Hotel Samrat Heavens is one of the famous hotel in the heart of Meerut city. Many functions like weddings, birthday party, official conference and related are going here regularly.As you see in photos it is white color building, has a good entrance and also having parking facility for two wheeler and four wheelers.Now I am writing review of restaurant in Samrat Heavens. I visited recently for dinner in weekdays. This restaurant is situated on 1st floor and lift was not working at that time. So if you have any senior citizen who have difficulties in passing stairs then decide accordingly.Restaurant have adequate space for many guests and also have combine space for large gathering. There is some rides or children swings at restaurant gate to enjoy.Live music is also available as a person who was singing and playing piano. He is good so the evening.Restaurant staff have polite behavior and also have minimum responding time but issue at the time of bill as some printer issue.Food options including starters are Ok. Both veg and non veg available in menu.The main issue with the restaurant is that food is not tasty. Soup, vegetables, snacks and naam have no taste which can match the rates. Pathetic Hotel, Pathetic Arrangements for Marriage and most importantly Pathetic Manager!! (Mr. Sanjeev)Wedding Main Hall was not clean up, Manager was not fulfilled by his own spoken words.Its a totally pathetic Hotel, I will not recommend this place for marriage.

The ambience is good but the food needs improvement drastically, as per the taste and portion size also.However the staff present was polite but not knowing what things have to be done.

It was awesome service was super satisfactory and staff was so humble so code late our family our guest are happy and satisfied thank you Samrat everything to made us made our evening

A luxurious hotel for marriage, birthday and other family occasions, also it has bar inside it for small friendly get together, located on garh Road near lokpriya hospital, easily reachable by private or public transport, also car parking is available easily. Staff is well mannered with nice behaviour although the food is not so spicy.

Iam very disappointed as there services are poor as hell. All thestaff doing fake commitment taking no section. Your agents are doing fake commitment. And one receive call they just give me 102 extension number and no one is responding. We stay as couple and this is the worst experience of my life. Food is good but room service staff and management is my biggest nightmare. And yes rooms are pathetic.

Average rooms , no wifi availability and no proper maintenance being done. Rooms are spacious but are not being maintained properly. Washrooms are not very tidy , many have issues with water supply. Overall experience is just okay , needs a lot of improvement. Food preparation in the kitchen is good (we ordered dinner in the room) but breakfast again was below average.

It was Ok. Food was not upto mark. Liquor rates were high and brand availability was poor.

A huge place with internally separated halls which allows multiple events to be hosted simultaneously.The halls a nice and clean. The rooms are also good.Food quality is above average.

Location of hotel is accessible as it is just few km from the national highway.The food and service was superb.The best part was the cost of the room as its quite affordable.The only thing which was bad was the quilt and bedsheet didnt looked fresh and also smelled .. it was clean but was not recently washed.overall if youre getting the room in or around ...then its worth totally.

Till 2015 it was best , now in 2020 I attend a marriage function there , and I will conclude that they lower down their quality of interior infrastructure, there toilets were very very dirty

Accomodate large group of people .You can make customization as per your choiceve it seat covers or pillar covers everything can be customizate.The arrangement are quite good .Room as available if you want to stay at night .Neat and tidy .Photoshoot for the function !Capture photos with different angles with different views .Lighting and sound system is good .Food was ok okWill not sai it was super delicious not too badBut it was ok .The. Arrangement for parking was also there with a person looking for the security of vehicle.Overall I would say it is good ,

I havent stayed here but attanded a marriage of my cousin yesterday, food was unhygienic and old smely food served to all guests and it created an issue..thez have nit accepted their mistakes l till the time hotel owner came in and apologized..by that time wholefun of marriage has gone and its a shameful situation for the hosts..pl be aware about this hotel and management..to the surprise they charged for all the guests before dinner started.Its a complete mess from hotel

Well we went for family function and the snacks were finished even before the guests arrived. Same happened during main course. Most of the guests including our elders and family members didnt enjoy their meal as main item chapati was missing most of the time. So food wise I would give them negative points. Also no parking management was done for guests, so guests had to park their cars very far from the venue

Had a great experience from beginning to end. All of the food was delicious and very affordable. the restaurant staff was very attentive and the service overall was excellent. They add a nice touch to the end of the meal by offering hot towels to clean your hands, and even helped call us a cab to get back to our hotel. Would definitely come back over and over again!
