this restaurant. Everything is tastefully done inside. Very trendy in black. Small but cool and the food? I can honestly say, this is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. We tried 3 apps, 2 entrees and dessert. Wine list was classy. The lobster lasagna, slid down my throat like a creamy, silky, delicious....I can’t even put it into words. Staff is kind, knowledgeable and courteous.

We have dined in many fine restaurants in Paris and this restaurants food is comparable to some of the best. The ambiance is intimate and modern. Truly a treasure!

Very delicious. The entrees have a very varied combination of flavors. The lamb was soo good and tender. Service was excellent. But the best thing was dessert. I had a lemon curd stuffed pear with green apple sorbet. The sorbet was amazing; like eating the fruit. This place is a must try.

Good fine dining restaurants near Cocoa Beach are few and far between. Im so glad in found this one because the ambiance is super trendy, the food is immaculately prepared and presented, and the service is delightfully friendly and professional (the trifecta!). Since they had so many appetizers and sides to choose from,instead of ordering an entree, I decided to go tapas style (see pictures). The curd Scottish salmon was a bit salty for my taste, but thats the only one I have a slight negative comment on. They throw in an amuse-bouche to get you going too. You wont regret coming here.

Impromptu dinner while on vacation over Thanksgiving. The service was fantastic and the food very good. Certainly unique for the area and very welcome. The octopus was delicious but I think the presentation could have been a bit more elegant. I loved the sashimi appetizer. I hope they do well!

While the food was great— it did not exceed my expectations. I felt more focus was put on presentation than taste and found both entrees my husband and I shared to be bland. The duck fries were INCREDIBLE and the dessert was great. But the ambiance was very off. The entire restaurant was whispering because the music was unusually and awkwardly low. We could hear everyone’s conversation so we did not really want to speak to each other throughout dinner as to not interrupt other diners. I think this place has much potential but is not focusing on the right things.

Disappointed. i was served a 20oz steak, frys, and 2 beers for 132 dollars the couples dinner. I was thinking it would be a deal, u know, like 5 dollars cheaper than two dinners with the same amount of food but no it is smaller than two dinners for the price of three dinners. I will not be back till this is fixed. The food presentation is good the flavor average.

We stopped at satellite beach during our road trip and we were expecting an average meal at best. We were actually amazed by the quality, the taste and the innovation of the food at trend kitchen. Better than most of New York fancy restaurants!

We went to Trend Kitchen for date night this past Saturday. The place is very clean and the service was fantastic even though it was prime time on a Saturday evening!! They have a nice selection of wine and Amber our server was very knowledgeable on the wine list and also provided some recommendations for food specials not on the dinner menu. We took her advice and ordered a Scallop Crudo (Out of this world Good), and for dinner the special for 2 persons the Wagu Tomahawk Rib-eye steak and accompaniments of roasted vegetables and Smoked Duck Fat Cheese Fries and Black Truffle Mac N Cheese. The pictures do not do the food justice of how good it really was. We eat out several times a month and in my opinion Trend Kitchen is some of the best and freshest food in Melbourne and the Beaches. Definitely try Trend for a date or special occasion their food will surely please your palate!! I see some reviews stating prices are high but from what I found they are in line with other so called gourmet restaurants in the area. If you want a cheap date go to Olive Garden, if you want to impress her take her to Trend Kitchen you wont be sorry.

My husband brought me here for my birthday and it was amazing. A small dining room, which made us feel so cozy.My only complaint about the entire thing was where they sat us... it was a nice booth but it was RIGHT by the front door and hostess stand.... luckily it was not busy so there was not a lot of people coming in and out... but because there was us and one other couple in the restaurant... the servers were standing by the hostess stand and it made us feel a little awkward, kinda like they were watching us eat lol.The meal was AMAZING though, i am usually the one to get what I always get... but I got something a little different and I LOVED IT. The food was so different but SO yummy.I sadly didnt take a single picture for the sake of cherishing the moment but this place will not disappoint your taste buds!!

We enjoyed everything about our experience at Trend Kitchen. Michael the waiter was fantastic, so was Yvan the owner and chef. The food and wine were delicious and you could taste the flavor and passion in each and every bite.

Absolutely best kitchen in Central Florida, not just Brevard. Chef Yevon is Michelin star calibre and his French creations are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Trend Kitchen for foodies and those who appreciate the true meaning of authentic French cuisine.

