I am a frequent traveller to Delhi. The best place to halt and have meals and get freshened up. Safe and comfortable place to halt with family. Quality and service of food is superb. Neat and clean wash rooms. Would say better then many branded outlets enroute.

Room was clean, resort is nice, but staff behaviour is pathetic they denied to give water. They were saying to purchase water for Rs60 in the scorching heat, how can anyone who paid 2700 for room will have to buy water, even in small hotels you will get water for free. And also asking for tips is not good.. Tip is something which we give our own not by asking.

Best restaurant in meerut.However dont plan to stay here until emergency...rooms are not nice.

Ambience is good, but overpriced cuisines and service is also slow. we tried Shahi paneer which was really bad in taste and we left from there without finishing it.

We booked there venue for my wedding on Nov 27, 2020. The owner is extremely polite and helpful in finalizing the details.Though we already got a lot of recommendation for Big Bite, But still it did surprise us with its amazing decoration and service.Also, the food was just outstanding & finger licking good. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who is looking for a memorable wedding.

Place located on highway, one can reach easily. Atmosphere was ok ok. Went there and while ordering we get to know there were no non veg and Chinese available due to covid situations, they were serving only daal and paneer in North Indian and other dishes of South India. Had to pay charge for water bottle and left the place. I would suggest staff to please inform people before they settle in and deciding their meal for the unavailability of main course.

Excellent place for someone looking for a Grand Grand function 😉. Everything there design like royal place. Their catering 😋 nothing is best than a lovely, tasty food & they have it. I wish i can visit there again ☺️✌🏻

Recently attended a wedding at Big Bite Resort. Its grand and can accomodate large gathering. Rooms are very descent. Service is prompt. Food was good. Overall a nice place for wedding. The pictures posted on its website are authentic.

Service is good but taste is not better

Not recommended and they should be punished for rotten food.Normally i stop at meera baistro for snacks or food on Nh and this is the first time i took break at big bite resort and I committed a big mistake. We ordered 3 dosas and sambhar was full of salt and it was stinging as it was at least 2 to 3 days old.Manager politely took the sambhar just to add hot water to compensate the smell and salt.Even though he said that don’t eat sir if you don’t like but as it is not my habit to waste food.Staff is good but cook is worst out of worst.Strongly not recommended if you don’t want to eat rotten things to invite food poisoning.

I can’t even talk about the stay as I was not allowed to stay.We were refused to give a room as my religion and my partner’s religion were different.Not only it was a discomfort but also raised a lot of questions in my mind.I was told that the local authorities have told them to do so, would you be able to give me that in writing?Cause if it is a law then you shouldn’t be afraid to show it and if not and you are just scared of some mobs then are hotels even safe?

Its a nice place for on road stoppage. Great place for indoors functions of any kind. My suggestion here would be. Kindly keep the area lit. I found many dark corners in the vicinity which makes it a little unsafe . Secondly I found the bathroom in one of your indoor space unclean. If anyone is reading it with authority to improve on these point, take it as a suggestion as it is intended to be.Cheers!!

Firstly the place is gigantic and looks great. The food their was average though the elevator buttons were confusing as they are touch sensitive and not clickable. In all a good place to visit.

Salad has only onions,it was so so experience ,decor is good ,food is fine normal,I was expecting ice cream much better but it was all so so.

Dirty and Unhygienic Rooms. With bathrooms not operational and blocked from usage. Air Conditioner seems 30 years old with no cooling. Rooms were not cleaned before handing over. Stray dogs in huge numbers lying all over the campus. Kitchen for the restaurant is most unhygienic with garbage dustbins at the entrance and cooks were not wearing gloves or head covers while cooking. Utensils are dirty and for sure stray dogs would be licking the utensils for left overs. Horrific Experience overall. Manager tried to loot us, as we left the rooms early, he first asked 8000 for the 2 rooms without bill, then after spat, he asked 6700 with bills, then we threatened to share the experience, so he asked 5000. Heights of Unprofessionalism and Misbehavior by the Management. Don’t ever dare to visit this Place.

I had my wedding here on the 3rd of January 2020. I would have given 4 stars for the services. The food is definitely one of the best in Meerut. Waiters and the manager are also professional and friendly. The place is well maintained. Our celebration was in the new hall (Devrath) which is quite beautiful but we had to hire our own decorator as we werent satisfied by the decoration provided by their team.My critic is for the owners. When we had the first meet with them they were not at all polite. It felt like they are doing a favor for us by giving us the venue. Not at all adjusting, can be really rude sometimes. They made us feel that we had no idea about our own wedding and how we want things instead we should organize our other ceremonies also in their venue in a way they suggest. For a second we actually thought about having our entire wedding (inc. ring ceremony and mehendi night) in their venue but because of the cold behaviour of the owner we went for the other venues.I think the owners should be a bit more polite and warm to the customers because Meerut will soon have other good wedding venues. And I rather have a slightly less nice wedding venue with warmer people than having a good one where people doesnt make me feel welcomed.

Taste is just ok ok , bad services , bad customer experience , highly priced , only good thing at this place is that u can get some good photos clicked in the premises , rest none of the experience is worth !!Full of oil WATER BALLS here worth ₹250 ,Noodles were the only dish whose taste i liked a bit

This place has the most massive buffet Ive seen. The seating is very comfortable and the place is extremely well lit. All the pictures came fantastic. They had everything from starters to around 7 types of sweet dishes and a large selection for the main dishes as well as salad. Even the mountains had almost 10 different types or more without exaggeration. They have rooms in the back. The front side had the most beautifully decorated entrances and it made the entire ceremony look royal...
