Very irresponsive, disrespectful. After talking over the call the person rescheduled the consignment. Also was not receiving the call & disconnecting the call. I would neither recommend nor prefer to choose Blue dart now. Very very disrespectful behavior of the field staff. Very disappointed by the service.

Nice service , They delivered my luggage in time. They also provide reference id/tracking id which you can use to know the status of your luggage. Overall nice service, Except their customer service number doesnt work.