Trend Kitchen was a wonderful experience. The servers were amazing, and the ambiance was just perfect. Although my entree had a mishap, it did not ruin the experience I had last night. They actually remember it was my anniversary, and it made it very special for me. Hell, they place candles at my table to make it even more special. It was worth the drive, and I am definitely going to Trend Kitchen more often whenever I have the time. I really recommend this place.

This was our first time here, celebrating a special occasion, and a surprise for me. While the food was beyond reproach, its clear they have their favorites. We were treated differently than other customers, and the service was not unprofessional, but it was clear our repeat business was not desired. This place isnt for everyone and wont appeal to you if you prefer a down-to-earth, unpretentious experience. Trend Kitchen has its place and its regulars -- it describes itself as upmarket and it delivers on that promise.

Trend Kitchen is a foodie delight! Quiet and sophisticated. The cuisine is superb. The chef provides an unusual combination of food which will surprise any diner. Better have a reservation as the word is spreading. Worth the wait and the price. Not for kids.

Food was delicious and the service was fantastic. But the prices are insanely high for what you get. My wife and I split the pork chop- at $46, we assumed itd be massive. They were kind enough to split everything in the kitchen. When it came to the table, if looked like wed each received 3 oz of meet with potatoes. Again, it was delicious and cooked perfectly, but the price was very high for what we received.

Trend Kitchen is one of my favorites. As the owner of Pink Zebra downtown Melbourne and other businesses I want to be in a quiet dining atmosphere after a long day dealing with customers. Trend Kitchen is a awesome place to go and relax the staff are always attentive and amazing, the food is prepared fresh and the owners are friendly and pleasant. Trend Kitchen is truly a culinary experience.

After living in Brevard county for 12 years this is honestly the biggest disappointment of any restaurant, ever. We waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food. They completely forgot our appetizer. The pasta dish did not fill my wife up, and even though the menu said it had chicken in it, Id be surprised if there was. It certainly didnt taste like it. A pasta dish should always be filling. The $25 Burger was a complete let down. Nothing special about it at all. Dont make this your date night.

In some dishes we could kot identify what was on the plate and had to request the menu to figure out what was what by process of elimination. In one dish we could kot tell what was meant and what was vegetable as if had all been pureed.If you are info molecular gastronomy, great. This is your place. But elegant the dishes are not.

This was our 3rd time at Trend Kitchen but unfortunately in this case 3rd time was no charm. Our appetizer sounded absolutely lovely on the menu spouting flavors of olive oil and seasonings however they were not present and the octopus was very over cooked.For our entre I had Asian lamb, and hubby had the surf and turf. Though my lamb was delicious, the Asian stir fry had no flavor. Most disappointing was the surf, which was so over cooked it resembeled pork jerky.The desert was good.We will not be returning.

Trend Kitchen is my favorite restaurant in Brevard County! It is so cozy and intimate, while still being super fun and on trend. The food is phenomenal. Everything is prepared with care- the charcuterie board is fantastic, and the truffle Mac and cheese is to die for! And dessert! I dream of the sabayon daily. It’s always a treat to come to trend and discover my new favorite dish!

I heard good things about this restaurant but it seems the rumblings were exaggerated. The amuse-bouche consisted of a quail leg brined in raspberry vinegar and was overcooked which led to it being tough and rubbery. The beef filet was ordered medium and was cooked correctly on the outer edge; but the center was bloody and red. While the restaurant has roughly 10 tables, the two people tending tables were unattentive and standing around most of the night. Overall, its worth trying (maybe we got there on a bad night), but there are far better restaurants in the area.

Overpriced and snooty. Wine choices were not good. Gnats flying around during dinner. Food presentation was good. Lots of butter and oil.

Whoa, seriously high-end cooking in the Melbourne area! This is modernist cuisine and well executed. The staff obviously come from white-tablecloth restaurants, very professional but without being stuffy. The kitchens on the ball: my trio of foie gras fooled me with a white-chocolate-tasting base that was actually more foie combined with marshmallow; the massive lamb chop was beautifully cooked, likely sous vided then seared for a crunch. Im looking forward to the bartender getting a cocktail license for the restaurant. Interesting wine list including some unusual selections like Occhipinti SP68 (at a fair price). Its not a big place, seems theyve devoted much of the real estate to the kitchen rather than the tables, and thats just fine by me. It is pricy, especially for the area, but worth it if youre into this adventurous cooking.
