Part of meeruts heritage. located in more than 100 year old townhall. Sad that it is not being maintained. Apparently no significsnt government funds and support forthcoming.

Very old and poor maintenance.All magazines and newspapers etc. are not available.It is situated near Guanta Ghar and not near jali kothi.
