Just had Yo India Food truck for a birthday party at our house and all we can say is..... WOW!!!!The food was cooked fresh onsite, the service was exceptional and the menu was absolutely amazing! Our guests were blown away with the food and the portion sizes were HUGE!The team at Yo India were fabulous in their communications leading up to the event and the truck was a hit! It looked fabulous and they parked right up next to our deck.Looking forward to having Yo India food truck back for every event we host in the future - they were that good and exceeded all expectations.Thank you Yo India for making our catering so amazing!

There are three types of meat curries ( two chicken, one lamb) and two types of vegan curries. The taste is good, not too spicy, just right.Theres also two types of bread (Tandoori Naan which looks a bit like Roti and Rice packet).The place is friendly, good vibe, feels like youve been invited to have your lunch there. 👌

Yo India catered our wedding in January 2019. We organised our own wedding in our backyard, and a food truck out front was the perfect catering option for us. Yo India were highly professional during the whole planning stage, right through to the big day. They made the whole process super easy, and were a pleasure to deal with. Most importantly, the food was really, really good ! We got a range of delicious entrees, which were a big hit. The mains were some of the best currys I have had, and the serving size was really good. There was an option for everyone, including vegetarians. We over catered a little bit, which turned out great, as we had awesome left overs for a couple days! I highly rate Yo India, if you are after some genuine good food and professional service you wont go wrong with Yo India. It was nice to support a local family business as well. Thanks again Yo India for helping us have a wonderful, stress free day!!

Absolutely superb. They were packed which I assume is the norm. Service was spot on with very professional, friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. We decided on the 6 course degustation with the indulgence wine match. Everything was absolutely faultless. The flavours and balance of the dishes is to be commended.

Yo India were very easy to work with leading up to the event. I received a lot of information and all my queries were dealt with promptly. They were also super obliging in catering to and notifying about dietary requirements. The food and the catering packages in their various forms were very reasonably priced, especially in terms of events catering. My whole team of about 50 people were extremely impressed with the quality of the food and service. It would be great to have some snack/entree items available for extra hungry team members. I would definitely book this business again and recommend it to any interested parties.

Yo India was just we had hoped for if not more! They were brilliant and very professional to deal with. The food was incredibly tasty and went well with everyone. The staff was fantastic as they were extremely professional and made sure everyone had plenty of food. Not only this they also gave us a tasting session before the wedding and went to great efforts to make special dietary arrangements for some of the guests. High recommended and will surely use them in future events!

The staff serving on the night were also friendly. The food was delicious and authentic, large portions and catered for everyones dietary requirements. And I honestly believe this is the best Indian food in Melbourne! Its not the usual curry and rice... They do something that is unique and awesome! And they are a pleasure to deal with!

A family run business who serve yummy Indian cuisine. Their chicken tikka, butter chicken and lamb korma were delish! Wash it down with a cool mango lassi and your set for good times! A great food truck with solid food, they even do catering for functions and different events .Always keen to support a family run business. Thumbs up! :-)

YoIndia catered for my 60th birthday party. Conan was very helpful in selecting the menu and made excellent suggestions. The food was very well prepared, tasty and served well to all my guests. The staff were excellent.I would highly recommend YoIndia for event catering.

Yo India are a standout with their fabulous food and super friendly service. I used to live next door to a food truck park and sampled a lot of food trucks. Yo India was an instant favourite and I never failed to tell them this :) I’ve since followed them to events around metro Melbourne to get my fix of my personal favourites, the delicious butter paneer and veggie masala. I’m tempted to book them for a single truck event on my back lawn when the weather inproves.

After 2 months hanging out regularly at welcome to thornbury, trying to find a food truck that didnt feel like a one trick wonder to cater our wedding, yo india was a stand out favourite. Most trucks only got one chance to prove themselves and whilst most were fine we tested different dishes from yo india on three seperate nights and they never failed to impress. Twelve months later Conan and his familly catered our wedding (of 72 guests) and they were fantastic. We got complements about the food from many of our guests (so it wasnt just us) and they went above and beyond on the day including helping out our overworked waiters.If you want a great meal from a foodtruck when you see them they would be our first choice. If you want a caterer who can do it all from apetisers to mains not have to worry about a thing they can do that too.
