There is no Customer satisfaction .All the employee buzy with his phone .No value of the customerI was wating last 1 hours only activate the new sim4 time reject she fill all the information wrong bcoz his Incharge busy to another personal call .

Good service provided by this airtel store.Deals in every kind of services provided by airtel whether it is broadband, prepaid, etc.Visibility of the store is also good as seen from road and no need to ask or find its direction.The only challenging task is four wheeler parking otherwise good space for two wheelers parking.

Worst Experience ever! Not committed to what they said. Poor staff and management. Don’t respond to customers request.NOT RECOMMENDEDAlso, there is staff named Sharad (the most irresponsible man). Never answers customer request.

Bought new sim . They took 350 rs but instead done recharge of 297 rupees only. Didnt expect this from Airtel store

When I visited this store for a new prepaid connection, the service provider told me only one plan i:e of Rupees 495. I asked him is there any other plan rather than 495, he said No! So I bought Rupees495 plan. Later I came to know through Airtel App when I checked the option buy a New Prepaid SIM/Connection that there is one more plan of Rupees 248. I felt bad that they dont even give customers full information about their services. He lied to me. I must have bought Rupees 248 plan with new connection. I no longer remember his name but whenever I visit again I definitely have a talk with your Manager. Afterall data/voice connections are good but not The Customer Relation!

It is one of Airtel stores in Meerut.This stores like others have nice and trained staff they always know what they are doing and always ready to help and most important this store offer all the options which a store can have like sim change,upgrade etc and is open from monday to saturday and closed like other stores on Sunday. A Little advice try to carry your orignal document of prof like aadhar, passport etc In which it your name and address. Hope you enjoy the visit !!!!!!!!!!!!
