This store use to have variety of products stocked up, whenever you walk into the store. But lately its not the case. The staff keeps saying that theres a shortage of products (which is quite understandable considering the uncertainty due to COVID). But then I have seen stock take happening in my majority of the visits. Wondering if there is any specific day of the week when shelves are all fully stacked?
Great store for getting Indian groceries in the city. They are well stocked on most staples. The prices are also at par with other stores. The products are fresh and we have never had any quality issue with anything we bought. The prices are not always displayed but the staff are helpful and are happy to answer all questions.
The store doesnt match the pictures shown online.very unprofessional as staff was busy on phone rather than doing customer services
Absolutely love this store. As a fellow Aussie i really appreciate your efforts mate. Thank you so much for your service! Run by extremely kind, polite and sweet people !❤
A great store, with a wide selection and helpful staff.
One stop for buying Indian stuff(daily needs, grocery, Puja Materials,Indian Frozen food and some Indian cooking materials). The staff is very humble, always greet you and take suggestions if things are fine or not. The only thing I didnt like prices are not mentioned on few items and not sure how/what basis the prices are calculated otherwise everything is good here.
Nice place in the city to shop for Indian groceries
The staff was busy on the phones, not attending customers and the shop had boxes laying on the walk ways and floor and very messy shelves and other customers were also waiting to be served and asking fellow customers for help
Best products and low prices. Good variety of Indians products and fully stocked.
To over price never going back . At least stick price tag .
Always go there for discounts and good products. Friendly staff and clean areas. The location is good as well. The best part is the variety of products they have. The variety is what will bring you there again.
Friendly reliable!! Highly recommended. One stop grocer for all your needs.-loyal customer
Good range and the staff are always happy to assist with hard to find items.
Very friendly staff/owner.. you get everything you want in indian grocery, puja, snacks, etc. Worth every dollar spent. Highly recommended.
Staff were very nice and appealing, they sell Indian products and I like it very much. A new taste for me.
Prices not stated for the items. Crammy place. If I like some items from a particular brand and go there next time, that item isnt on the shelf. Sometimes staff would behave like they are born australians and dont understand indian things. But its convenient to get here so no complaints.
I m from India Punjab...I wanna do job there so I was searching online grocery stores ND that time I saw ur store reviews are very good..I wanna do job there so can u sponsor me plzz.....thanx sir
One of the best shop to buy Indian groceries. Went there with my Indian friend once. They just need to make it bigger.
Good price. Friendly staff. I always prefer to go to this place
Very friendly staff. They have the most affordable prices. I find 2kg Dosa and Idli batter at a cheaper price here.
One stop Indian grocery shop with helpful staff. Good variety of food and other items (cooking, hair oil, medicines, cooking utensils). Also open for longer compared to other competitors which is handy
Kudampuli, matta rice and all Kerala items are available here...👍🏻
Hardly any collection of frozen foods and snacks. Excel Food Mart on Peel street has got much better collection and great deal of offers as well.
One of the favourite Indian stores within the Melbourne CBD. You can find most of the Indian groceries here including both south and north Indians. Price is reasonable too. Staffs here will always help you to find some items that you want. Located at a very convenient location too.
Best customer service at a grocery store in Melbourne
Friendly, polite and helpful service. Thank you!
One stop Indian grocery shop with helpful staff. Good variety of food and other items. Also open for longer time as compared to other indian stores in CBD region.
Very helpful and friendly people running this store ! more power to them
Love this shop!! Its got such an extensive collection of both south indian and north indian groceries.
Best shop for Indian groceries in CBD. The price of the items are reasonable and the staff were always helpful to find the items.
You get what you need...feels at home..very friendly and supportive staff...thank you all
I bought “nathkhat” i was expire already on nov 2019 but they had paste on paper top of that stating expire on November 2020I wish I could give negative ratingSo disgusting
Standard Indian store with most things that you need for cooking the Indian cuisine!
Tiny Indian store located in the central area. They have a lot of stuff that you wouldnt find in a regular supermarket. Staff is super helpful and the products are worth the money.
An acceptable everyday spot to pick up emergency Indian supplies, on days when youre in the CBD and cant make the trek out to one of the bigger places. Just looks like a normal convenience store from the front; the Indian stuff is further back.
Very well stocked indian store. Friendly staff.. almost all indian stuff available. Very rightly priced items too..
Open till late nightBoth north Indian and south Indian groceries availableProperly organized and very easy to find itemsFair price.Friendly ownerBest store to get Kerala chips and snacks in CBD.
Their most of stuff are outdated and expired. Not satisfied with product. Zero star for expired products. Customers plz check the dates, before buyingGood staff though.
Do you have 1kg packet of peanuts?
Good prices, good range and friendly owner/staff/manager
Worst experience. There are no price tags on most of the stuff. On asking to the staff, they will make fun of you. And insult and humiliate you in front of everyone. They even treat their employees bad.Sorry excuse of an Indian grocery shop in CBD. I request to all Indians to not visit this shop and not give them your business.
Good collection of Indian stuffs. I even got my palakkadan matta vadi rice which is rare to find in MEL.So everything is good... Go there...
Good rates, friendly staff and you find mostly all Indian groceries..
We went to buy some spices and the service was excellent - good range and lovely people!
The shop was practically empty. They didnt have any stock available.
The staff is extremely rude. They are a black spot in the name of customer service. It is not worth buying from here.
Nice store. Lot of Indian stuff. Prime location
Almost every Indian grocery could be found here. If something is not available, on requesting owner does try to facilitate that. Friendly owner as well.
Overpriced with no price tags. Good location but thats about it.
Always having good experience 😊
All Indian spices and groceries are available one feels you are at home
For Indian grocery in the heart of cbd
Disappointed with staff. Not even one star.
Great customer service.
Walking distance and great customer service!
