Lack of knowledge and experience.Hospitality from few staff was okayish but there was a fight going on in the service centre

One and only and a known showroom of yamaha motorcycles in mehsana.✔️Had good experience by sales staff and service staff.I have done on the spot oil, oil filters change and chain sprey service in no time(15 minutes). (But you have to be careful about what time you go.)The place is neat nd clean.✔️ The place is very well visible to find from being around on road.🔺One problem i face everytime i visit though. Its their passage to service station, its so narrow that only one motorcycles can pass through. So if that could be taken care of then it wouldve been great.▪ I havent had any situation to use washroom or restroom so i dont know if they have it or not.

Its been really frustrating experience... Ive been using R15 V2 since 2014 & used to service it at my hometown, till this December 2018 it was going well but as i switched for job at Mehsana ive done one servicing from this location and since then my bike is been under breakdown every 2nd 3rd day, i get it to service station to clear the issue and second day new issue related to previous one starts within 10km of drive....the worst service experience ever..i had faith in yamaha so never showed my bike at any outside yamaha service station.others are fine but this one is the worst, i dont think they can even repair a bycycle.

Very rude behaviour, especially lady who is accountant. Also worst service for two-wheeler.

Very bed service Experiance last two time service is not good as neededAnd service boy behavior is not frindly.yamaha bike is always supar bike so kindly improve service or mostly paid services.

Not provide good service and they they have not even swip machine ...
