Service center service good but net service very very poor at Western Kutchery Road,Meerut.Do something otherwise after due date of payment 9.10.21 I will shift to Jeo.

The worst store, I have ever seen in my life. They took money but not provided services...

Extremely poor service. They will psych you to an another level even for a small work. If you are getting your postpaid number changed to prepaid they will not do it at all no matter what. They will just keep giving you fake promises to wait for 5 days, than after 5 days they will say some technical problems wait for 5 days more & this will go for months and in the end youll be forced to end connection in frustration. I have visited this store 5 times and I have noticed 100s of unsatisfied customers arguing with the staff. And staff talks very bluntly. If you want to go in depression please visit this store once even for a small work. I once felt of filing a police complain against them because they troubled me to that extent. They really get on to your nerves.

Worst service most of time internet is down and they refuse to take bill money which we wants to payNobody listens all are gossiping.

Very nice support staff.. they try to help you out with the best of their capabilities. Special thanks to Ms. Bhawna whos been courteous and polite while dealing with the issue.

Fast service.. bt this is the only idea showroom which operative. Hope to see some other showrooms working soon.
