Its an old privately owned Library .Open to public on nominal prices and subscription.It was previously situated near Meerut College but few years back it shifted to Chikara Complex on Nala Road Mohanpuri.It caters Books, Magazines, Movies, for all Age Groups.Books ranges from School Syllabus to college syllabus to Competive exams.Books are from Different Languages.There are Novels and magazines from varied theme such as Spirituality , Self Help, Historical, Religious, Fiction, Non-Fictinal, etc.
